This apartment was perfect. Everything about it was excellent. The amenities were superb, beds and linens were top notch, the kitchen well stocked, and very clean. Highly recommended! Parking was great. Very walkable to shopping and restaurants. It has two matching bedrooms and baths, perfect for two couples. Great showers as well. Awesome place.

Clean place in a great area. Kitchen was definitely a nice feature that we very much enjoyed. There’s a beach in walking distance. The whole place is cozy and homey. Cons: coffee maker wasn’t clean, expired food was left behind, the beds were bunk beds, which wasn’t preferred. Overall, it was a positive experience and was very comfortable for 3 nights

We had a great time staying in the Treetop Heaven "treehouse"! My wife and I loved the mountain feel of the environment without the excursion into the actual mountains. Amenities, shops, and restaurants are just a mile away and the area has a small town, community feel. Hosts were very attentive and made sure we knew they were available if we needed anything. The accommodations were perfect for the two of us and my wife especially enjoyed our meals on the deck hidden up in the trees! A great place for a getaway!

I highly recommend staying here. Its absolutely beautiful. Perfect location right across the street from Capitila Beach, Margaritaville, Zeldas and many more restaurants and shops. The studio is clean and very comfortable. Trust me you'll love this place! Thanks Evan

Fancy Free is exactly what we wanted and we got exactly what was advertised. Small but ideal for us. Lovely and easy walk to get to the downtown area. Beach is also easy. Small place with everything you need. Nikki and Jess were super helpful and communicative. Definitely suggest looking at their guide for things to do and places to go. Excellent hosts, excellent stay. 100% recommended!

Thank you Amy and Brent for hosting us- we had such a great experience! We were there to visit Monterey but could have also just stayed and enjoyed this serene and peaceful home. The place was very clean, bright, and spacious. We hope to come back soon.

Ian and his brother Ryan were excellent hosts! They were extremely communicative, which I always very much appreciate. I loved the brightness of each room, one with a large window and the other with a french door to a spacious backyard. We felt very comfortable in the home and also loved the live plants in the kitchen area. The kitchen has nice pots and pans, a few spices to cook with, and all needed utensils. We always cook when we travel, so it was great to have all of these needs met! The beds were comfortable, and the couch was nice and cozy as well :) Great location too!

We had a great time in Carmel at Bobby’s house. The location was easy to get into town but also easy for driving around the surrounding areas. The space itself was really nice - so clean and well maintained and updated. It had everything we needed!

We loved our stay and the beautiful views. The layout and housing was nice and the beds were very comfortable. The only issues we had was that it was close to the freeway so you could hear the cars sometimes. The place is very easy to find and to get to. The only thing that may have helped was having pot holders for using the oven. Definitely follow the instructions to turn on the fan and open the window when using the stove because the fire alarm is close to the kitchen. These are really minor things. I would recommend others stay here and would have loved to stay longer otherwise.

Victor was very responsive and responded within 20 minutes (or less). The home was beautiful and well appointed. It sits on the corner of two streets—one of which is rather busy in the mornings, so can be loud if you have the windows open while you sleep. The beds were all very comfortable and there was plenty of space for our group. The home is beautiful and is a short drive to Monterey, the aquarium, and activities.

3 of us stayed. The house is small but plenty of room for us. It was very clean. The beds were amazingly comfortable. Everything we needed was there. It’s also in a very convenient location.

Joanne and Nicole’s apartment was very spacious, and both David and I had more than enough room to relax and enjoy our time. The home theater was such a special treat, and we really appreciated the helpful information they provided about nearby restaurants. On top of that, they generously left snacks and even pasta sauce for us, which made us feel very welcomed. The outdoor hot tub was warm, clean, and incredibly cozy, making our stay even more relaxing. The instructions they gave were very clear and easy to follow, which helped everything go smoothly from the moment we arrived. They also placed a very easy-to-understand guidebook inside the apartment, so we could quickly find anything we needed without any confusion. Thanks to their thoughtful setup and care, we were able to fully relax and enjoy a slow and peaceful two-night, three-day stay.

We had a wonderful weekend at this lovely home! The house was very clean and well-maintained, and it’s located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood that made for a relaxing stay. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which was super convenient. One of the highlights was the amazing view of the ocean right from the house absolutely stunning. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

The location of the apartment is awesome. We really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and excellent view of the beach and ocean. Sleeping with the sound of the ocean waves was such a gift. Patti is lovely and kind with her communications. We did have some issues with the shower and bath sink in one of the bathrooms. We also wished we had paid attention to what was not listed in terms of provisions. For example, you’d have to bring your own coffee, teas, paper towels, and bathroom hand soaps (although napkins and bath soap bars were provided). Overall, a beautiful home at a great location with potentials for some minor improvements which I understand Patti will address in good spirit.

If you are looking for a place to rest, relax and reset your mind this is the place for you. Pajaro Dunes is a wonderful location to walk along the beach just steps away from the condo. It’s very peaceful and the resort grounds are clean. Soojin is a wonderful host and her condo was more than we could have asked for. Very clean, modern decor and the amenities provided were very well thought of especially in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. Beach amenities were provided as well. We hope to return and bring our family and friends to join us next time around.

David was super responsive and helpful with local recommendations! The stay was spotless and full of amenities such as a private beach access just a few steps away as well as multiple pool and hot tub access. It was in a quiet and peaceful area for a perfect getaway

Great location! Cozy condo with amazing view and right off the Freeway. Condo had everything we needed for our getaway. Anthony was very helpful and had a book full of suggestions for our stay. Quick reply time when I had a question. I would definitely recommend Anthony’s place👍🏽

This was the perfect place for my family and I to relax and enjoy. Plenty to do and a great little restaurant right on location. Sidharth was awesome to communicate with and was very proactive.

My husband, toddler and I had a wonderful 4 night stay in Amy's condo. The unit was very nice, welcoming and comfortable. It was exactly as expected based on the pictures and description. It was conveniently located for our needs, with many shops and restaurants nearby in a safe and nice area to walk around. This was a great location for a family trip to visit the dunes, Cannery Row and Carmel. It was about a 15-20 minute dive to parking at Cannery row, for reference. Parking was easy and her directions and communication were clear and very helpful. Amy was very friendly and accommodating. We would certainly stay here again and refer a friend.
