Met our needs perfectly. We were arriving very late at night so we had to arrange for the friend in the same complex who we were visiting to get the key in advance. It worked out very well. Good unit. Nicely decorated. Very comfortable bed.

Shawn’s place was a great place for what we needed it for. A last minute stay for a short visit. It was clean and safe. The only thing is that it is not mentioned that the space is not very private. You share a (locked) door with another unit and the walls are very thin because you can hear almost every conversation in the other unit. But it didn’t ruin the trip by any means and it was tolerable especially because we didn’t spend much time in the room. Overall we were satisfied, just wanted to give other potential future guests an accurate expectation.

We've made an extended annual visit to Austin in recent years to spend time with family and new grandchildren. This year, we spent five weeks staying in Arianna's place. It was clean, very comfortable, and afforded enough space to have the grandkids spend an occasional overnight. The unit is tastefully furnished with relatively new items and everything worked as expected. The location was perfect for our needs. Although it isn't walkable to many destinations, it is close to lots other attractions (Zilker park, downtown, restaurants, a very nice large shopping mall, etc.). The unit is adjacent to an entrance to the Greenbelt trails which makes for a nice bit of exercise (the trail down to the Greenbelt is a bit steep and rocky). Arianna is a super host who responded very quickly to any questions that we had and was always friendly and helpful. She also checked in once or twice to make sure all was good. I would wholeheartedly recommend her place!

Place was nice and comfortable. The deer would walk right to the back patio. Neighbors were very friendly.

What a relaxing experience, we loved everything about our weekend, the warm welcome, including fresh baked cookies! Great communication, the peace and quiet the wonderful cabin and deck, with every amenity you can think of. The area is great to just wander and discover things. This is our first stay with Georgia, Eric and Dakota, but it wont be the last!

Rose was a great host! The place was just as nice as was shown with a great deck and view that made it feel like a treehouse. We stayed here as an alternative to the Omni for an event that was there - and getting Ubers to and from the hotel was mixed (sometimes easy, sometimes a bit pricey). But can't say enough about Rose as a host - she was great!

This is our second time here and the area and apartment are just right with a country, cozy feel and helps you relax and kick back. Rick is very accommodating and tried to help us out as best he could when things just couldn't be helped with the cold weather and other mishaps. But we got a good night's sleep and the chirping birds still greeted us in the morning. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay, loved that our kids (5 and 8yo) saw deer visiting outside.

The home was easy to find. The deer led us right to it! They are everywhere in the neighborhood and we loved it! It was peaceful, great for walking, and had some pretty scenery. Perfect location to multiple parks and lots to do, while still feeling secluded and hidden away for quiet evenings. They had a well-stocked kitchen supplies, a perfect back yard, grill, and games for the kids 😊 Our kids loved their bedrooms. We enjoyed the time we spent here, love this area, and cannot wait to come back! The hosts were kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great stay!

I choose the place because of it's proximity to my son's house and wasn't really focussed on the details when I booked it. I was in for a pleasant surprise. The place is a newly built, well furnished and stocked freestanding home with a large private outdoor area. Bill was super nice and helpful. I will definitely check if their place is available the next time I visit Austin!

We stayed at Mikes place for our son’s wedding. It was just beautiful! Very spacious! Home was spotless! Mike had a fully stocked kitchen. The backyard was beautiful. We will definitely stay here again on our many trips back. Many thanks for your kindness.

Stayed here for Formula One weekend and it was perfect - Cindy was a great host, very helpful and friendly! Would recommend to any friends and family, and might even stay here again in the future.

From day 1 it was extremely peaceful, so quiet. It was a great place to come back home from work and chill on the back porch or the fire patio. The host was an amazing person who helped make us feel at home. I couldn’t say anything bad about the whole stay.

Angela's place was exactly as described and made for a wonderful stay. The location was our favorite part—so many birds and deer that we ended up having breakfast on the balcony in the morning. The entire complex felt safe and really relaxing. Angela has been a fantastic host, extremely responsive with clear instructions. My family and I agreed that we would 100% stay here again when we come back to Canyon Lake. The only minor issues we noticed were that there could have been a bit more toilet paper stocked, and in the master bedroom, turning off the light switch also cuts power to the outlets. It wasn't a big deal; we just charged our phones in the living room while we slept. I wanted to bring it to your attention for future guests. Thanks again for a great stay! ☺️

Absolutely loved staying here for our week vacation. The attention to detail in the home and making sure we had anything we needed was incredible. Definitely booking again should we return to the area.

The condo was exactly as described and absolutely gorgeous. It was overlooking lake Travis, which you could see from the windows. The natural light was amazing. The atmosphere was serene and peaceful, just a nice change of pace from everyday life. Wendy was very sweet and responsive, and helpful and a great hostess. I definitely recommend.

Brandi’s place was exactly what my family needed. Easy check-in and check-out. Clean, spacious, and in theme. The condo is at a walking distance to a lake beach which was perfect if you are looking for some relaxing time. There was also a playground that my kid loved. Highly recommended and looking forward to returning in the future.

Canyon Lake is a nice place to visit. The condo is perfect and Lisa was very responsive. We appreciate our trip and we will certainly consider reserved with Lisa if we comme back in the area.

My wife and I wanted a nice, weekend getaway in Fredericksburg and this was perfect for what we were looking for. It looked exactly like the photos and was incredibly clean. Rachel was incredibly responsive and gave clear instructions for checking in and out. All amenities worked well as expected. While it wasn't within walking distance from our stops, it was always a quick drive to all of them. We had a lovely time and would absolutely stay again

Excellent stay. We saw fox& deer every night. Roy left us deer feed. My mom was able to feed carrots to the deer right out of her hand. Great water pressure in shower. The bed& pillows made for an amazing night sleep. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. Very peaceful & quiet. Host was responsive in a timely matter. Would highly recommend this rental!!!!
