what a wonderful experience staying at Graciela's! A perfect place for us to stay and explore the Hill Country and Kerrville. The space was so inviting and she made it extra special with wine when we arrived, along with other cold drinks available. The bed is super comfy, and the linens are very nice. The shower is great and there's nice big towels in the bath. The laundry facilities and iron & board were really helpful. The riverview is really awesome. Sitting out back you get to enjoy the view of wildlife on the river. Everything about staying there was great. Graciela and her sister are so very nice. They have a really nice space. Rebooking!

Place was nice and comfortable. The deer would walk right to the back patio. Neighbors were very friendly.

My husband and I absolutely loved this place! The moment we stepped in it smelled so clean and the place looked spotless. It felt so much bigger in person than it looked like in the pictures. It was also so cozy and inviting. The bed was the most comfortable bed I had ever slept on and I promise I’m not exaggerating. Josh and Amiee had so many accommodations especially with their binder of recommended places to go to, their collection of dvds, bathroom essentials, bath robes and towels. It genuinely felt like it was our home for the weekend. Josh and Amiee checked up on us throughout the weekend and even left a welcome note for us and left the light on for us when we told them we would be coming a little later than expected. So sweet. I would 100 percent recommend this place to my friends and family and would definitely stay here again.

We had a great, cozy little stay. The temp dropped to 20 degrees outside but the heater and blankets easily kept us comfortable. Everything was nice and clean. You will hear some traffic outside but being used to the city it didn’t bother me at all. The area is extremely walkable and felt safe. The host was very responsive throughout our booking and stay. We’d definitely stay again.

This spot is in the best part of town, lots to do around it and many nice spots that are walking distance. The apartment is in a really nice complex and easy to get to.

We absolutely loved this condo and wished we were staying longer! It’s on our list of places to return to. Walking to Gruene Hall and The Gristmill was like going next door! Shopping was nearby, and the condo was perfect for 5 of us. Gina’s recommendation of the Pantry at Gruene Mansion was perfect too—a fabulous breakfast before we left town.

Jeff and Katie were friendly and easy to communicate with The historical apartment above the garage was complete with everything you will need for your stay a fully stocked kitchen and little deck to watch the sunset and lots of light. All this within walking distance to historic downtown

I came across this little gem while looking for a house for a different trip. It must have been meant to be because hubby and I were free that next weekend and the house was available. From the time we got there, until we had to leave, everything was amazing. The place is a very cozy, completely renovated, smaller house with a “farmhouse motif”. The back deck is huge with beautiful views of the mountain. It was chilly when we were there (weekend before the snow) but the hot tub kept us nice and warm. The door leading to the patio from the master was a nice touch. With the place being smaller, it technically could sleep 5, but it’s a very romantic little place that’s perfect for a couple wanting to get away. We’ll be booking again soon! 😌

It was exactly as described… cute little cottage located in a neighborhood that was peaceful and walkable to town. This place was decorated so cute and quite spacious. It was so peaceful in the mornings and evenings. We absolutely loved it!

We were very pleased with our stay at Emlyn’s house. We were visiting our in-laws in South Austin and the location of the house was perfect. It was easy to get downtown and there was shopping and restaurants close by. The house was clean and well equipped with everything you might need. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our dog. Angela home was very nice and welcoming the kitchen was amazing enough space and all the amenities to cook for a Christmas gathering. Her home is very spacious the game room was a plus. The backyard was lovely nice and cozy. Thank you for allowing me and my family to share your home. I would definitely recommend.

From day 1 it was extremely peaceful, so quiet. It was a great place to come back home from work and chill on the back porch or the fire patio. The host was an amazing person who helped make us feel at home. I couldn’t say anything bad about the whole stay.

John and Tracy were great hosts. They were extremely responsive and had solutions to a small challenge we had at the property that was out of their control. They took the small issue very seriously and resolved it almost immediately. The property is as described and felt new, with all sorts of nice touches and thoughtful amenities. The area, at least during our stay, was so quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the breeze through the trees. The golf cart was a wonderful add on and we used it to tour the neighborhoods and to get to the beach club. There is a beautiful trail through the woods that takes you to the beach club. My wife and I and our 5 year daughter really enjoyed the experience of the trip through the woods. The beach club had multiple pools and spas with an infinity each pool and pools for the kids that are more shallow. Thank you John and Tracy for a save, clean and fun Airbnb experience.

This was the best birthday trip ever! Jaya was very responsive to messages and provided plenty detailed useful information. Her place was quiet and just steps away from breathtaking views. Perfectly located from the parking garage, elevator and pool/spa. We would definitely choose to stay again in the future.

Ellen is a wonderful host of this lovely space. The townhome is quite spacious and everything was very clean. Staying there was a very nice experience, with a comfortable bed and safe surroundings.

The condo in Lago Vista was top tier. Surrounded by the beautiful landscape of the Texas hill country is indescribable and is a must see for any adventurous travelers. The exclusive gated entry to the condo surrounded by Lake Travis was another level of luxury. Not to mention the spa, sauna, indoor/outdoor pools and gym facilities. We felt truly in touch with nature. We will be back to explore all the nature trails the area has to offer.

Great location, responsive host, and immaculate! What more could you ask for? Can’t wait to go back!
