Awesome stay in the heart of downtown Austin. Close to bars, restaurants and nightlife yet not noisy. Bed was super comfy and the host was very responsive. And the views were phenomenal! Outdoor space on the 10th floor was beautiful and overlooked the city! Loved that onsite parking was available.

Susie&Andrew were amazingly helpful the entire time, went above and beyond and made our trip very memorable. absolutely amazing hosts. thank you guys so much !

Such a cute place! Had a great time in Austin and the place we stayed at was cozy and in an area that had multiple stores and restaurants near by. Would likely stay again when back in Austin! 100% recommend!

Very new and clean place. Full kitchen utensils. We saw wild deer when we first arrived. Easy to check in by ourselves. Only 20 minutes to Outlets. We all enjoyed our Thanksgiving weekend in this place.

Great place to stay, walking distance to almost every main neighborhood, great view of the city from the rooftop. Well stocked kitchen and easy to check in and out.

Such a cute place with artistic decor and in a stupendous location! Walkable to Rosie’s wine bar, Clark’s Oyster Bar, Swedish Cafe, Howard’s, Taco Flats around the corner, along with Josephine House and Jeffrey’s. Quiet Neighborhood and a stone’s throw from downtown.

Shawn’s place was fantastic! Me and my bf visited Austin for the weekend to attend a music festival and we chose to stay at Shawn’s Airbnb because it was very affordable and great location. He was very responsive and always made sure we were well takin care of. The space was super clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. I highly recommend booking with Shawn!

My stay was really great! Not far from downtown so it’s easy to get to the city or S Congress. Felt comfortable and host was flexible. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

What a relaxing experience, we loved everything about our weekend, the warm welcome, including fresh baked cookies! Great communication, the peace and quiet the wonderful cabin and deck, with every amenity you can think of. The area is great to just wander and discover things. This is our first stay with Georgia, Eric and Dakota, but it wont be the last!

Wonderful visit at this beautiful apartment! Beds are all super comfy, wonderful towels, fabulous location, super responsive host. It's our second time using the property for a girls' weekend. I would pack your own wireless speaker if you want music, but we were able to figure out how to pull up some music channels on the tv.

Great apartment located in a fun, walkable, and easily accessible neighborhood in Austin. Close to amazing food, restaurants, shops, and outdoor activities. Our hosts had great recommendations listed, their studio was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Congress Ave is not far away and walkable. Parking is on the street but right in front of the studio so it's not an issue. Grind your own coffee beans in the morning, almost every style of brewing available in the kitchen! The bed is very comfortable. I would say the studio is perfect for 2 guests only.

We were in Fredericksburg for the weekend to celebrate my birthday and we are so glad we chose this place!! Staying here we felt right at home. The house was super cozy, cute and we really appreciated all of the small details. It was in a great, quiet neighborhood & was walking distance from Main Street. I personally have never stayed at an Airbnb where the host had snacks, coffee, waters, etc. & it meant alot. We will definitely stay here again when we go back to visit

Great place to stay. Karolyn’s place was spotless and well-furnished. Bed was very comfortable. We wanted to visit Fredericksburg and San Antonio while in the Hill Country without staying in the city. Did both. Enjoyed Comfort as an added benefit.

Great location that’s a 10-15 minute walk to Main Street activities with a few closer shops and restaurants as well. Descriptions were accurate and easy to get into and plenty of off street and street parking available as well. There are no sidewalks outside of Main Street, but the streets are super wide and safe and still easy to walk. Kitchen is small but ideal for a weekend where you’re likely eating out most of the meals. Would stay here or one of their other properties again.

I have never been to Austin, but this spot was about 15 minutes from most destinations we wanted to go to. The only thing i wish there was different was a tv in the bedroom, but only because my boyfriend & i love to watch our show together & fall asleep watching it! Everything was so nice and clean! There was a fan in the bedroom with a remote, which helped so much! The heater was left on for us during the 30-50 degree weather, but middle of the night we bumped the fan down to help! Towels, hair tools, & soaps were provided! Theres a washer & dryer, but we did not use it. The view was of the next building over & the pool/corn hole area downstairs. The instructions that were provided were clear & super helpful My boyfriend’s favorite part had to be the lights that changed colors above the kitchen & the patio door! Everything was great, clean space, & chris was communicative + kind. I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone who wants to stay in the area!

Loved our stay here! Super cute Airbnb and great location. The bathroom situation is a little interesting as there is little privacy but not a deal breaker.

Perfect place for us to stay for our daughter’s wedding at one of the local wineries. Very close to Main Street, so we were able to walk most everywhere we went. Several breakfast, lunch, and dinner places within walking distance. Place was cozy, had everything we needed, and host quickly responded to any question we had. Otherwise, great place for Two to getaway! We will stay here again. Thanks Catalina!

Steven was absolutely amazing. He was extremely helpful. We experienced a last-minute emergency and weren’t able to check in on time. He was extremely proactive made all the appropriate arrangements to accommodate me, he was quick to respond. Highly recommended we will absolutely visit again.

The view from the bedroom by the lake was absolutely breathtaking, providing a perfect backdrop for relaxation.
