Perfect place to stay with family, the beach is near, friendly atmosphere, good restorans, we loved the house!

A charming old and very traditional Spetses house full of character and original features. Lisi was a great host and very communicative, and the house had all the basics we needed for a very pleasant and thoroughly enjoyable stay.

We were there second time and everything was perfect! Theodora is very friendly and kind. We had everything what necessary for comfortable vacations. Kakovatos is beautiful place for quiet holidays without the huge crowds.

We had a great time at Anna's place. She helped us whenever needed with tips and arrangements. The apartment fit our needs and the balcony has a great view

During booking we had minor reservations about the levels of privacy as we were aware of there being 3 villas on the large plot. We needn’t have worried. The communication with our host prior to arriving was excellent and continued to be so during our stay. The villa is very well equipped and of a size that can easily accommodate 6 people. The pool was clean and very well used and much enjoyed by ourselves and the ‘private’ beach although quite narrow was a real bonus and again much utilised. The Astros Marina area is authentically Greek with many more Greeks appearing to take their vacations there than overseas visitors which for us was a major positive. We were given invaluable information by our host about local restaurants, sites and areas of interest that each met with and often surpassed our expectations. Check in was very smooth and any help and assistance required was always very prompt and on hand. We have no hesitation in recommending the Astros Sea View Villa.

Our second time in this gorgeous place. Full of character and very comfortable with everything you need. Family members appear immediately if you need any help and communication is speedy. Walking distance to all sorts of things and three generations were all happily occupied and loved the apartment and Koroni. We will definitely be back. Thanks so much.

Μείναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι από τη διαμονή μας. Το σπιτι είναι παλιό, αλλά καλά διατηρημένο και το σημαντικότερο είναι ότι οι ιδιοκτήτες του έχουν διατηρήσει τον παραδοσιακό του χαρακτήρα. Είναι ευρύχωρο, φωτεινό και καλά εξοπλισμένο. Η γειτονιά είναι γραφική και ήσυχη. Μεγαλο ατου η ωραια θεα την οποια μπορεις να απολαυσεις απο πολλα σημεια του σπιτιου και η ομορφη βουκαμβιλια στον κηπο του. Το Λεωνιδιο ως τοποθεσία είναι πολύ όμορφη, συνδυάζοντας βουνό και θάλασσα.

Η κατοικία είναι εξαιρετική, υψηλης Ποιότητας, πεντακαθαρο, και κοντά στην παραλία. ίσως στο καλύτερο σημείο της περιοχής. Είναι πλήρως Εξοπλισμένο με όλες Τις συσκευές, και άνετους χώρους για μεγάλες οικογένειες. Η Ειρήνη και ο Λάμπρος είναι φανταστικοί οικοδεσπότες. Είναι αξιαγάπητοι κ Μας υποδέχθηκαν θερμά. Σίγουρα θα ξαναπηγαιναμε

I loved my stay in Spetses with Ευγενία. I don’t think I’ve met a kinder host in a long time! I decided to travel to Spetses off-season in Winter, which meant that a lot of cafes, restaurants and shops were going to be closed. But Ευγενία went out of her way to make sure I had a great time. We spent time together walking the island, she offered bicycle tours, she was a great guide with a lot of historical knowledge about the island and its inhabitants.. and she even pointed out the island’s best restaurants! I couldn’t have asked for more. Communication with my host was great (she responds in only a few minutes), her place was clean and tidy, with a fully equipped kitchen, great TV, board games and very comfortable large bed! I would definitely stay again (especially in the summer months).

Giota’s house is lovely. The best part of the house is the well-shaded backyard ending just a few steps from the sea—we basically lived on that backyard for the two weeks we spent there.

Ο χώρος του κ Γιάννη ήταν εξαρετικός για την απόδραση μας. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται στο χωριό Μάτι, σε αρκετά κοντινή απόσταση από τη Λίμνη Δόξα. Το χωριό είναι γραφικό και οι κάτοικοι υπήρξαν ιδιαίτερα φιλόξενοι. Η επικοινωνία τόσο με τον κ Γιάννη όσο και την κ Ελένη ήταν αποτελεσματική. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται πάνω στην κεντρική πλατεία του χωριού και είναι εύκολα προσβάσιμο.

Magnifique endroit !!

Περάσαμε πολύ όμορφα στην Πολιανή και στο σπίτι της κυρίας Σταυρούλας εμείς και τα δύο σκυλάκια μας! Το σπίτι είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, με πολύ όμορφη διακόσμηση, πολύ καλή θέρμανση και όμορφο περιβάλλοντα χώρο! Ουσιαστικά, η αίσθηση που δημιουργείται στους επισκέπτες είναι ότι βρίσκονται στο δικό τους εξοχικό σπίτι και όχι σ' ένα ενοικιαζόμενο κατάλυμα. Πέρα από το σπίτι το οποίο είναι πλήρως λειτουργικό, οι επισκέπτες μπορούν να απολαύσουν τις διαδρομές που υπάρχουν γύρω από το χωριό καθώς και το πολύ καλό φαγητό στην τοπική ταβέρνα. Ο συνδυασμός του χωριού και του συγκεκριμένου σπιτιού είναι ο ιδανικός για όσους θέλουν να κάνουν ήρεμες και ξένοιαστες διακοπές μέσα στην φύση μαζί με τα κατοικίδια τους! Η κυρία Σταυρούλα ήταν πάντοτε διαθέσιμη σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε! Κυρία Σταυρούλα σας ευχαριστούμε! Εις το επανιδείν!

Un super séjour chez Dimitra, Dionysos et leurs enfants, tous très gentils. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, on se sent tout de suite bien dans cet endroit chaleureux et sécurisant. Le petit déjeuner est compris et généreux ! La piscine a été très appréciée de nos enfants et l'endroit est idéalement situé pour visiter Olympie ! Bref, tout y est, nous recommandons vivement !

Το δωμάτιο είναι άνετο και ευρύχωρο με ένα πολύ όμορφο και οργανωμένο μπαλκόνι με υπέροχη θέα στις πλαγιές της Μάνης. Νοιώθεις πραγματικά την εμπειρία της ζωής στο χωριό. Το δωμάτιο έχει πραγματικά τα πάντα, πολλά διαθέσιμα σεντόνια και πετσέτες και οτιδήποτε χρειάζεται σε μαγειρικά σκεύη. Ο Νίκος και η οικογένειά του είναι αρκετά φιλικοί και φιλόξενοι. Ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμοι σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε και μας συμβούλευαν για μέρη να επισκεφτούμε και δραστηριότητες που συνέβηκαν στην περιοχή. Η Κοίτα βρίσκεται σε σημείο που σου δίνει την δυνατότητα να μειώσεις τις αποστάσεις, ώστε να επισκεφθείς όλα τα χωριά και τις παραλίες. Θα είναι μεγάλη μας χαρά να μας φιλοξενήσει πάλι ο Νίκος.

Nikolaos house is very comfortable, located in a small but genuine village. It has a beautiful garden and a beautiful terrace, where the sweet smell of jasmine drifts in the evenings. It's at ten minutes by car from one of the most beautiful beaches of Peloponnese, Voydokilia, and from Nestor's palace, and about 40 minutes from Pylos. Few meters away there are a local shop, a bar and a restaurant. Strongly suggested!!

Ήταν όλα εξαιρετικά! οι γονείς του Νίκου ο κύριος Σωτήρης και η κυρία Βασιλική μας υποδέχτηκαν θερμά σαν να είναι δικοί μας άνθρωποι. φιλόξενοι και ευγενέστατοι μας πρόσφεραν και κρασί στην διαμονή μας και στην επιστροφή μας έδωσαν μέχρι και φρούτα για τον δρόμο.. το σπίτι ήταν άνετο και καθαρό και τα δωμάτια με το καλοριφέρ ήταν πολύ πολύ ζεστά... συγχαρητήρια!

Nous avons passés deux jours très agréables en famille dans ce bel appartement. Terrasse superbe pour dîner c était parfait. Petits commerces à proximité. Le centre de Nauplie pas très loin.

Best Airbnb we've stayed in! Andreas and Stefania are absolutely lovely people. The place is really cozy and well thought through. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. There is a private seating area just for the guests, and there are also lovely spots to sit outside in the garden among the olive trees - perfect for watching the sunset over the sea! Andreas gave us recommendations for activities for each day - he even drove us to the top of the Ridono gorge so that we could hike down. He also showed us around their garden and gave us lemons. You can also use eggs from their chickens for a small donation. We were travelling with a baby - initially we were worried that the dog might be an issue for us, but it was absolutely fine. The dog is really well behaved and it didn't disturb us with barking at all. We would 100% recommend and hope to come back for longer one day!

We have spent a marvelous week in the village, the place was authentic, with local people being welcoming. Alexandra is a great hostess, she prepared the house for our arrival, the house is so well equipped, literally nothing is missing ! I would definitely go back to explore more the surroundings and enjoy the calmness of the place. I recommend it to all travellers, single, couples and families.

Delvita is a charming traditional house in a picture-perfect mountainside village. It has everything you need including brilliant views from the top floor balcony. Location is beautiful and peaceful and within walking distance up the hill to cafes, shops and tavernas….all without the bus-loads of tourists! Loved being able to wander through the streets and admire the amazing architecture. Julie and Toby are fantastic hosts and were very helpful when giving local recommendations for Easter festivities. A perfect mountain holiday!!
