Stayed in this house two times already and everything is perfect: very clean, great host, quiet location, restaurants and market close by, walking distance from the airport, very good place really!

This spacious apartment has a great view of the lake, which is beautiful any time of day. The apartment has a large bed, a big dining table, and a new sofa, which can also fold down into a bed. The washing machine works well too, and there's a pan for cooking. The building's gym is well equipped and has air conditioning. I didn't use the pool, but it looked good. However, the deck area around the pool and gym could use some cleanup and renovation. The shower works well but takes a minute to get going — open the rain shower and turn the hot water on first, then wait for it to start and get hot before adding the cold water. It's a short walk to the lakeside, which is very peaceful. There's another lake on the opposite (southwest) side of the apartment, a slightly longer walk but surrounded by some beautiful large homes. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby: try Louder, Elise Ramen, Five Crossing, 10cc Coffee, Dx Playground, Do Not Awkward, and the dining courtyard Third Park.

We stayed at Yannisa place, majority for working from home purposes. The internet was good and stable. Late check in available and K.Yannisa was very helpful and responsive. The property is very secure, with 24 hours security manning the entrance. However, one minor things to note is the aircon during our stay was not as cool. But there is an aircon and the room was located on level 9 so heaps of breeze. Overall worth the price, would come back again.

It was a wonderful stay, very friendly and fast responding host. Accommodation was close to airport, clean, equipped with everything I needed. The gym and co-working space as well as swimming pool were a huge addition to make the stay even more pleasurable. Would definitely stay there again.
