We stayed a month at Ivan's place. While it's a bit far from the old town, it's a great place for longer stays. The house is spacious and comfortable. The bed is good. The kitchen had almost everything we needed. The only exception was a microwave (wasn't listed, so no surprise). However, when I asked Ivan if we could get one, he gave us a new microwave the next day. Amazing! Ivan is a great host. He responded fast and helped whenever we needed. The internet is superfast, very good for work. The house has a desk, which was okay. However, the char is not like in the listing and uncomfortable, we couldn't use. Our overall experience was great. Recommended place.

Vi var 2 voksne og 2 børn i 9 dage. Selve lejligheden var som på billederne. Der var dog ingen parasol på terrassen men der var meget grøn bevoksning der gav en del skygge. Køkkenet er meget småt men fint til at lave små måltider. Dejligt med en opvaskemaskine. Der er AC i stuen - desværre ingen AC i soveværelserne så det kan blive temmelig varmt i soveværelserne, selv med en vifte. Vi rykkede et par dage ind i stuen om natten da det var for varmt i soveværelserne. Stedet ligger dejlig tæt på 2 strande (beach Rožac og Okrug Gornji Beach). Der er et lille supermarked tæt på lejligheden. Det tager ca 30 minutter at gå til Beach Bočići - en dejlig strand. Det tager ca. 30 minutter at gå til Trogir. Man kan også tage en Uber ret billigt. Det tager ca. 15 minutter at komme fra lufthavnen til lejligheden og koster ca. 15 euro med Uber. Alt i alt et skønt sted.

I highly suggest a stay here at vila ivano! Sun spalato! Close to beach, easy parking, quick communication - 10/10 !

Thoughtfully decorated with a coastal charm, it offered all the modern amenities we needed while still embracing the laid-back beach vibe. Every room was immaculate, and the large windows allowed the natural beauty of the surroundings to pour in, creating a peaceful and inviting atmosphere. Mornings spent on the spacious deck, sipping coffee while watching the sunrise, were a highlight of our stay. The beach was practically our backyard, making it easy to enjoy a day of sun and wind surf. Ms. Tonka is the perfect host—attentive, kind, and incredibly thoughtful. Merci pour votre accueil et votre disponibilité même tardive en nous ayant accueilli vers 21h15. Station de bus proche du logement qui permet de se rendre facilement à Dubrovnik afin d'éviter la galère du stationnement pour la voiture et le prix qui aurait été honnereux. Nina's place is an excellentl flat that is perfectly situated right beside the beautiful walled city of Dubrovnik! The location is superb as it's literally a 2 minute walk to the beach and a very short walk to the Old City. The flat itself is well appointed, comfortable and very cozy. We as a family of four were pleased with the size and layout of the flat. Nina is an amazing host. She is very kind and was very helpful with anything that we needed even assisting with guidance on questions we had about the city. airport. etc and allowed us to checkout later than the time stated. She even was so kind as to leave us fruit when we checked in. We loved the location and actually preferred it over being inside the walled city. We can't wait to come back and stay at Nina's place again!

Pobyt w tym miejscu spędziliśmy świetnie. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do plaży, sklepów i restauracji.

Nous avons apprécié nos 3 nuits dans le logement. Il est très pratique pour un couple. Je pense que c’est un peu juste pour 4 personnes. Le logement est idéalement situé dans le centre de la vielle ville, tout est accessible à pied idéal pour un city trip de quelques jours. Je souligne également la super réactivité et les très bons conseils de l’hôte ce qui permet d’être bien accueilli. Je n’ai jamais vu un hôte si rapide en réponse ✅ Quelques points à noter : Le lit qui fait un peu de bruit lorsque l’on bouge mais qui reste bien pour dormir. Un point qui nous a un peu perturbé c’est l’odeur de cigarette présente dans la pièce à vivre de l’appartement, nous avons bien aéré. Malgré cela nous avons passé un super séjour et nous remercions l’hôte. C’est un bon appartement pour visiter la ville et les lieux de la série game of thrones.

We had an extremely nice stay and felt welcome the first minute with plenty of hints and a warm welcome! Everything is there and more than enough space available. Very clean & well organized! Also loved the outdoor shower to wash off salt water before going back to the balcony & apartment. Thank you for this!

Very nice host, good value for money, perfect for family holidays

We had a great stay! The apartment was very clean, with excellent amenities and great value for money. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was that there were no stairs, and since we were on the top floor with suitcases, it wasn’t as accessible as we had hoped. However, everything else was perfect, and we had a lovely experience and would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Charmig mysig lägenhet i Pisak med fin terrass och några minuters gångavstånd till två små stränder! Lägenheten har det du behöver och ligger nära större badorter som Baška Voda och Makarska om du önskar åka på utflykt över dagen. Vi hade fina dagar i Pisak och kommer gärna på nytt igen!

구시가지 근처이면서도 차로 바로 접근이 가능해 최고였습니다. 슈퍼도 식당도 가깝고, 2층이지만 계단이 넓어 큰짐 이동에 어렵지 않습니다. 토니가 친절하고 소통이 신속하여 정말 좋았습니다. 체크아웃도 배려해주어 조금 늦게할 수 있어 일정 조율에 좋았습니다. 정말 감사합니다!

L'alloggio è situato in una posizione strategica, spiaggia e centro di Bol raggiungibili comodamente a piedi in meno di 10 minuti; appartamento pulito e fornito del necessario, vista mare e dotato di parcheggio privato e graziosa veranda in comune; Ana Maria è stata una host accogliente e presente per qualsiasi necessità; è stato un soggiorno davvero piacevole, consigliato!

We had a great time at this place, the location is perfect in a quite surrounding and restaurants, bars, bus stop, supermarket, playground, bakery and the beach are just 5-10 minutes away by feet. The garden with the pool, toys and bbq corner are perfect for a visit with children. Enis gave me some very good information for activities with the family. We would definitely go there again.

Todella siisti huoneisto lähellä Lapadin kävelykatua. Hyvä uima-allas, mieletön jacuzzi ja yllätykseksemme majoituksen käytettävissä oli myös grillihuone, jossa paistoimme pizzaa Barbaran avustuksella. Barbara oli todella ystävällinen ja vastasi viesteihin välittömästi. Ihana lomakohde!

Thank you so much Petar, we had a lovely time in Split. The apartment was basic with everything we needed. It was super clean and tidy. Lots of places to eat and a beach literally across the road. The bedrooms had no aircon, but Petar had fans delivered the next day, greatly appreciated. We also had a very late flight home and he kindly extended our check-out time. Thanks again.

Can’t fault the apartment, location or hosts. Could have happily stayed longer. Loved it.

Anita was a wonderful host, proactive in her communication and provided very clear instructions (super helpful for us weary travellers many hours delayed on arrival). Her flat is super homely and comfortable and a quick taxi ride into the city. Would recommend

I loved the location. Short drive to beaches & the marina. Beautiful view from the patio. Pero was a wonderful host & extremely helpful.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad bij Tomislav. We hebben gebruik gemaakt van de slaapbank, dat hadden we beter op voorhand even aan kunnen geven. We hebben ook heerlijk buiten genoten van het terras. Je bent vanuit hier zo op het strand, waar toen wij er waren de zee nog prima van temperatuur was om in te zwemmen. Zwemschoenen of iets aan je voeten is wel belangrijk. De bus is fijn dichtbij en als je op voorhand je kaartjes koopt heel goedkoop.
