Great pool, relaxing, Seating at the porch watching deers, fox and squirrels passing by. Easy to check i n and out. The grounds were lovely everything was green well maintained. we had a great time and will return

A truly beautiful place to stay. With fantastic views and a wonderful set-up, it honestly made for the best destination to stay during my trip. Incredibly friendly and helpful host as well! I would absolutely love to stay here again in the future.

The blue barn had everything we needed. We loved getting to use the grill and hang out by the pool. Enjoyed our nightly walks around the area as well. Stephanie and Ben were quick to respond to all of our questions and very accommodating. We will return for sure.

The place was spacious and the view was breathtaking!!! Sunrise and sunsets paint the sky with beautiful colors as the sun rises and sets into the hills. There are deer everywhere. Amazing to see! Highly recommend!

Thank you so much for giving my family a safe place to stay! We truly enjoyed our stay and all the details throughout! The view was the best part! The amenities were amazing too, inside pool too?! TOO COOL! Even the restaurant bar/ grill was great! Our puppy had a blast with all the new smells and loved the poop bag stations throughout the complex! So helpful! We loved the view from the balcony even down to the cliff/water area! Deer were everywhere! That was so cool and different for us! We truly felt at home, safe and welcomed! 10/10 Stars! Literally, did I mention the nighttime sky view from the balcony is just *chiefs kiss*! I will tell all my friends and family about this stay! My husband and I came to celebrate Valentines and they had the bed decorated with hearts of flower petals so nice! We loved the place and the hot tub was amazing since the weather was cool, the views are relaxing and beautiful! 10/10 recommend! Can’t wait to come back !

I'VE FOUND MY GETAWAY SPOT! Very beautiful location! Great host! Comfortable unit! Nicely stocked and clean with a lot of complimentary items added by the host! Even though it was off-season, there was a good bit of guest there, the restaurant was nice and I got the peace and tranquility I was looking for! Can't wait to book again!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay. It exceeded all my expectations and provided everything I needed and more. The place was incredibly quiet, relaxing, clean, and peaceful. I will definitely be returning when I need to recharge and disconnect. Thank you again, Scott, for having me!

While we didn’t get a true lake view due to the lake being low, we loved the location and the amenities offered here. It was a fantastic place to stay while exploring Lake Travis and Lago Vista. The space itself was welcoming and had everything we needed! Would stay again in the future.

Calm water was the perfect spot for a girls trip! The host was very responsive and even let us check in a little early. The house itself is amazing and has everything you could need for a peaceful weekend. I would 100% go back to Calm water and would recommend going for your next family vacation or girls trip!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Air bnb property! The amenities were comparable to a hotel (spa/sauna) + game areas! House was perfect for a group of couples and had everything we needed and more:)

Lisa was a great host. Very responsive and thoughtful. The house is beautiful, we loved being surrounded by nature. The bed was super comfortable and the house gets dark for sleep with blinds plus curtains. There are thoughtful night lights around the house. Well stocked kitchen, nice furniture, big TV in the front room and bedroom. Internet is fast. Double shower in the main bathroom was fun :)

Beautiful large home. Spent 7 days over New years. Has everything you might possibly need for a short or a long stay. Felt right at home. Plenty of towels, great comfortable beds, every appliance you might need in the kitchen. Fully equipped gym. A Great working Sauna and a cold plunge. Great BBQ area. Jesse got back to us in less than 5 minutes for local recommendations and tips. Would definitely go back again!!

Great spot, a little too far to walk to Main St., but overall convenient and only a quick drive to H-E-B and Main.

Place was such an amazing retreat. I loved all the small details that literally made it feel like a retreat. The sound of the pool waterfall and various nature coming through the backyard was very peaceful and much needed for a weekend reset before the holidays!

Our stay at Dr. Bobby and Gail’s ranch was truly unforgettable! My husband, our two-year-old, and I had the most amazing time. From exploring nature, trails, and animals to gathering eggs, feeding ducks, and seeing kangaroos, every moment was magical. The guided ranch tour was incredible, and their attention to detail made everything feel so special. The massages, sauna, cold plunge, and gym were exactly what we needed to relax and unwind. Our son had a blast with all the books, toys, bubbles, and Play-Doh. We loved making s’mores together and enjoying fresh honey and eggs as a family, with my husband savoring his coffee and me enjoying my tea. They truly thought of everything! We booked our next trip before we even left. We’ll cherish these memories forever and can’t wait to make more when we come back. If you’re thinking about booking..do it!
