We could have rented a hotel room but wanted the opportunity to talk to locals for insights into the town, suggestions for activities and food, and other recommendations about the area. This place was perfect for that. Tull and Tina know how to make people feel special. We were greeted with warm chocolate cookies when we arrived. Our room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. In the morning we were served warm peach scones and hard boiled eggs. Very nice. Would definitely go back again.

Susan was very responsive and helpful. The lodging was comfy and cozy, just a few miles from downtown Fredericksburg, and easy to find. Comfortable beds!

We were looking to get away for the weekend with our 6 year old twins and John and Sherri’s place was perfect. The kids loved all the different activities. They had everything we needed and more. If you’re looking to disconnect this is the perfect place.

This was a great place to stay and a very easy walk to Main St. Will definitely stay here again!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Airbnb! The space was even more beautiful than the photos, with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The host was incredibly welcoming, providing clear instructions and even a guide to the local area, which was so helpful for exploring. We can't recommend this place enough. It was the ideal retreat for relaxation, and we will definitely be back next time we’re in the area! Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

This is a great space for two people to escape the city, very peaceful and quiet surroundings. it's close enough to local wineries and Fredericksburg but far away to escape the fray. Billy provided a great breakfast that was ready to eat in the refrigerator. An egg, cheese, and sausage casserole that was delicious. A fruit and cheese plate and fresh muffins were also provided along with other packaged snacks and orange juice.

We loved staying at Blair House Inn. Everyone was super nice and accommodating. The spa was amazing also. We just fell in love with everything.

We greatly enjoyed our time at the cabins. It was a very charming cabin with such peaceful surroundings. Craig was great and the breakfast we enjoyed one morning was excellent. The grounds were beautiful, but the location is a bit far for those frequenting Main Street and the surrounding wineries. Just note the cabins are about 15 minutes away from downtown so this location, for us at least, is much better suited for those seeking a private getaway vs a reunion of sorts as we were there for with friends mostly staying closer to town. We have zero complaints whatsoever about the cleanliness, appointments or host as all were spectacular. We'd visit again with less plans in town and just enjoying the serenity of the location.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Square Inn in Wimberley, TX! The location couldn’t be better—just a block off the city square, where you’ll find an amazing selection of restaurants, art galleries, unique shops, and even candy stores. Everything is within easy walking distance, making it the perfect spot to enjoy all that Wimberley has to offer. Our room was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. But the real highlight was the breakfast! Lloyd prepared an incredible spread, including crispy bacon, savory sausage, fluffy scrambled eggs, biscuits with rich, flavorful gravy, and the best grits we’ve ever had. It was the perfect way to start the day. We wholeheartedly recommend Square Inn to anyone visiting Wimberley. The combination of a prime location, clean and cozy accommodations, and an unbeatable breakfast makes this a top-notch choice. We’ll definitely be staying here again on our next trip!

Straight from our 1st contact Myra has been spot on fantastic. We stayed from just after Christmas till just after new years. The entire shared space in this enormous home was beautifully decorated with the spirit of Christmas. It was absolutely stunning. Our room was exactly as pictured with an extremely comfortable king size bed and lovely fully appointed & stocked full bathroom and walk in closet. We do not normally partake in breakfast but we put that aside and enjoyed Myra’s sweet and savory breakfasts which left us looking forward to the next morning. Myra and Colin shared with us amazing tours and opportunities to feed Zebra’s and donkeys. Betty the Ostrich seemed happy to have us as well. The pond and paddle boat was a big hit with our children & grand children who spent a day enjoying the views & animal tour with us. This is my new favorite place and we look forward to returning. Thank you to Colin & Myra for making our stay one with sweet memories. We shall see you again.

Great getaway for couples, very peaceful, far enough away from town to be secluded but close enough where you don’t mind running into town. Would go back!

Our stay was very nice. Even though the cottage was on the main road it still felt private. There is street noise (which Stacey told us about) so if you don't like that you might not want to stay here. Stacey left out some pastries for our arrival which was very sweet. There was also milk and water in the fridge for us. We didn't use it because we wanted to check out the local coffee shops but there is a Nespresso in the room which is nice. It is a little bit further down Main Street than most of the shops/restaurants but we didn't mind walking. Bathroom is very large! I would definitely stay here again.

Cute place with friendly owners. Breakfast was nice and it’s is refreshing to get away from people in a serene space.

Doug and Jenny were fabulous hosts, down to earth good folks. They did a great job making you feel comfortable in their house. Any future trips to Luckenbach or Fredericksburg will include a stay at the Full Moon Inn if available. Easily one of the best airbnbs I’ve been at. Cynda has been super welcoming and responsive to everything I needed help with. She has an amazing eye for detail, the room looked amazing and the occasional visits from the local deer made my day! Highly recommend it to everyone that’s looking to get a break from tedium.
