Great accomodation, very close to the city. Amazing views from the deck. Maarit was great! communication was very clear and she was very accommodative.

Our stay at Laura and Antti was most comfortable and memorable. They were both responsive and helpful. We had an early morning check in having booked the place from previous night onwards. Laura offered to pick us from the station and helped us check in. The place was exactly as described in the listing and as shown in the pictures. All things of requirement were present. The place overlooks the river and is barely a 2 min walk. The tourist informatiom center is a 5 min walk away. Most tours start from here. Supermarket, coffee shops, market place and bus stops are all at a 5-7 mins walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We enquired about getting a sledge for our 5 year old and they got that for us the very next day. We found their place through a recommnedation from a friend who stated 7-8 years ago and would definitely recommend to friends who will travel to Rovaniemi !

Comfortable, quiet, complete apartment, in a beautiful part of Finland. Communicative, flexibel and friendly hosts. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed very much the beautiful and peaceful surrounding. Very responsive host, had a little problem with the door, Ari came to help us in no time. Lovely place with a lot for the kids to do. Will definitely stay again when we come back.

Majoittaja oli sovitusti vastassa ja luovutti avaimen. Hän myös kommunikoi hyvin. Huoneisto sijaitsi uudessa kerrostalossa, ja huoneisto oli siisti, puhdas ja sisälsi nykyaikaiset, tarvittavat kodinkoneet. Huoneisto oli kivasti kalustettu. Huoneisto sijaitsi Kuusamon vanhassa keskustassa, ja lähellä paikkaa, joka muodosti matkan tarkoituksen. Myös ruokakaupat olivat lähellä, vaikkakin iso osa palveluista on siirtynyt vuosien varrella "uuteen keskustaan", lähellä Torankia. Hinta oli melko korkea, mihin todennäköisesti vaikutti se, että oli talvilomien aika ja talviurheilusesonki parhaimmillaan.

Logement très bien situé au sein de Rovaniemi , emplacement idéal face a un Park pour observer les aurores boréales ! Logement pratique et fonctionnel , il répond à nos attentes , je recommande sans hésiter !

Magnifique séjour en Laponie et l'appartement est chaleureux, propre et très fonctionnel. Niina et Heini sont adorables et très réactives en cas de problèmes ou questions. Également très bien situé vous êtes à 10 min à pied des commerces et du centre ville. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour à Rovaniemi et repartons des étoiles plein les yeux. Merci à Niina et Heini

Clean accommodation in the Citycenter of Rovaniemi. 5 minutes from the bus station and the Shopping Mall. Juha was a very friendly host. He always answered quick and had a lot of recommendations for us.

Would highly recommend this property. Beautiful views. Modern amenities. Host was extremely helpful. Have equipment on site for you use. Host can help with setting up excursions. Would definitely return

We had the greatest stay at Kosti’s ! He’s the best host we could ask for. He’s always available when you need anything, and makes sure for your stay to be as welcoming as possible. The sauna and pool are really nice to enjoy, and the location is perfect. The (then frozen) river next to the house offered us the possibility to watch wonderful auroras, and the proximity the Ounasvaraa ski station allowed us to enjoy it as much as possible. I could only recommend you to stay at Kosti’s place if you want your stay to be the best, and feel as a local.

Sinikka's place was incredible, we are so happy that we were able to stay there. The house felt very homey and we enjoyed the sauna very much! The location is perfect, away from the city center, with beautiful nature around and a bus stop to the city center or Santa's village 5 minutes away on foot. The frozen river is a few steps away, and we were able to go enjoy the aurora from there with little light pollution, what an unforgettable experience! There is a groceries shop nearby too. Sinikka was extremely helpful and reactive by message. I will recommend this place and host to anyone who wants to stay for a few days in Rovaniemi!

Juhas Villa is one of the best accommodations i‘ve been to during all my Journeys. It‘s located very beautiful and private near a huge lake. The Villa is spacious and equipped very well. It‘s 30 minutes from Ranua by car away. So it’s a good Place to visit for example the Ranua Wildlife Park. We also Went to Korouoma Canyon from Juhas Villa. It’s easy to get to the Villa by car, Even in Winter when the streets are a Little Snowy. We (5 people) have been there in March with a rentalcar. Juha is so friendly, Helpful and polite! He Went icefishing with us on the lake and offered us warm Drinks and Snacks. The best things of the Villa were the Sauna, the whirlpool and spotting the polarlights out of the livingroom. I can absolutely recommend Juhas Villa and I‘d love to come back, maybe in Summer next time! Everything was Perfect, thank you!

Wir waren drei Nächte in der Unterkunft. Es liegt abgelegen und ruhig an einem See. In der letzten Nacht konnten wir die Polarlichter sehen. Es war großartig. Die Sauna und der Whirpool sind toll. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich. Ob der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Wir bekamen Tips für die Gegend und es wurde super schnell geantwortet. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen :)

Saara was so wonderful as a host and the home was remarkable. We enjoyed our stay so much. Our family (2 adults and two kids, ages 9 and 12) found the home spacious, comfortable, beautiful...and outside there was an amazing hot tub and outdoor sauna, which we really enjoyed using. Saara met us when we checked in and showed us around and she was so nice and helpful. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this home and we'd love to stay again sometime :)

We recently stayed in Minnas house and it was just perfect. The house is beautiful inside and is very cozy and homely. It has fantastic views out the back looking over the frozen lake and there is a little hill down to the lake which the kids used for sledding (Minna had lots of sleighs left outside for the kids to use which was very kind). The location is great as its in a little quite neighborhood in nature but also only a short drive to shops and the centre. Minna is a great host and is very reachable and quick to answer any questions. Thanks for having us.

Good location, nice ambient

The accommodation was perfect for our stay in Rovaniemi. The flat is very central and there are many restaurants and shops nearby. The flat is furnished to a very high standard and you immediately feel at home. I can really recommend it! Leena is a great host and was always easy to contact.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The apartment was spotless, cosy, and felt just like home. The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to the city centre and the Arktikum museum, making it easy to explore. Everything was well-equipped, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Abel was an amazing host, very responsive and flexible, making check-in and our entire stay smooth and enjoyable. We truly appreciated his hospitality. There was nothing to fault, and we loved every moment spent here. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The attention to detail made our experience even better. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a clean, cosy, and well-located place, this is it! Es war super! Die Wohnung ist super zentral, man kann vieles zu Fuß erledigen. Sie ist modern und hat alles, was man braucht.

Tero was fantastic. Very responsive, very friendly, above and beyond a great host. A couple of things to know when you book this great apartment. The couch pictured in the office isn’t there. One of my teenagers isn’t a fan of bunk beds so we thought she’d sleep on it. And Tero normally lives in this apartment so every drawer and closet is full, you need to live out of your suitcase. That said, we would absolutely stay there again and I highly recommend Tero’s apartment.

Pentti war sehr freundlich, vertrauenswürdig, hilfsbereit wenn wir etwas gebraucht haben. Die Einrichtung und der Ausblick vom Zimmer war sehr schön. Wir haben sogar vom Bett aus Polarlichter gesehen. Es war ein tolles, unvergessliches Erlebnis und einer unserer schönsten Urlaube.
