Tout s'est bien passé avec Yue, c'est une personne gentille, serviable, toujours réactive, elle nous a permis d'arriver plutôt que l'heure prévue, l'appartement est propre et bien rangé, emplacement idéal tout est à proximité.. c'était très bien , merci. Je recommande fortement.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location is perfect, with many establishments nearby, making it super convenient. The host was fantastic very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience even better. The place itself was lovely, clean, and well-maintained. Highly recommend!

very nice Appartement. super swimming pool ! very kind host. only the location is a bit remote, so that you have to take a 20minutes taxi to get to Central PATTAYA mall for example.

房源乾淨、用品一應俱全！下午悠閒玩水泡游泳池很不錯、床也很好睡、如果沒行程還真想一整天待在住宿裡、點外送或叫車也是很方便、定位都很準確、雖然目前附近感覺還不是鬧區或很有很多店家、但是也相對的很安靜有一種悠閒感！！下次有再去芭達雅還會想要再去住

Die Unterkunft und die Kommunikation waren sehr gut. Das Apartment sah wie auf den Bildern aus und war sehr sauber. Sehr hervorzuheben ist der Pool im 31. Stock, mit besonderem Blick über Pattaya.

Teresa’s place was incredible. Beautiful surroundings and amazing sea view. Very peaceful. You wake up in the mornings with birds’ singing. Apartment is very spacious for 1+1 standards. Marina is great for walking and little restaurants. A bit far from shopping but it is not an issue as you can order everything online and get delivered within 1 hour. I would love to come back for sure. Once again thank you Teresa.

This was my second time staying at her place Everything was perfect!! I especially love the HOT WATER PRESSURE leading to an amazing shower 😃 and the amazing view of the beach when I first open my eyes in the morning. Ellen is am AMAZING host . Can't wait to come back 🤞🏿

This was a great condo! I have stayed at Grand Avenue three other times, but the host (Yai) is the best host I have experienced. He and his staff worked with my girlfriend to make sure check in was convenient. The condo was thoughtfully furnished and equipped to ensure we had cleaning supplies and necessities, including toilet paper, laundry detergent, soap & shampoo, condiments, coffee & tea, salt & pepper, etc. It is obvious that Yai and his staff prepare the condo to make sure the guests feel at home. The furniture also made a difference. There were dressers with drawers for storage, a coat rack, a dedicated work space / desk, lamps, and even a laundry basket. Yai also provided two sets or key cards, which made it very convenient for me and my girlfriend to come and go without having to coordinate with each other. In addition, the bed linens seemed high quality and were very comfortable. I loved this condo and plan on staying there again in the future. Thank you Yai.
