I was hosted by the co-host Yogesh. He was always available for any query and helped us a lot in provoding local contacys, references. The flat is absolutely having everything that someone needs. Its home away from home. Just 10mins distance from Dabolim airport and we found a lot of things to do and see near by. It was a perfect peaceful vacation😊 Thank you very much Yogesh for all your help during our stay. 🙏

The place is very good. Walking distance to the beach and yet away from the crowds. The place was very functional for a family with a kiddo. Clean pool and amazing hosts added to the experience. Thank you for an amazing stay!

We had a great experience staying at Snigdha's place, it was very peaceful, all kitchen utensils were available, the place was in the middle of North and South Goa.

Here's a review for your Airbnb stay in Goa, Dabolim: We had a wonderful stay at this comfortable studio in Dabolim, Goa. The location is perfect, with easy access by car to all major areas in Goa. The studio itself was well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. What stood out the most was the exceptional hospitality of Avneesh, who went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed. We didn’t encounter any issues during our stay, and we would highly recommend this place to others looking for a convenient and cozy stay in Goa.

Vasu ( quite chatty), Avinash’s father & his wife ( smart but a quiet listener) were the ones who met us and helped in check in. Vasu makes it a point to meet and greet any new customer, which is good. The apartment was fantastic - it had the stamp of IKEA - most furniture was Ikea. But a lots of amenities which you would probably not find in other airbnbs - for example - he has provided - microwave, toaster, a wonderful induction gas, washing machine with Surf excelmatic ( not common), scissors, pots and pans, cutlery even a wine bottle opener, AC’s in Hall, and both bedrooms, body wash, shampoo & conditioner ( good quality)..and the list goes on. But he also had 4 bottles of Budweiser beer ( which was a first), dry cleaned towels and handkerchief etc etc..The place is part of a huge housing complex and it has a lot of facilities. All in all a READY TO MOVE IN APARTMENT. A big Thanks to Vasu & his wife. They manage many other properties in Goa.

Spacious 2bhk Good ventilation Furniture,kitchen setup, washing machine all things are in good condition Good and responsible host, throughout communicative If you’re planning to visit both south and north goa you can consider staying here. It’s kinda in middle 50 from south and 40 from north.Nearest beach is 6 kms from this property. Overall worth staying since price was on lesser side and got all we needed in a house for our south goa trip.

Everything about the listing was great. Host was always responsive and helpful. The society has lots of restrictions/Do’s and Dont’s. Rest everything was perfect.

It's a perfect homestay for a family who is looking for peaceful and quite time with serene beaches just a few miles away. And special mention to the host Nilima Keni who showed genuine concern of our well being while we were there. Even suggested few hidden gem of places which we would have never figured on our own. And on the last day she suprised us with a beautiful souvenir in the apartment. I will definitely recommend it whoever is planning to visit South Goa

The host was extremely cooperative, even provided us with early check-in, which we definitely appreciate. The only issue we had is power, we faced approx 8-10 hours of power loss in our stay, which the host mentioned it was rare, but such a thing happened. No backup power there

We recently styed at Bertran's bnb for four nights. The building is located right next to Courtyard by Mariott. The place has a grocery shop just a 5 minute walk away. Beach is also 5-10 minute walk. Colva market which also has good cafes and restaurants is a 10-15 minute walk. The apartment complex felt safe and has a functional gym and swimming pool. The guards are polite and the caretaker Rama ji is great help. She even did the cleaning as late as 9 pm after we were back from the day tour. The bnb had a well stocked kitchen, Pretty much everything you would need. There is hot water available in the bathrooms. The hosts, Bertran and Glynnis were proactive, gave is nice recommendations on restaurants and cabs etc. Though we did not meet them or speak to them, they were very quick to respond on Whats App. Absolutely no issues at all. We loved the space and would recommend Berty's place if you are planning to stay in Colva.

It offers excellent maintenance services, ensuring that any issues are promptly taken care of. Let’s be honest—every flat has some minor problems, but the key is how quickly and efficiently they are resolved, and this place excels in that regard. The location is another major highlight! It’s just around 200 meters from the beach, making it perfect for those who love to enjoy morning walks by the sea or relaxing sunsets. Plus, Colva Beach, one of the most popular and beautiful beaches in the area, is just 600 meters Allister is a best Host and also Owner of flat Sanjiv Gomes called and asked for help. I stayed at Tata Rio for two days and my stay was amazing. I had come to see a family friends ailing dad. my plan's cancelled. The co host Yogesh was very accommodating. He helped me with arranging bike and etched out a two day self tour for me. I was really surprised that I was able to see so many beaches and visit the best of the places for food. Yogesh always responded to my texts and calls immediately. Since I was all alone I felt safe at the appartment and I was able to visit the places he suggested. Over all a very good experience. I entered the house being anxious and overwhelmed but I left with a happy face. I promised Yogesh next time I m gonna well plan my trip & will surely book this place for stay. this is the most peaceful place. loved the gym, pool the greenery & the silence. For a person like me coming from Mumbai staying at the most silent place was heaven. i loved making my mrg tea n coffee. thanks for those tea powder & sugar. i really felt like home. 5* for the Host.

No fixed address is a beautiful well maintained apartment in tata rio de goa establishment in dabolim goa . Its very near to the airport & its an ideal place if you are looking to visit south goa . The house is very beautiful with all amenities , the owner is very helpful & proactive . Would highly recommend everyone to have a nice staycation at No Fixed Address.

My stay was extremely comfortable, surrounded by breathtaking scenic beauty. The hospitality was exceptional, making the experience even more enjoyable. Parichay went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, offering warm and attentive service. Additionally, the convenience of Swiggy and Zomato delivery added to the comfort. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend it!
