Hosts were great to communicate with and bent over backwards to make our stay wonderful. Beds were comfortable and linens were hotel quality and professionally cleaned. Great location. Would definitley stay again.

We loved the house. It was quiet and very clean and well equipped. I chose it because it was near family. You definitely need a car here because there is nothing in short walking distance, but shops cafes restaurants and amazing beaches are just a short drive away. The managers were very responsive. The whole stay was seamless. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Nic’s. We stayed for a long weekend with our friends (4 adults and 4 children (5-9). The highlight for the kids was definitely the skid car on the driveway and the adults walking to the beach for a sunset and peaceful evening drinks on the deck.

I knew the place was going to be an absolute hit with my family when we opened the front door and a welcoming scent + bright ambience greeted us! The rooms were spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. The small condiments provided were an absolute welcome, and I greatly appreciated how child-friendly the accommodation was. The play corner was extremely popular with tons of toys fitting of all ages. The laundry area was also convenient and had everything needed to maintain a clean house. Being in close proximity to the shops (a 5min walk), a 6min drive to the Saturday Farmer's Market, a 10min drive to Crown Perth and the factory outlet shops, and a short 3.5km run to the river made it an ideal location. "Hidden gem" is extremely fitting for this Airbnb, Cherie and Szcepan were very responsive and hospitable. The safe, quiet neighbourhood was a huge bonus too!

We stayed at Natalie's place for the second time. We already knew that the location is great and the place is spacious, but were positively surprised by some great updates. In particular, the outdoor shower is fantastic, and we used it almost every day. A small issue that occurred during out stay was taken care off right away by Natalie and her lovely parents who live next door. We are very much looking forward to come back in the future!

Beautiful stay amongst the Jarrah trees at Snottygobble. Relaxing, cosy cabin, short walk to cafes, pub and Cidery. We could hear the occassional trucks late at night on the main road but despite that, it did feel initimate and secluded.

Couldn’t recommend Annemarie’s unit enough! It was PERFECT for our family that consisted of a 3 year old and 5 adults, we all throughly enjoyed the use of the spa and it was a pleasant surprise to see how stocked the pantry and bathrooms were… the area its self was very great, with a park just down the road and a shopping plaza a 2 min drive away as well as another shopping precinct 5mins away, enjoyed early morning walks around the neighbourhood - ubers were easy too catch from the address with no more than a 5min wait for pick up. Annemarie was very warm and friendly the couple times we saw her, she made sure we were comfortable during our week long stay while also giving us our privacy.. we also needed another parking space which she was more than happy to accommodate, this was one of our favourite air bnb’s to date as we felt right at home and the area really sold it for us!

Perfect location for walking to local bars and restaurants and morning walk along esplanade. I would definitely recommend Dianne’s place as it was so comfortable and clean.

Jo and Gavin were excellent hosts. They provided clear instructions, were very responsive with all communication and helpful with any requests. The property was good value and a great little spot that had everything we needed.

Rachel's place was all you wanted your holiday to be, peaceful, serene and absolutely beautiful. It is on the second level, overlooking the sophisticated suburb of Ardross. The vibe of the neighborhood is just so relaxing yet vibrant. You're getting a spacious receiving area, clean bathroom and a cozy bedroom. When you open the balcony, either in the morning or during the nighttime, the breeze is just wonderful. Rachel is also very warm and accommodating, we can't wish for a better host. Will definitely book this place again if I'm coming back.

The Apartment was a beautiful place to stay for a few days away. Immaculate, comfortable beds, all the amenities we could need and beautiful views from the main balcony and the bedroom. Great location to access Perth, short walk to the Ferry, local cafe’s, and restaurants. Will certainly stay again.

Great location near shops and restaurants slept like a log

The place was very clean and just as described. The location was great as well, only a few minutes walk to a nice park and a grocery store. Cher was really responsive and ensured I had no issues during the stay. Would definitely recommend!

A perfect stay! The location is unbelievable, literally steps from the beach and some of Perth's best cafes & restaurants. It also felt very safe & was close to supermarkets. The property is so spacious, clean, comfortable and thoughtfully designed. The house has absolutely everything that you can think of to make it a home away from home - hangers, towels, coffee press, you name it it was there! The host is also lovely and responsive, check-in was super simple and stress-free. Will definitely stay again, thank you for a great trip!

Brian was a friendly and responsive host. The extra mile Brian went for our comfort, such as ice cubes, bread and milk on arrival, were so kind and so appreciated. It was clear he has a passion for being an amazing host

CJ is a very generous host, she prepared breakfast and snacks for her visitors, and the useful restaurants information nearby. Will choose this cozy house if having chance to visit Mandurah again.

Lisa and Pete were outstanding hosts! We felt right at home even on the opposite side of Australia. Lisa made sure we had everything we needed for an excellent stay and was more than helpful at the drop of a hat. Her and the other hosts were super accommodating and friendly, couldn’t be more thankful. As for the property itself, it’s lovely what they’ve managed to do with such a small foundation. Stepping inside BIG, you’d never know you were attached to the other accomodations, let alone being able to tell how many renovations went into the structure. What does shine through is the love and care they have taken in building the best home away from home for any distanced travellers! Thanks again for a great stay !

Ian and Liz's place is wonderful. It has a beautiful view to the ocean as in the picture, a huge TV, with comfortable sofa, chair, and bed. It is clean, well furnished for cooking, and very tastefully decorated. The shower is great and I was grateful for the shampoo and conditioner. In fact, everything is furnished as though you have lived there forever. The apartment is very quiet and in a nice neighborhood. I felt very safe walking home in the dark! Thank you so much Ian and Liz for providing a great home away from home.
