what a wonderful experience staying at Graciela's! A perfect place for us to stay and explore the Hill Country and Kerrville. The space was so inviting and she made it extra special with wine when we arrived, along with other cold drinks available. The bed is super comfy, and the linens are very nice. The shower is great and there's nice big towels in the bath. The laundry facilities and iron & board were really helpful. The riverview is really awesome. Sitting out back you get to enjoy the view of wildlife on the river. Everything about staying there was great. Graciela and her sister are so very nice. They have a really nice space. Rebooking!

I’d highly recommend staying here during your visit to Austin! Great location, quick & helpful responses from Dakota, beautiful roof top pool (bonus, it was heated). We had a great stay, comfy beds & nicer than average pullout couch. I would note that there wasn’t a hot tub or ceiling fans. But it’s was clean and as expected otherwise. Would definitely stay again.

The place was spacious and the view was breathtaking!!! Sunrise and sunsets paint the sky with beautiful colors as the sun rises and sets into the hills. There are deer everywhere. Amazing to see! Highly recommend!

Quaint, very clean with a beautiful view.

My nephew’s wedding was in Cibolo and I decided to stay at Sabrina’s in New Braunfels. It was perfect for our stay. Extremely clean, priced right and easy access to all types of activities. We walked from the new rooftop bar and the drive to Gruene, Cibolo and San Antonio is very easy. I highly recommend Sabrina’s place!!

We loved this place so much that this is the second time we've stayed here. The apartment is spacious and has a great view. It's also walking distance to Rainey St. and so many restaurants. There's a small market right around the corner. Did I mention the view?

We had a lovely experience at this airbnb! it exceeded my expectations & was well worth the listed price. gorgeous condo with amazing views! very peaceful & quiet. hardly anyone was there & i felt safe! had everything we needed, the restaurant was delicious & had great views! i will definitely be coming back.

We loved Sharon’s place. The pool and hot tub were beautiful on the lake. We went to a few lovely wineries close by! We really enjoyed our stay.

A little piece of heaven. The property was just as described but even better in person. The house was super clean. Stocked with board games, outdoor games, essentials like paper towels, garbage bags, etc. Furnishings were modern and comfortable. Our dogs loved the yard. The dock was a perfect place to people watch on the lake. The neighborhood was lovely, lots of people out walking their pups. A convenient drive to restaurants and grocery stores. Such a special place to celebrate Thanksgiving with friends and family.

This was the best AB&B experience I’ve ever had. The host made everything simple and the accommodations were great. The attention to detail and decor of the lake shack was true to description. Had a great time enjoying s’mores, smiles, & scenery! Not to mention a great location for fishing and fun! 5 STARS ✨

We had a wonderful stay! The pictures did not do the view justice. It was beautiful and serene! Home was spacious and had everything we needed.

House was a good choice for our large group of people! River front was quiet and peaceful with lots of outdoor space to relax. Location was convenient to downtown New Braunfels, but far enough out of the hustle and bustle. Would recommend and would stay again! Chad and Gaby were great hosts!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and comfortable home. The view as we entered the house was truly breathtaking. We thoroughly enjoyed our time on the property, playing pickleball, basketball, and making full use of the boat dock and jet ski ramp. Although our late August trip brought more rain than expected, watching the storms roll in across the lake was an incredible experience. The cooler weather was a welcome bonus. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the large oven was perfect for baking homemade pizzas. It was a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Great place!

John and Tracy were great hosts. They were extremely responsive and had solutions to a small challenge we had at the property that was out of their control. They took the small issue very seriously and resolved it almost immediately. The property is as described and felt new, with all sorts of nice touches and thoughtful amenities. The area, at least during our stay, was so quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the breeze through the trees. The golf cart was a wonderful add on and we used it to tour the neighborhoods and to get to the beach club. There is a beautiful trail through the woods that takes you to the beach club. My wife and I and our 5 year daughter really enjoyed the experience of the trip through the woods. The beach club had multiple pools and spas with an infinity each pool and pools for the kids that are more shallow. Thank you John and Tracy for a save, clean and fun Airbnb experience.

so thankful to Carrie and Erik! after mishaps with a different booking, they were kind enough to accept a last minute booking the day before Thanksgiving. they genuinely saved our family trip and allowed for us to have a wonderful time together with our family over the holiday. the space was wonderful, comfortable, had everything we needed to cook and enjoy our Thanksgiving meal. as a wonderful bonus, we had many deer sighting. and had the weather been warmer, we could have happily enjoy the river that was right at the edge of the property. overall a great place to stay

We appreciated the cleanliness of the home and enjoyed the location in the pretty Horseshoe Bay! It was nicely situated between the various state parks we visited!

Great space in a wonderful location -- steps from the boardwalk at Ladybird Lake, terrific food trucks 300 feet away, restaurants and amenities a short walk. Six minute Lyft ride to the 6th Street entertainment district, 14 minutes to the airport, 5 minutes to SOCO... David's place is contemporary cool, well-appointed and, there's the lake -- a stone's throw from the patio. Clean, with everything you need on hand. This was my second stay and certainly not the last!

We really loved our unit, 212B. It had a direct view of the water and pool, easy to access and a walkable location to city center.

Meagan's Place is very comfortable and as described. The kitchen was well stocked. The condo is on the street side of the building, so there is some traffic noise. The balcony is very small and shaded, but you CAN see a couple of spots on the Comal, right at the bridge. The bathrooms are small, but clean. Nice walk-in shower in the master. Beds were comfortable.
