It was amazing to be accommodated by Antika, she and her entire team take care that you are well and have all the comfort and cleanliness you need. The villa is comfortable, fully equipped, clean and everything inside looks so new. It is located on a quiet street, but close to various markets and restaurants, including a Japanese one where I ate the best ramen of my life.

Stayed at this villa as two families of 5 and 3 had a great time nice clean villa tucked away from the busy streets but still close enough to walk for plenty of shopping and great restaurants, Joel and his co-host Mr Dewa were very quick to respond to any questions we had, Mr Dewa was also available via phone at any time we needed. Cleaning staff were very friendly Egik in particular was very polite and respectful and always up for a good friendly chat and always helping with any issues or recommendations for days out and great restaurants.

The place was beautiful. Lots of space. Private even though you are on the families compound. Family lots that live there are so kind and friendly. Lots of great instructions and info in their little booklet. fully cleaned everyday, even floors mopped. Just loved it!

Der kleine Swimmingpool genossen wir für tägliche Entspannung. Ein ganz besonderer Dank gilt Karin und Made, die mit ihrer herzlichen Art unseren Aufenthalt zu einem echten Wohlfühlerlebnis gemacht haben. Die Kommunikation war jederzeit hervorragend, und wir fühlten uns rundum willkommen. Ebenso möchten wir Ketut hervorheben – eine unglaublich liebenswürdige und fürsorgliche Person. Sie stand uns stets mit wertvollen Tipps zur Seite und hat sich wunderbar um uns gekümmert. Dieses Gästehaus ist ein wahrer Geheimtipp den ich jederzeit empfehlen darf.

Great little villa with a very nice pool. Really clean and beautiful! If you are not accustomed to noise bring ear plugs for sleeping. Great location near all the shops you need. Felt safe and secure too.

Had a fantastic stay at this private villa! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered a peaceful retreat. The highlight was the individually prepared breakfast each morning—delicious and made with care. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Ein Gefühl von zu Hause! Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich ein Träumchen. Sehr ruhig gelegen im Wohngebiet der Gastfamilie. Etwas abseits vom trubeligen Ubud Zentrum, aber doch sehr schnell zu erreichen. Alles ist blitzeblank sauber! Kein Schimmel! Keine Feuchtigkeit. Keine Krabbeltiere. Jeden Morgen ein leckeres Frühstück, welches ich einmal sogar schon um 5.30 Uhr bekam, weil ich zum Sonnenaufgang wollte. Einwandfreie Kommunikation. Der Garten und Pool ist klasse! Vor allem die Fische. Ich hab’s hier geliebt und würde jederzeit wieder kommen! Dieser Ort hat rundherum eine sehr schöne Energie!

We absolutely loved our stay at Deni's place and will definitely be recommending it to anyone we know visiting Bali. The place was exactly as described and Deni was a responsive host. We made good use of the local recommendations and the driver, Raka, and the Wayans (who look after the villa) were kind and helpful. We had an electrical problem during our stay and Mr Wayan came around immediately to help us out and an electrician was arranged for the next day. I highly recommend Deni's place to anyone visiting Seminyak.

This was a superb experience living for a month within a Balinese family compound. It was a great location for walking to Ubud and had a selection of restaurant/cafes closeby. A variety of Beautiful spas were also close for treatments. The accomodation had a swimming pool which we used daily and a family shop which was very convenient. All of the Balinese family members were so lovely and welcoming that we cant wait to return for another holiday.

Putu ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Er hat auf alle unsere Bitten schnell und zuvorkommend reagiert. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Sie ist ruhig und sehr privat gelegen. Das Bett ist gemütlich und der Ausblick ins Grüne phantastisch. Wir hatten die Möglichkeit eines späten Auscheckens, was vor einer langen Rückreise toll war. Vielen lieben Dank auch an Juni für die frischen Blumen.

вилла нам понравилась, было очень уютно и комфортно для жизни. на кухне было все необходимое для приготовления еды (даже маленькая духовка) уборка была каждый день. Очень удачное расположение, до пляжа пешком 10 мин Хочу отметить невероятную отзывчивость хозяйки. Всем рекомендую эту виллу.

There were some technical issues at the property and we got upgraded, we loved the place though, it’s comfy and the location is just perfect. Brio’s team helped us 24/7 and very responsive. All the amenities are great and they’re lovely.

The villa is beautiful and comfortable with a great pool and garden. It is very private and peaceful. Accommodation is comfortable with a great bed and good linen. Kitchen well supplied. Wayan, the caretaker, is very helpful and knowledgeable about local attractions. He organized a scooter to rent and we hired him for local tours and airport transfer. Made the stay very easy. We are keen to go back.

The host is very considerable and kind. The house is very clean, neat and comfortable. Suitable for anyone coming with big family or members. The house location is strategic, near to Kuta Beach, Changgu and Seminyak. The host even treat us some desserts and very easy to deal with. Definity will come and stay here again. very satisfied with the services and place. Thank you Host.

This villa was fantastic for our stay with 2 couples + 2 young kids. The hosts are amazing and were so incredibly accommodating to our needs. The only thing I’ll mention if you have young kids is the concrete stairs do not have a railing and are steep. But pascale arranged a baby gate at the bottom and also helped en arrange pool fencing and a cot to make things easy. They had an incident where the internet was cut and pascale was all over it and found us a replacement instantly. Absolute fantastic hosts and great villa. Would stay again. Walking distance through a short cut to the beach was good for prams etc

Really nice play to stay in Canggu Area, good price and they were really nice. I recommend.

This was a very comfortable and welcoming space with boats available to answer any questions and help arrange things like transportation and laundry. It was so kind and helpful of them to set up a car pickup from the airport, and they kept the space beautiful and clean with every other day cleaning. This level of service went above and beyond and made our stay so much more enjoyable. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance and impeccable hospitality from our hosts. Highly recommended!!

This peaceful place was an amazing space. Had great areas for relaxing, quite pool and located away from the main street but close enough to walk everywhere. The host were sensational, always checking in on you but giving you space when you need it. Would recommend this spot for a few mates, or a couple to relax but be close to the action.
