I stayed here with my family and I appreciate Clyde's responsiveness and clear instructsions. He had the place spotless cleaned with all the amenities. The living room AC is a little old and dust clogged which requires servicing (had stopped couple of times) but as assured by Clyde he will take care of that. Host was not pushy, gave enough space and time for everything and was always a phone call away. There was a problem with water in the society my stay was located for which Clyde was regularly checking on the update with me and the maintenance team with the same until resolution. I highly appreciate the clear communication from Clyde. The rooms were good and tidy and bathrooms were in good condition too. Overall extremely satisfied with my stay here. Highly recommend.

Great Stay – Close to the Beach with All Amenities! We had a wonderful stay at this property! The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, with plenty of restaurants nearby, making dining out very convenient. Parking was available, which made our trip even smoother. The host was incredibly friendly and always quick to respond to any queries, ensuring a hassle-free stay. The house itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had a lovely kitchen equipped with essential appliances like a toaster, washing machine, microwave, and fridge. The bathroom was exceptionally clean, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

We had a really wonderful time at Rohini's listing. It is located in a gated complex and has all the amenities to make life easy. One can enjoy the peace and calmness of South goa and have access to the serene beaches nearby. We would definitely look forward to getting back here.

Marlon's place offers peace and tranquility. All the touristy spots are accessible if you have a vehicle. Special shout-out to Marta, who really made sure we were doing fine. We were extremely pleased with the privacy and beauty this place offered

I had a wonderful stay at Palolem Hills, Canacona! The location is absolutely perfect — nestled in the peaceful hills but still very close to Palolem Beach and other beautiful spots in South Goa. The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. The apartment (or villa) was spacious, airy, and had a lovely balcony view. I especially loved waking up to the sound of birds and the fresh, green surroundings. It felt like a true getaway from the noise and crowds. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay, making check-in smooth and stress-free. They also gave some great local tips for food, beaches, and activities. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay near Palolem. Would love to come back aga

Had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. Looks exactly like how it's in the photos, great location, and really well maintained. Special mention to Prashant the caretaker, who was exceptionally helpful. Props to prerna as well, who responded actively to any queries, questions or confusions that I had. A lovely experience overall. Would love to visit again. 🙂

I am visiting this place for the second time and i think the place is value for money. Location as well is pretty good.

What a well maintained villa as well as overall property. River view is lovely and calming while it is 3 mins walking to the beach. They have their own shopping complex with a great supermarket for everything required. Literally so much to do within close proximity. Inder (the caretaker) was super friendly and helpful, as was olinda (house help). Overall this property is worth it if you want to stay in the area.

Peaceful location ...very beautiful house ..host Ms. Josephine was very sweet and quick responsive. She was always available when needed and helpful too. location was a little far from the nearby beaches but overall experience was amazing and totally worth it..

The view of Talpone river from the kitchen/balcony was stunning! The staff was incredibly attentive and took good care of our family. Thank you! The beds were comfortable and they provided clean bed sheets and towels. The outside kitchen was great to cook basic food, the fridge/freezer and the fresh water filter was a big advantage and they even put milk/coffe/eggs and bread in the fridge for us wich was a very warm welcoming. This area is a bit remote so you probably need scooters to go around/shopping/eating. Really nice location to get away from the crowd not far from beautiful and more quiet beaches. It would've been nice if the outside sitting area in the balcony was more comfortable to sit as the chairs/table was a bit overused. We had a few small requests and Axel and his staff were always happy to help. Thank you for a really nice vacation. We highly recommend!

Anshul's place has everything you need, it's ideally placed in Cavelossim, easily walkable to the beach, there's a nice restaurant just at the end of the estate along with a small supermarket for essentials. And you're very close to other amenities. Friendly cleaner visiting every day. Anshul's recommendations were great, as was his communication. The complex was well maintained, though the pools in the complex (which I'm sure the host doesn't have any say in the upkeep of) weren't cleaned as frequently as we would have expected. But this is a very minor thing, you were better off going in the sea a few minutes walk away. You won't find a better place to stay in Cavelossim. Book and enjoy!

I couldn‘t have imagined a better place to stay in Goa. From the first night on I enjoyed a peaceful sleep & vibey mornings in this fantastic flat. The view over the lush & green surroundings made me romanticize about a how a life near the jungle would look like. The appartment was perfectly clean & beautifully decorated with cool paintings. I definitely recommend Arpits place - it is truly wonderful.

When I wasn't feeling well, she was incredibly attentive, consistently checking in on me and offering any assistance I might need. As a female solo traveler, feeling safe and secure is paramount, and Allison's welcoming and trustworthy demeanor made my stay in Benaulim complete.

This place was one of the most cleanest apartments ive stayed in goa ! Its a huge space ! Worth the money ! And the time spent there !

Fantastic apartment surrounded by locals in the small, cozy village of Utorda. From there you can reach the clean, quiet beach with some restaurants and beach bars in about 10 minutes on foot. You can get your daily necessities in the surrounding area. The local buses stop directly in front of the apartment at the intersection. The apartment is on the 2nd floor in a residential building inhabited by locals. The apartment is very spacious with 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, a large well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and two wonderfully quiet balconies from which you can enjoy the sunset. Lincoln and his wife took care of everything very carefully without being intrusive. I found exactly what I was looking for there. Casual holiday without stress away from mass tourism. In one word “holiday with friends” Thank you for the wonderful time Goa

we have got a very welcoming host and the properties we stayed were very homely and locations were very good

The place was awesome. The 3 nights we spent in this homestay was so relaxing, very close to Palolem Beach( 3-5 mins by vehicle) with lots of eateries around. Also used Zomato services on 2 occasions. The flat was exactly as described, extremely well maintained and with all possible amenities. Even the smart tv was of latest model with 40mbps private Jio connection. The host was very helpful, provided all the required help and informations. Was not intrusive at all.

Perfect peaceful home stay 5 mins walk away from colva beach and next to Courtyard by Marriot. Restaurants and markets are walk away. Good options for veg and Jain food nearby - Swiggy and instamart also available at this location - so everything was a breeze. Vidyadhar was always available and also gave us contacts for bike and cabs. Highly recommended for a family with kids.
