Property was perfect for my stay - close to where I needed to be for work.

This house was beautiful and perfect for our 2 family vacation. Loved the basketball area, outdoor screened in patio, and pool. The kitchen was amazing - I have never seen as many utensils, pots, pans, etc. at any other rental. Top notch.

This house was easy to find & it looked just like the photos. The location was very convenient—only 5 miles from Siesta Key beach. Lots of restaurants nearby.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Christy house. Clean and she was extremely helpful. The neighbors were friendly as well quiet area. Thank you next time I need a place to stay in that area I would rent again.

great property but could use a smidge of TLC on some of the amenities. bocce ball box was very weathered and broke when we picked it up from the accessories areas. Unfortunately, the gas grill, jacuzzi, and BBQ were not usuable during our stay due to a gas line issue. Obviously, it was beyond their control but definitely a bummer because we planned our dinner around using it. the service was fantastic and our family really enjoyed the guesthouse and grounds. we'll return again if in the area!

The house was clean, well kept and comfortable. Our family enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the easy access to both Siesta Key and Lido Beaches.

Let me start by saying - Neil and Cynthia really did it right. This unit was designed and built from the ground up. Quaint and cozy, peaceful and elegant, with no expense spared. Perfect for a couples getaway - close (walking or biking) to the siesta key & beach. Everything you could need. Full kitchenette, laundry machines, comfy bed, A/C, forced air heat, PLENTY of hot water with EXCELLENT water pressure. Small private backyard area with an outdoor shower to rinse after a day at the beach. Just all around a great experience. Wonderful hosts. Only wish we stayed longer! This place is really nice. We spent much of our stay looking at properties for a potential move so we weren’t on a standard vacation. Spent some time at the beaches and up in Venice. Went fishing on a charter from the marina next door. He condo itself is beautiful and roomy. Kitchen well equipped. No complaints at all. I would certainly stay there again. Becky is great to work with. Highly recommended.

My husband and I spent a month in this home. Before arriving we received a very detailed welcome guide that explained everything. The house was exactly as photographed and was spotless. They run their business very professionall. I've stayed in many Airbnb's and they were the first to run theirs hotel style....meaning it was stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, soap, laundry soap, etc for our entire stay. The house itself sits on the corner of a busy street but but the general location is great. So close to beautiful Nokomis Beach, Deep Lagoon Sea Food restaurant, Tiki Beach Bar on Casey Key etc.... I would definitelystay there again. The only that I would ha e liked is if the small lanai on the back was made a little more cozy with a nice outdoor rug, string lights and a bistro set to make it an inviting place to sit and have a coffee in the morning. Other than that they literally thought of EVERYTHING. thanks Lusso
