Kalabalık arkadaş grubuyla vakit geçirmek için harika bir yer. 4 katlı binada her şeyimiz mevcuttu, eksiksiz bir şekilde keyifle konakladık. Ferhat Bey son derece ilgiliydi ve yardımseverdi, bizimle çok güzel iletişim kurdu. Kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz. Havuzu kullanmak için yazın tekrar gelmek isteriz :)

Great host and a lovely guy, lovely place to stay also!!

It’s been a pleasure to visit Heybeliada and this nice and peaceful house made it even better. It was a great stay even if it was for a short time. I highly recommend this place. Ömer was really friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back!

Good spacious place in nice location. A lot of restaurants and shops are in 5-10 min walk. Also metro and marmaray are nearby. Communication is nice, host is responsive and very helpful. House is not new, but clean. Three separate bedrooms and 2 toilets was a big plus for us, also there is a nice terrace on the top floor. The only downside for us was the train sound, but it was easy to fix with the earplugs. Can totally recommend this place if you want to stay as a group of 4-6 people.

Pretty astonishing old house, with cozy and authentic vibes, full of vintage furniture and linens, and at the same time fresh and clean. A great recommendation for a family or group of friends. Thank you, Ali and Asli.

We had a wonderful stay at this property, enjoying the stunning view and the charm of the house. The accommodations were lovely and well-maintained. The area had many excellent restaurants within easy reach. However, there were a few challenges. The building and street had many stairs, which could be a significant issue, especially for older guests. Finding the location was tricky, although Ali kindly arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport, we still had trouble locating the exact address. Once we arrived, we realized that providing the Zoom Bosphorus (the cafeteria near by) address for Uber would have simplified navigation. Despite these issues, using Uber proved to be the most convenient way to get around. Overall, the property itself was fantastic and definitely worth it!

Kız arkadaşımla 12 gün kaldık. Ev oldukça temiz, ev sahipleri güler yüzlü ve yardımseverlerdi. Lokasyon Kadıköy’ün en işlek noktasında bulunuyor. Tekrar İstanbul’a geldiğimizde tercih edeceğimiz bir yer oldu bizim için. Kesinlikle tavsiye edilir.

Kısa bir konaklama oldu fakat süresiz konaklama yapılabilecek kadar harika ve çok konforlu bir süre geçirdik herkese tavsiye ederim çok teşekkür ederiz.

Bu ev gerçekten cennetten bir köşe. Çok keyifli, çok sıcak, her türlü imkan mevcut. 4 yetişkin rahatlıkla konaklayabilir. Evin meyve ağaçlarıyla dolu çok şirin bir bahçesi var. Hem bahçede, hem balkonda yemeklerinizi yiyebileceğiniz masalar var. Ev çok merkezi bir yerde, iskeleye sadece birkaç dakikalık yürüme mesafesi var, ama yatak odaları bahçeye bakıyor ve evin içi çok huzurlu ve sessiz. Evde ütüden kahve makinalarına kadar ihtiyaç duyduğumuz her şey mevcuttu. Bahar aylarında evin bahçesi dünyanın en güzel yeri olabilir. Biz sonbaharda konakladık, ama baharda tekrar geleceğiz. Heybeliada’da konaklamak istiyorsanız, gerçekten fazla uzağa gitmenize gerek yok. Son olarak, ev sahibi çok nazik ve yardımsever biri, balkondaki bisikleti kullanmamıza ve bahçeden nar toplamamıza izin vererek bize harika bir ev sahibi oldu, kusursuz bir deneyimdi bizim için.

Harika bir deneyimdi tekrar gitmek isteyeceğim yerler listesinde en başta gülay hanım çok ilgiliydi evin konumu harika bi yerdeydi ve evin içi resimlerdeki ile aynı ve çok rahattı. Çok memnun kaldık ilerleyen zamanlarda tekrar ziyaret etmeyi düşünüyoruz.❤️

Wonderful Stay with a Fantastic Host! I had an amazing stay at this private condo! The space was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable trip. The host was outstanding—super responsive, friendly, and thoughtful, making the experience seamless and enjoyable. While the location is about a 35-minute to an hour Uber ride to most major attractions, I didn’t mind as the condo is nestled in a great neighborhood with lots to offer. I loved having coffee shops, a grocery store, and even a farmers’ market right downstairs—it made mornings so convenient and relaxing. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great home base with an exceptional host. Thank you for a memorable visit!

Thank you Cengiz for your host! The appartement is very good full equipped. Ideally for long or short time. One big appartement where friend family can enjoy their time. The appartement is situated on one of the most beautiful places in Istanbul. Once i will he back in Istanbul for sure that is appartement that i will rent again.

Excellent Bosphorus Villa – Perfect Family Stay Our family had a wonderful 10-day stay at this beautiful villa, which boasts a stunning view of the Bosphorus. Waking up to the breathtaking view every morning was a true highlight! Our host was incredibly kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with, always responsive, and eager to ensure we had a comfortable stay. We loved the view and the house. We had such a great time at the house. Our parents were visiting us and they had such a nice istanbul experience. It was great for the crowded family. The house had everything you would need. Such as every kitchen supply, hair dryer and cottons in every bathroom. Saeed was so nice and help-full, she was kind and sincere. We had such good time made some great memories.

It was a great stay. The place is unique and calming. The host is very helpful and understanding. You have help 24/7 and the nature and the place is unique. We totally recommend.

Eve giriş oldukça rahattı. Kalabalık bir arkadaş grubu kalacağımızdan, bu evi tercih ettik ve çok fazla yatak imkanı vardı. Kaldığımız mevsimin azizliği sebebiyle hava soğuktu ve eve girdiğimizde kombiyi erkenden yakmışlardı, ince bir düşünce, teşekkür ederiz :))
