Joanie’s place was a fantastic family spring break destination - all the comforts of home and the beach within footsteps. Beach toys and chairs were ready and waiting plus great patios for morning and evening relaxation, including an outdoor shower and hose to de-sand after the beach. Super clean townhouse, well appointed and comfortable. Super short trips to Publix, local ice cream shops, etc. We cooked most meals - kitchen was stocked with all we needed including a few incidentals (e.g., salt, pepper, oil, condiments, etc). Highly recommend - would stay again in a heartbeat.

What a great home Derek offers! Nicely furnished, clean, well-stocked, great location. Gleason Park…just a couple of blocks away, is a wonderful resource. Hard to find any faults in this home! We (plus our 11.5 year old Lab) had a great stay!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Tim’s place again. The pool area is absolutely amazing. It is perfect for a family to be able to relax and enjoy. We plan to be back in the future!

3/10/2025 Review of the Yellow Beach House, Cape Canaveral. The Yellow Beach House was a great stay with a very good quiet location and nice amenaties. A ten minute walk and you were on the spacious beautiful Atlantic Ocean beach. The pool area is outstanding with plenty of lounges, a large tiki hut and additional seating and fire table. The house has plenty of linens and cookware to prepare any meal. Sondra, our host was very responsive to any questions or issues. I would highly recommend this house. Roy L.

Fantastic hosts! House was exactly as outlined, quiet neighborhood, lots to do, convenient to restaurants. Hosts communicated and were friendly and helpful throughout the booking. I would highly recommend it if in the area!

This townhouse was absolutely beautiful, and the views and easy walk to the beach can’t be beat! The kitchen had everything we could’ve ever wanted plus some. All the beach gear was provided for us to use, too! If we are ever back in the area, we’d stay here in a heartbeat.

Diane's place was a super place to stay. We had comfortable furniture and having a full kitchen was a bonus. We enjoyed our surroundings inside and in the resort area. The community was very friendly and we enjoyed the use of the pools especially the one by the river. It was a great spot for my husband as we are birders and there were several good birding spot close by. It was also not far beach and we enjoyed our beach walks as well.

This was our 2nd stay at this home with our 3 children, their spouses, and our 7 young grandchildren (ages1-9). We love the open layout, the patio area above the beach, and the single floor living for all but the master suite. The hosts are exceptionally responsive. The reverse osmosis water filter tap is a big plus that most homes we’ve rented do not have.
