Bab’s place is right on the beach, definitely ocean front. You can’t see the ocean until you go up some steps, but you really can’t get much closer. Also close to the pier and some restaurants. She was really easy to work with and flexible on check in time.

We had a wonderful stay, from beginning to end. The condo was sparkling clean and extremely comfortable. The pool and ocean are steps away. The landscaping is a treat for the eyes. I’m so happy we discovered this! And Richard answered any questions we had and was always helpful. We had the best time.

Sabine is an amazing host, responded quick to a few questions I had. Beautiful views from the house, was clean and had enough room to fit 10 people comfortably. Overall me and my friends had an amazing stay. We will definitely be back.

We had a great stay at Lauren’s beach condo! It was perfect for a week of family beach time. Beautiful ocean view, right by the pool and looked just like the pictures. The condo had everything we needed. There are local shops, Grocery stores and beach stores close by but we mostly relaxed on the beach or in the pool. Have to give a shoutout to the host as well as my oldest has bad allergies and I said I would bring separate linens for her but she said she would go ahead and clean the linens for her in free and clear detergent. That was super helpful and very appreciated! Would definitely stay here again!

Kelly's unit #714 was perfect for what we needed it for! She had a set of bunk beds which allowed our 2 grandsons to have a sleep over! The unit was pleasant and comfortable. All items were available in the kitchen and bathroom to have a 2 week stay. We walked the beach, flew kites and looked for shells! The weather was great for a February stay. If you like being near the ocean and a pool, this unit is for you and very convenient! Kelly provided everything and more to help us feel welcome!

We absolutely loved this condo! Perfect beach access away from public areas. Absolutely loved the huge pool - especially if the beach was too windy. Only a mile from Surf City pier with all the restaurants, shops & sweet spots. The space is beautifully decorated and updated. Kitchen had everything we needed. The deck was a lovely place for morning coffee or an evening drink. Jasmine & David were wonderful hosts and very helpful when needed. We’d definitely stay here again!

Stacey was super responsive to all messages--before and after booking, and during our stay! The condo was clean and a great layout for a couple to enjoy. There are a combo of regular and pocket doors to make it work for a party of more than two. The kitchen is beautiful and convenient. There are many comfortable seating options in the living room and wonderful balcony. The view, grounds, and beach are very beautiful and we very much enjoyed our FIRST visit to coastal NC! Mid-October found the ocean and pool (still open!) chilly but we got in both on the warmest days of our stay. We loved being able to walk a mile down the beach to Daddy Mac's Beach Grille. We walked down the road to High Waters Bar and Grill one day and wished there were more sidewalks. Both places were great for dinners.

My family recently stayed at Joseph’s place and had a wonderful experience! The location was unbeatable—just a short, easy walk to the beach, which made it so convenient for quick trips back and forth. The inside of the rental was spotless and well-maintained, and it had all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. From kitchen supplies to cozy furniture, nothing was missing. We also felt incredibly safe throughout my stay, with secure entrances. Overall, it was the perfect place for a relaxing beach getaway, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free, comfortable stay by the beach!

This is the perfect home to make beautiful memories! Each of the four bedrooms had a balcony which we loved. There is ample bathrooms for a large group. The outside private shower is a real plus especially for the beach. The covered area was nice and cool. The area is amazing. We sat on the front deck and watched the sun set and could see for miles. The bridge is beautiful at night. The park was a 2 minute walk and the beach a 4 minute walk. This was great for the kids! The hosts were always quick to respond and have made this a welcoming place to stay.

Our stay was amazing! They were some of the best hosts we have ever had with Air BNB! I personally loved and appreciated how responsive and clearly they communicated. They also went above and beyond to help our family celebrate with a variety of celebratory items and decor! The house has plenty of room for 2 families with 4 kids! We loved the upstairs area with the large open space divided into various sections! It made it so easy to all hang out but with plenty of space! The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the walk to the beach was shorter than it appears in pictures-pleasant surprise! We hope to return!

This place served three family's well. It is close to the beach and in quiet area --which we enjoyed. And of course easy access to grocery stores and other town places. Only downer was we stayed four nights and not two. Items such as needed for kitchen and bathroom lasted for two days but not four. Perhaps that was a slip up., because Michael did a good job otherwise --making for a great place. (Just a reminder for those who stay longer.) I especially enjoyed the large front balcony that had ocean view. Nice to sit with family out there. AND a hint. Sept. and Oct are lovely times to go (in between hurricanes!!!)

LuAnne’s place was absolutely beautiful! The home is completely furnished with everything we needed, kitchen is fully equipped, and the entire home is immaculate. We enjoyed the decks and view our entire stay. Short walk to the beach and to a few local restaurants. I would highly recommend LuAnne’s home and our family would love to return. She was responsive during our entire vacation.

Absolutely beautiful view from the house. Right on the beach. You can sit on the deck and fills like you are out on the beach.

Very good views of sunrise, close to surf city amenities in the area. Great beach access, and fairly quiet. The home was very clean, and was spacious for the family to feel comfortable when not out and about. Full kitchen with all the tools needed to make a meal at home, or close enough to the local eateries. Very easy access, and very easy to find from the main strip. Would very much stay again in this beautiful BnB!

An awesome space for our group of 7 that afforded some privacy with great common areas. Loved the views of the marsh at a location within walking and biking distance of the beach and restaurants. Plenty of parking and outdoor space too. We would definitely rent this space again!

Our stay at Sherry’s place was really perfect. The decor was bright and clean! The kitchen was fully equipped. The bathroom and shower were nice and the bed very comfortable! Sitting on the porch and seeing the beautiful green ocean all the time is so soothing. We saw many sea birds including the visiting red throat loons which will be migrating soon. We saw dolphins every day. A quick walk to the beach and you see stunning sunrises. There is plenty to do during the day. The beach, Serenity Point, a walk over the bridge, Sound Side Park to see a beautiful sunset. We also were able to take day trips to Wilmington River Front, Airlie Gardens (a must) and Fort Fisher Aquarium. A tour of The Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue and Rehabilitation supports the wonderful work they do there which is near ad dear to my heart. Our days were busy but we looked forward to returning to the condo and having a glass of wine on the porch and an evening walk on the beach. We will unquestionably be coming

If you’re looking for peace and quiet at that time of the year… this is the place for you. Kind neighbors in a very dog friendly environment. If you’re into fitness/multiple daily walks on the beach… you will love this. There are 42 steps from the parking lot to your door.

We have stayed in this unit many times over the years prior to Heather purchasing it. I was so happy to see it listed on Airbnb when we were looking for a place. It's just like the pictures and one of the most comfortable places we have stayed in. Heather checked in mid stay to make sure everything was going well and was even able to move our checkin up a day because of a scheduling conflict on our end. If you're looking for a super cute, spotlessly clean place to stay with a view of the ocean from the front deck and completely walkable to shops, restaurants and the beach, this is the place to stay. Thanks for a great mini vacation, we'll be back.

We had a great escape from NYC at Alicia’s place. We lived on the beach and terrace! Alicia was super responsive to a few questions I had. My boys loved the loft space. We come to Topsail a lot but never stayed at the beach. Was so worth it. Surf lessons, Serenity Point, NY Conner Deli, Island Delights and Topsail Steamer were our favorites. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed here for a brief mini honeymoon and loved the cozy environment right on the ocean!

Excellent location and access to beach. Easy access to Surf City amenities. Perfect view of the sunrise from the deck. Very responsive host. Great stay.
