My family and I had a great time at Amy & Noe's place. The location was perfect. Waking up to the sound of the waves was so peaceful along with the pool and bar was prefect for hanging out at night. we loved the bread fruit tree on the property as we made some pancakes for the kids from it. overall I would highly recommend their place as the little town was so nice and the locals were friendly. we would definitely come back in the future!

It was my 55th birthday. We were 14 people, and it was extremely comfortable for all of us. Everything was nice and neat, the place is beautiful and quiet, perfect to be relax, you don't need to leave the house at all, photos don't do justice for the place, view and sunrise. Hector is super accessible and communicative. My whole family loved it. We are definitely coming back.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Puerto Rico! The place was absolutely spotless—I could walk around barefoot, and it smelled fresh and clean the entire time. I was initially concerned about GPS issues, but I had no trouble at all using Google Maps or Apple Maps to find it. The location was perfect, and the space was even bigger than it looked in the pictures. The outdoor area was stunning, overlooking the mountains, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee. Although I don’t speak Spanish, the hosts spoke perfect English, which made everything even easier. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again! ¡Tuve una estancia increíble en este Airbnb en Puerto Rico! We booked this place because the other reviews said that you can hear the ocean in your room all night, and it's absolutely true. The balcony is shaded and breezy, the place is very clean, the bed is comfortable, and the shower has good pressure. There is good food and lovely walking and beaches nearby. This was our fifth trip to Puerto Rico and we really enjoyed the Patillas area. People are friendly and there is not mass-tourism style development. If you enjoy the outdoors and a relaxed atmosphere, Patillas and the Agua Salada should be a great place for you.

Exactly as described. View was beautiful and the apartment was very clean. The mini market and restaurant next door were so convenient. Very friendly people and sweet. Kenneth was very responsive to all my concerns.

Nilda was an excellent host. Got us some chairs for the beach, towels we could take there, and she even baked some biscuits for us + plus brought us some delicious quesitos. She was always was very attentive to our needs. If we were ever in Patillas again, this would be the place to stay. Awesome view and location.

The property was beautiful and Jim and Teresa were wonderful hosts. The sound of the waves, the view and the space were amazing. The sound of the Coqui frogs and the waves at night lulled us to sleep. It was a wonderful trip.

The pictures, I feel do not do it justice! It is just BEAUTIFUL and Very Private. The waves you can hear in your bed, even with the windows closed. The beach is stunning and didn't see more then 2-4 other people. The Villa has all the amenities you need to feel at home. Kitchen, Bed, bath and all. Jessica was a Great Host! If we needed her she was there in Minutes not 24hrs. First time to PR and the locals are all SO NICE! Went out of there way to help and showed how much they love there home and traditions. We are in Love with PR and are already making plans to come back to this piece of Heaven! My heart broke 💔 a little leaving this beautiful Villa.

Had a wonderful stay! Loved having a private pool and beach access. You can see the ocean perfectly from the back porch as you drink your coffee! Wi-Fi was fast and having a/c in each room was great. The beach was rocky so bring water shoes! On calm wind days the ocean was great to go out in. Windy days we stayed close to shore and utilized the pool. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Daniel’s place was 100% worth it. My friends and I were satisfied from beginning to end. By staying here, we were able to experience the organic side of Puerto Rico with mountain ranges, beaches, local farms, and lakes. I had been to Puerto Rico many times before but this location made it feel brand new. The location was peaceful, quiet, and absolutely beautiful. Jose, our neighbor, was friendly too. The house itself is comfortable and secure. My favorite part was the downstairs balcony that looks out into the mountains. In addition, All of the neighbors were on the older side so noise was a no no. The house is also very far from the airport and you need a car to manage. We never got the chance to meet Daniel but through text messages he seemed cool and understanding. He was also very responsive which is always a reassuring quality in a host. The hot water was only warm not hot and you have no cellular service nor microwave.

Great time, beautiful home and pool, friendly people and plenty of support from the host, enjoyed a less travelled part of the island!

The house and grounds were beautiful and looked just like the pictures. Unfortunately hurricane Beryl hit us on day three and the property and pool were littered with debris. Carla’s team was there the next day and did a great job cleaning up the property. Unfortunately the pool was unusable for the remainder of our stay but we still had the beach to enjoy.

Perfect location, loved the patio, well equipped, very comfortable, nicely air conditioned will definitely stay there again. Thanks John!

We had an amazing stay at this home! The location couldn’t have been better. The space is beautifully designed, making it feel like a peaceful retreat. The highlight of the property was definitely the back patio. The view was stunning! It was the perfect spot to relax, enjoy morning coffee, and unwind in the evenings. I highly recommend this place and we can’t wait to return!

Beautiful views of the ocean. Loved having coffee looking out at the ocean every day. Cute and comfortable vacation home for our family of five. We didn’t use the downstairs bedroom (only for a load a laundry and to use the 2nd bathroom). Air conditioning units in each room were used when in the house got warm at night. It was communicated several time that the weekends are pretty “festive” and you can hear cars playing loud music from the road so that wasn’t a surprise. Sound machines are provided but we actually travel with one for our youngest child. After the first night the traffic noise/occasional loud playing car music didn’t bother us and only really noticed it on the weekend. Excellent communication ahead of our stay & during our stay. Hector was very friendly when posing questions. Actually everyone in the area was very friendly. We were glad we avoided the crowds in San Juan and experienced Patillas. Would definitely recommend this home to other families.

Joe’s place exceeded expectations. It was spacious, comfortable, and easily accessible, offering a high level of privacy and security. The property provided convenient access to a range of amenities, including the beach, pool, children’s playground, and scenic forest trails. Joe was exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout the stay, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. I would gladly stay again and highly recommend this hidden gem.

This condo was beautiful and exactly as described, the view from the balcony was amazing. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided. The condo has a combo drip/keurig coffee pot, coffee filters are provided. Having a washer and dryer was very convient. The king bed was very comfortable for us, as we like a firm mattress. The air conditioning was cold and worked well, it is loud, but we don't mind that. A small table top grill is available on the balcony, which worked fine. We felt very safe in the community, with the security and gates. We loved sitting on the balcony and listening the waves on the ocean. We did swim in the ocean, but there are very large waves, not for inexperienced swimmers. Keep in mind this is about 30 minutes away from most excursions located in Fajardo, but the drive is easy and great views of El Yunque. We would stay here again. Communication with the host was easy and we always received a timely response.

Greg's place is awesome. We had a great time as family. The grill was a plus. Beautiful view to the beach. I loved every morning drinkg my coffee looking at the ocean. Definitely will stay again soon.

The host was very responsive and proactive. Always maintaining a clear communication. We had an issue with AC and he respond quickly and solved the issue as soon as he can. The space was spotless, the kitchen was equipped and all appliances and dishes clean and ready to use. Beautiful decoration and comfortable bed and sofa!. My Family loves it, Palmas still a beautiful and safe place to stay. Thanks Miguel & Melanie to helps us feel home again!! if we can give you 10 stars we will.

This place is fabulous Fully equipped The grounds are immaculate and the pools pristine Sunrises and sunsets are outstanding Wonderful balcony with everything you need Extremely comfortable beds Generator for fridge is very handy as electricity not as reliable as in Canada Jewel was extremely responsive and friendly

where do I start. this condo was amazing. we had come to celebrate my mother in laws 60th birthday at Playa del Mar. Everyone in the family could not believe how fabulous this place was. Once I told them what I paid for 7 days they were shocked. This was very fair price rental. I had my family stay in other condos in Playa del Mar and they said our place was so much nicer and spacious then there Airbnb rentals. This place has options to be rented as 1 bedroom. Friends say they would come back and rent here do to how amazing it was. they security at gate was so nice and helpful. steps aways from the pool and hot tub there it's open til 1pm. nature sounds when on the balcony and beautiful birds to see while sitting outside in mornings on balcony with some coffee. I was happy that family really wanted to come visit our place and loved it. I had to forward this Airbnb to family and friend that were asking. Family members loved the golf course and golf cart rental to get around.
