Gizem was extremely friendly to us throughout the stay, check-in and check-out. The apartment is very spacious, clean, nicely decorated. It has everything you need for a long stay, including pleasant little things. The street is quiet, no noisy restaurants or rushing cars. You can hear the neighbors, but they were quiet and did not bother us. The Moda area is very colorful and beautiful, good for walking, especially the embankments. Conveniently accessible by sea ferry. We missed a microwave a little. Also bear in mind that you will need to climb the stairs to the third floor, which was fine for us. Overall, everything was amazing, this place can definitely be recommended for a stay in the beautiful Moda area.

Müge hanımın rüya evinde harika bir 4 günlük bayram tatili geçirdik. Hangi birinden bahsetsem bilmiyorum. Ev, bahçe, dekorasyon, lokasyon herşey ama herşey zevkimize göreydi. Müge hanımda oldukça nazik bir ev sahibiydi teşekkür ediyoruz herşey için. Evde herşey bizim için düşünülmüş ve hazırdı. Doğa severler için ve sakinlik sevenler için son derece keyifli biryer, şiddetle tavsiye edilir👍

Caner had a nice place, very good communication

Kalabalık arkadaş grubuyla vakit geçirmek için harika bir yer. 4 katlı binada her şeyimiz mevcuttu, eksiksiz bir şekilde keyifle konakladık. Ferhat Bey son derece ilgiliydi ve yardımseverdi, bizimle çok güzel iletişim kurdu. Kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz. Havuzu kullanmak için yazın tekrar gelmek isteriz :)

كانت تجربتنا في المنزل الأبيض الصغير تجربة مثالية حقًا وبدون مجاملات، ابتداءا من بدء الحجز الى نهاية تسليمه، المنزل اعجب فيه اسرتي ، كان مرتبا ومنظما بطريقة احترافية، كان نظيفا منسقا، متكامل الخدمات جدا، لو عدت الى اسطنبول سيكون هو خياري الأول، وسأنصح به أصدقائي بلا شك، شكر خالص للسيد المحترم Suha على اهتمامه و مرونته وشكر لفريقه الذي ينفذ تعليماته كما يجب.

Levent’s place is a cozy little nook in the lovely neighborhood of Kuzguncuk. It was newly renovated and very clean. He was very kind and accommodating with a late check in, accidentally locking myself out and a late check out. I had no trouble and he was great about allowing me to have my privacy during an extended stay. Would recommend!

Ayten hanım ve eşi Ercan bey çok nazik ve çok iyiydiler. Neye ihtiyacımız olursa hemen yardimci oldular. Ev çok güzeldi ve manzarası da harikaydı. Ulaşım toplu taşıma ile yapılmalı çünkü evin konumu ormanın içinde. Mutfakta neye ihtiyacımız varsa hepsi vardı. Tekrar gelsem konaklamak isteyeceğim bir yer kesinlikle 🌸 biz 3 aile kaldik bir bebek ve bir de çocukla kaldık harika bir deneyimdi cok tesekkur ederiz

Eine sehr schöne ,große und toll ausgestattete Wohnung .Man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause .Die Lage ist perfekt - der Hafen von Kadiköy ist quasi vor der Tür und in der Nähe sind so viele Cafés und Restaurants. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr angenehm ,schnell und freundlich. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt. Alles in einem eine klare Weiterempfehlung für einen Istanbul Besuch.

Tuba is an outstanding host - she communicates swiftly and goes above and beyond for her guests. Her apt was amazing with stunning views. Transportation in instanbul can be a hassle and tuba was able to provide us with direct pickup and dropoff back to the airport and even got us a personal cab to take us all over the city. Even though our stay in instanbul was affected with horrible weather, we were still able to make the most of it. I would highly recommend her apartment and Tuba in general as a host! Thank you for everything!

Me encantaron las vistas, el apartamento es super espacioso, parece como si estuvieras en LA. Es una zona super tranquila pero super cerca de todo. En 5 min estás en mitad de Bebek con todos los restaurantes y tiendas. Me enamoré de un gatito que venía a visitarnos de color pelirojo y solo pienso en volver al apartamento para irlo a visitar. Fue realmente muy agradable la estancia

Can’t recommend Canberk’s place enough! An absolutely beautiful, super spacious flat in possibly the best location in Istanbul right in the heart of Kadikoy / Moda. Responses we’re extremely prompt and helpful :) Thanks so much Canberk and Dogan, will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Istanbul!

Sorunsuz, tertemiz bir ev. Lokasyon muazzam.

Die Unterkunft und die Aussicht sind ein Traum! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, war alles da was man braucht und noch mehr und sehr Kinderfreudlich. Zafer war sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit ereichbar. Die Gegend ist sehr schön hat viel zubieten und man fühlt sich sicher. Wir kommen wieder!!!

Very nice apartment in a great location very close to Bagdat Cadde and the Sahil. Apartment is well furnished and very spacious and comfortable. Even though it is near some busy streets, it is very quiet. We loved it and we plan to return again at our next trip.

Ezgi hanım inanılmaz misafirperver ve iletişimi çok hızlıydı. Balkonunda kahve içmek ve ada havasını solumak büyük keyifti. Kesinlikle tekrar gelmek isteyeceğimiz bir yer! 3 adults and one teenager we were easily accommodated. Cozy place with everything needed including washer-dryer and adjustable heating. Close to transportation points and shopping areas Hüseyin was an excellent host—respectful, responsive, and always ready to assist.

The apartment was very nice, clean and modern. It had everything we needed apart from the bed situation. We booked for 4 adults guests but only had 1 double bed and a sofa bed for 1. A cheap blow up camp bed was provided so we had to make do for our 4 day stay. It's in a new high rise block so building working is still going ahead. Not much to do so we had to get a taxi into Kadikoy as the buses were very full at the times we tried them. The apartment was great as it had lots of the finer things - dishwasher, washing machine, great hairdryer and a big fridge/freezer. There was a pizza takeaway on the site and a coffee shop. We enjoyed our stay with our granddaughter and her friend.
