Very clean. Home away from home. Met all our expectations and more. We would highly recommend this place to others and will definitely book at this location again whenever we’re in the area. Very enjoyable.

The apartment is very comfortable and cozy feeling. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings. The kitchen and bathroom were both well stocked with anything we might need. Very nice outdoor sitting and eating area as well. We had such a relaxing time!

Rebecca was a very gracious host, she responded quickly to questions and let us know about local shops and restaurants. Our apartment was very clean the bed was comfortable. We loved walking through the town.

Just great people . Always responded fast to anything. Locked myself out and they were there in no time. More than helpful. Highly recommend.

The mill was a perfect place for us. We love history and the setting was beautiful. For such an old structure we found it to be warm,cozy, beautiful and very comfortable. The floor to ceiling windows were wonderful. We enjoyed taking our E bikes out even at 43*! Very scenic and little to no traffic on the road. Such a gem! Many thanks to the hosts for creating a lovely getaway and sharing it with the rest of us!

Excellent location. Beautifully redone with all amenities

We were in town to visit our daughter for the holidays. We had a wonderful stay. We were able to walk to local shops and restaurants. The space was cozy. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen came in handy for our family tradition of baking and decorating holiday cookies.

Cynthia’s ABB was probably the cleanest, most comfortable, most enjoyable ABB experience we have had. She is a great communicator and she and her family are right downstairs in her Home Decorating shop. We stayed in the back unit which was very quiet. We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful mountain house. The views are amazing, and Berit did a great job giving very clear instructions on how to navigate the mountain on the way up. She made sure ahead of time that we had vehicles suitable for the drive which was very appreciated. She checked in with us throughout the weekend just to make sure there was nothing we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of towels/blankets available, and overall was just a wonderful stay. There is a winery, Chateau Morrisette, which was only about 15 minutes away that was really fun to visit, and Floyd is a very cute, friendly town. I would definitely stay here again. Great house, very quaint, love the mid century feel. House was stocked very well, realized we forgot toothpaste and found some in the bathroom cabinet. Hosts were kind enough to leave a chilled bottle of wine for us upon arrival.

The owners were very responsive and accommodating. The place was clean and nice. Great outdoor area and convenient store within reach. The instructions and amenities were as described and very check in and out process. Would definitely recommend!

This was the perfect little spot for our weekend. Close to the Parkway and several places to eat from fancy to low key within a few minutes. This is an older home that made me feel like I was at grandmas. I kept waiting to find something wrong but in the end will be going back for sure.

Lovely private home in the mountains. Rained all weekend but not the host's fault of course. The heat worked great. Kitchen was very well stocked, we cooked almost every meal. Driveway is steep but doable.

This is a place to go to when you want to take in the view and just unwind. It is comfortable, well-furnished, good beds, well appointed kitchen, and very well-heated...which matters when it gets cold in the mountains! we would stay again!

The home was wonderful. The view is fabulous and the amenities were all that we needed. The kitchen was well appointed and there were great books and lots of games to keep us busy. We will definitely keep this home in mind for future trips.

This home was perfect for a girls golf getaway. The view of the golf course and cheering for the golfers that were playing at Cross Creek was very enjoyable. We enjoyed the house and it was perfect for four women from PA. We chose to stay in for dinner and Megan had all the dinner ware that we needed. The place is exactly how it was advertised, which is a great thing!!! Located right across the street from a small coffee shop that may have had the best Americano I have ever had and above Hugo's which unexpectedly had delicious food (wings, pasta, pizza, ribs) and by far the BEST apple pie and chocolate cake!! Yes we tried them all. It was a block away (walking distance) the 24 Gym which has everything you need for a complete workout!

Perfect spot within walking distance to Napolis and Bernard’s landing event venue. Beautiful view from the living room and balcony. Everything was clean and the condo smelt fantastic. I do wish there were more blankets/linens for the bed. It was a wonderful stay, thank you Tracy for welcoming us into your home.

This was our first time staying in an Airbnb and the first time we visited SML. Our experience was great from our initial inquiry regarding boat launching, docking, and trailer storage at check-in to our departure 5 days later. Armand obtained the info and map links from the security office that we needed to launch the boat and store the trailer. which made it easy once we arrived. The view from the condo is beautiful any time of the day, but the view of the sunrise across the lake behind the mountain is absolutely stunning. We were very comfortable and felt at home during our stay. If you have a boat, bring it, you can’t beat waking down to the dock on this water playground with marinas, restaurants, beaches, and shops to visit. We’re looking forward to returning in the Spring.

The beautiful view coupled with a quiet neighborhood were welcomed. However, what I appreciate the most is the thoughtfulness that invited you into every room, such as the complementary toiletries in case you forgot something, the full dishware in the kitchen, or the mints on the dresser. It was the perceft place for our weekend. I will definitely stay again!

This condo was perfect for our weekend getaway! Newly renovated, comfortable furniture and amazing views. Host was a pleasure to work with!

We loved our stay here! Such a pretty area,appreciated the comfortable chairs on the balcony overlooking the mountains and lake. Very peaceful and quiet this time of year. The unit was bright and sunny,very clean,and the decor was lovely-beautiful and calming. Nice to be able to access the indoor pool and hot tub,just across the expansive lawn at the clubhouse-and the dry sauna and steam room there as well was a bonus! The fireplace is not operational but the remote controlled candles in it did provide a cozy ambiance in the evening. The bed was very comfortable. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

I stayed at Matt & Krista's condo for a month in the off season (March). The view of the mountains and lake is gorgeous and pictures don't do the sunrises and sunsets justice. It was peaceful and quiet with the condo in excellent condition. It had everything I needed and was very clean. Parking was right in front of the condo and the homeowners office staff were also wonderful when I needed them to help me retrieve a package from the mailroom. This was my first time staying in the mountains and I am so glad to have found this little piece of heaven on my first trip. Highly recommend!

Convenient, comfortable and great view. Chris was helpful, flexible, and very responsive. Visited during an epic cold spell and missed the full potential of the lake access which I would live to enjoy next time
