Had a great time staying here, the apartment was clean, easy to access and felt safe. There was some construction going on just across the street, but it wasn’t terribly loud. The location of this Airbnb is great, easy to get around and central to Tampa as well as surrounding areas. Host was also extremely responsive! I will be here again some time soon.

We had a great time at the apartment, it was more than clean, it was neat, spacious place x a one bed with walking closet, one big bathroom, plenty towels, sheets and pillows, nice balcony, kitchen had all utensils x cooking, even though we didn't. Building is really nice, modern, safe, clean, fantastic gym and roof top x residents, 24/7 front desk, great location, easy to find, parking lot, is right behind the building, with direct access to building. I really hight recommend it!!! Thanks to Jenken!!!

This place was so very beautiful! New and very clean. It had all of the amenities and more. Stephen was easy to deal with. I highly recommend staying here for families and or couples both old and young. If you decide to stay here you will be more than satisfied. We will return!

Great location! Parking garage nice. Comfortable beds. Carpets in bedrooms could be replaced. Overall nice place and would stay again.

The Regency manager Helen was very helpful . We’ve stayed at her apt complex many times as snowbirds. The new Air Bnb is great and spacious. Over the workout room, so sometimes heard weights (dropping). The pool was right down the outdoor stairs and the laundry room was downstairs too. Beds were comfy and kitchen was huge, fully equipped for our 5 week stay. We hope to return.

The apartment and location look exactly like the pictures. It’s a perfect spot for someone who wants to have a lot of options (socially) without always going far. The restaurants had great food. There were events on multiple nights in the square. The pool and gym are perfect. We were close to the beach, downtown, and more. The biggest negatives is that the bed and sofa could felt like concrete. Insanely uncomfortable! Also, there was no extra toilet paper, so after ONE use we had to visit Walmart. I would and absolutely will stay here again. Perfect size for 2 people. The additional fees for damages and the amount of personal information they require concerned me BUT I am happy I stayed here. The building was quiet and felt safe.

This place was very nice. It had everything you could need while down there. It felt and looked clean. The view was stunning overlooking the bay, especially for sunsets. The location is not far from the airport or downtown Tampa and then if you want to go to a beach, Clearwater and St Pete isn’t too far of a drive either. I would recommend staying here and I would stay here again!

Amazing location, close to everything. Wonderful pool, beach and right next to the trolley spot. Didn’t use the tennis or pickleball courts at all but looked popular too! The place itself had everything we needed, plenty of games provided and newer furniture in the bedrooms, would say the grill below was charcoal, so prepare accordingly.

We had such a wonderful stay!!! We loved that it was located right on Tampa Bay. Beautiful views and sunsets. We also loved the pool, pool bar & grill. It was so FUN! The condo was immaculate and so nicely decorated - everything looked brand new! The bed was very comfortable. The condo had everything we needed and so much more! It was a little small, but it was perfect for my husband and me. Once in a while we heard kids running outside the condo at night, but it was minor. We didn’t go to the beach or use the grills, but many guests appeared to enjoy them. Nikki was great - she was incredibly caring and responsive. We would definitely stay there again. We had a fantastic stay at Cody's place. The location was perfect-just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The condo was clean and spacious. The room also had beach chairs, and an umbrella available so that was wonderful for our beach days.

We just had a perfect five night stay and couldn't recommend this place more. The location was beautiful with a peaceful, private balcony but also close proximity to the pool. The condo was stocked with everything we could possibly need. We were traveling with a three year old and were delighted to find all of the things to make a beach day safe and comfortable already there (chairs, toys, puddle jumpers, etc.). We were so comfortable and relaxed and felt right at home. The condo complex felt clean and safe and everyone we met was super nice and friendly. The pool area was clean and never crowded and we spent a ton of time swimming and relaxing in the hot tub and e joying the beautiful atmosphere and views. We hope to go back soon and absolutely would recommend Summer's place!

Well, where to start! Firstly, it’s not very often that the pictures and description of a property don’t do it justice. A true pice of paradise. We even survived our first hurricane!! But it wasn’t without the help of hosts, being extremely responsive, helpful and going the extra mile. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Great place to stay for our trip to watch the Tropical Sevens. Place was tidy and well equipped with everything we needed and more. Responsive host! Would stay again!

This home is beautiful and was extremely clean. Kitchen had everything you need. We used the grill quite a bit and it was a really nice, clean grill. Washer and dryer looked new and so did the huge sectional couch in the living room. We really appreciated the colorful towels instead of the dingy white "hotel" towels you find in most Airbnb's. The beds were very comfortable and rooms had nice size closets. The master bedroom could use a dresser as there wasn't anywhere to set anything or put your clothes in drawers. Outside is a big lanai that you go right from the home into. The pool was great! It was so warm while we were there we only turned on the pool heater a couple of times. Backyard is very private with a tall privacy fence enclosing the entire yard. My Labrador Retriever loved it! The Peloton bike in the garage was a bonus for my friend who used it almost everyday! Neighborhood very nice and quiet. Close to groceries, Walmart, shopping and tons of restaurants. Great place!

Would stay here again! Joel was a wonderful host. Quick to respond, has lots of knowledge and suggestions for the area. House was well equipped with everything you would need! Just as described. When you walk outside you can hear the people on the roller coasters at Busch Gardens. Older neighborhood but we always felt safe and had no problems. I highly recommend staying here.

Enjoyed our stay, we used the pool and hot tub. It worked out great. Plenty of space to hang out and enjoy yourself when you’re not out doing. All the dishes and pans were easily found to cook at the house, that was excellent for us

Had the most wonderful experience staying at Bucs Bungalow for 4 days during my recent trip to Tampa for a conference! Ann was the most gracious host! She was proactive in introducing herself, inquiring about any questions/concerns I may have before arriving, and updating me on if early check in would be feasible; she was also immediately responsive during our stay (which was so impressive). Her home was beautifully decorated and cozy, well organized - house rules/details were displayed in such a creative & cohesive way, every bedroom/bathroom spotless upon our arrival (which I am very particular about), and kitchen was adequately stocked to make the place instantly feel like home. The neighborhood is pretty quiet, and I felt safe the entire time. The check in/check out processes were also incredibly simple and stress-free. Our group had plenty of space to spead out comfortably. I highly recommend staying here if visiting the Tampa!! The best AirBnB experience I’ve had to date!

Don’t hesitate if you’re thinking about booking. This was by far my best Airbnb experience. Brian was very helpful and accommodating. The house was pristine and smelled amazing. The pool was clean and the water was warm, I was surprised he even included sun screen and beach towels. There were plenty of pillows and throw blankets for comfy nights in. My furbabies loved it there. Thank you Brian!!

A small space but it was just me. I liked the security of having the owner next door. Close to food.

well worth what was paid! cute home with comfortable hot tub and outdoor shower. two rooms with two living areas dining are and spacious kitchen. washer and dryer was a plus. very peaceful, even with an occupied RV on property. host was super responsive, will totally book again if we ended up at ft Myers for another event!
