Place did the trick for what my family needed. Host was very responsive when we needed something. Very nice having laundry in unit with supplies available.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed by the caring and responsive hosts, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. This is an exceptional property, well curated with an Italian theme, spacious, with a beautiful patio, pool area, and landscaping. The owners are meticulous with maintaining the property inside and out, and there are features that go well beyond a typical rental property. They were happy to walk us through the poperty and show us all the details, and assist with any questions or issues. We were able to walk to the local grocery stores, parks, and coffee shops, as there are many options to choose from. The pool is incredible, especially for small children. The house is beautifully lit and relaxing in the evenings. It's a short drive to Dana Point, Laguna, and Newport Beach. We had an exceptional stay at this property and would not hesitate to return for an extended stay.

We loved our stay at Roya’s home. First, the home is lovely and is in an amazing area. We loved how walkable it was to coffee shops, restaurants, a grocery store, etc. The outside patio with the fire pit and the large amount of seating was great. My husband and I were with our 2 daughters (ages 24 and 27) and their spouse and significant other. The 3 bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom was perfect. Personally we loved that the lights turned off (only during the daytime and only after 2 hours). Seems like a great way to conserve some energy if they aren’t needed and if they are needed it is easy enough to turn them back on. I would love to have them in our home! We also enjoyed the tile throughout the updated, upscale home. So much easier to keep clean. We found Roya to be very helpful and leave very detailed instructions. We also loved the local art she had on the 2nd floor. It truly is a lovely home in a great area. I recommend it highly and can’t wait to return.

Great location. It's a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. The house is larger than it appears in the pictures. The outdoor seating areas are a great place to relax during down time.

Clifford’s place was perfect for our family - a great location in a beautiful neighborhood that’s close to town, close to the beach, and close to our own family nearby. The house is spacious and comfortable. Clifford was super responsive and a great host. We had a wonderful stay and will be back soon!

Great stay at Susan's villa to end our two-week road trip. More than enough room for our family of six, and equipped with just about everything you can think of (and some you wouldn't!). Ideally located just steps from the beach and only a couple of miles from the restaurants and shops at Shoreline Village. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again A+++

Place was beautiful. And exactly like the pictures. Alexis was very accommodating and responsive. The absolute only slightly negative thing was the bathtubs looked soooooo nice in the pics but in our opinion the water was not hot enough to take an enjoyable bath. But the showers were amazing. The pool was a fantastic temperature even tho it was kinda chilly and the windy outside. I would absolutely recommend this place for friends and family.

We had a great time at Naomi's place, plenty of space for all eight of us and beds were very comfortable. Host was quick to respond to my questions, I missed the WiFi login informtion but she quickly told me where to find it. And everything in the home was just as it looked online. From check in to check out it was a great experience.

The pictures doesn’t do this place justice. It’s beautiful and spacious. My family enjoyed our stay here. I already have plans to come back and stay here again. Heated pool…oh my ! Host was great … 10 out of 10 for sure .

We chose this listing because of the proximity to a family wedding and other gatherings. We had 8 adults (4 couples) with plenty of room for everyone. We love that we had garage access with the number of cars we had. There were plenty of parks, side walks, and trails to explore in the area. We felt safe in the neighborhood, and there is access to the tennis court and two pickleball courts across the street. Our family took advantage of the open pickleball play on Saturday and Sunday mornings. We couldn’t figure out a way to reserve the pickleball court, but the open play was enough for us. We did not cook too much during our stay, but there seemed to be basic necessities to do so. The rooms did not have TVs, but this was not a problem for our group. Our family highly recommends this listing!
