Op onze dag van aankomst ,was Inanc, aanwezig in het appartement , hij wachtte ons op , voor ons te begroeten , en ons alle inlichtingen te verschaffen over het appartement , ook inlichtingen over excursies , Inanc is een zeer aangename persoon , en heel vriendelijk , je kan Inanc ,op ieder moment als je hem nodig hebt bereiken ,de aangeboden accommodatie , was volledig zoals in de beschrijving , en vooral heel rustige ligging , en op 20min wandelen van het centrum van Kadikoy en de haven waar je alle bootverbindingen kan nemen , ook de metro naar de luchthaven is op 7 min wandel afstand van het appartement , er is ook een heel groot koopcentrum , met een Carrefour , heel handig om etenswaren in te kopen , op 10 min wandelafstand van het appartement , verder zijn alle voorzieningen aanwezig in het appartement , ook gemakkelijk voor iemand met beperking , appartement bevind zich op het gelijksvloer ! In ieder geval bedankt Inanc voor deze aanbieding !

Rezervasyon sürecinden itibaren oldukça yardımcı ve hızlı yanıtlarla karşıladı. Ev anlatıldığı gibi huzurlu ve temizdi. Aile evinde gibi hissettik. Ev sahibimiz çok kibar ve yardımsever, evi de bir o kadar konforlu. Girdiğinizden itibaren kendi eviniz gibi iyi hissediyorsunuz🙏

Rezervasyon öncesi inceleme yaparken Burak Bey'in "Süper Ev Sahibi" etiketi ile tanıtıldığını fark etmiştim ancak konaklama sonrası diyebilirim ki "Süper Ev Sahibi" statüsü yetersiz, bence "Süper Süper Ev Sahibi" olmalı :) Burak sizin adınıza (ulaşımınız dahil) her şeyi düşünüyor, önceden planlıyor ve sunuyor, seçim sizin... Telefonu 24 saat açık, mümkün olan tüm zamanlarda şahsen orada olması ve ihtiyaçlarla ilgilenmesi sayesinde aksayan hiç bir şey yok, hem kendisi hem de personeli samimi ve güler yüzlü, daire öyle optimum ve samimi döşenmiş ki benimseyip kendi eviniz gibi algılaması da 1 dk.sürüyor... A little Gem in Moda. Located right in the Center of Moda, equidistant to anywhere you want to go to in Moda. You will find restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and any outlet you may think of within a walking distance. Orhun was an excellent host, sent us all what we needed to know ahead of time with very clear instructions. He was quite helpful and accommodating in every sense. The apartment was immaculate and everything was spotless with fresh linen. Extremely well equipped apartment, having literally everything you need for a short or a long stay, and would make you feel right at home. The apartment was well heated, with excellent plumbing and a very practical and well equipped kitchen. If you are looking for a hidden gem, that is practical with no frills and lets you discover Moda in every way yet knowing you will come back to a comfortable and homey apartment, I highly recommend Orhun's apartment.

I came here with 2 friends for cosmetic surgery and a little sightseeing. The apartment is about a 5-10 minute walk from the ferry system, Naval Museum, 2 Palaces, National Palaces Painting Museum and Palaces Collections Museum. If you don't want to go far but want to see *something* this is a good home base. One block over you can find dozens of restaurants, several fine bakeries, and a good number of grocery stores. It is a good street for catching taxis. The space itself is wonderful. Kitchen is equipped with most things you might need, but has no microwave or k ife sharpener. Owners are very responsive, cheerfully helpful and friendly. I especially appreciated a personal wifi fix visit for Netflix access. Decor is quite attractive. Washer/dryer unit is very good but you might need help to operate it. All 3 of us said we would be happy to return. Staying here *definitely* increased the comfort and pleasure of our Istanbul medical visit.

Müge hanımın rüya evinde harika bir 4 günlük bayram tatili geçirdik. Hangi birinden bahsetsem bilmiyorum. Ev, bahçe, dekorasyon, lokasyon herşey ama herşey zevkimize göreydi. Müge hanımda oldukça nazik bir ev sahibiydi teşekkür ediyoruz herşey için. Evde herşey bizim için düşünülmüş ve hazırdı. Doğa severler için ve sakinlik sevenler için son derece keyifli biryer, şiddetle tavsiye edilir👍

der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer ist fantastisch, und die drei Schlafzimmer sind auch sehr groß und fein. Die Küche hat alles, die zwei Badezimmer passen auch wunderbar. die Lage ist super, ruhig, und ein Supermarkt und die Gastrozeile sind in Gehdistanz. im Summe eine super Wohnung!

Appartement conforme à la description. Très belle vue sur le Bosphore ! Commerces, restaurants à proximité. Quartier tranquille. Nous avons pris le bateau comme transport en commun, très pratique, à proximité de l'appartement. Lou est une personne très réactive, elle a répondu à toutes nos questions. Elle nous a rallumé le chauffage car chute des températures sur notre semaine de séjour !

كانت تجربتنا في المنزل الأبيض الصغير تجربة مثالية حقًا وبدون مجاملات، ابتداءا من بدء الحجز الى نهاية تسليمه، المنزل اعجب فيه اسرتي ، كان مرتبا ومنظما بطريقة احترافية، كان نظيفا منسقا، متكامل الخدمات جدا، لو عدت الى اسطنبول سيكون هو خياري الأول، وسأنصح به أصدقائي بلا شك، شكر خالص للسيد المحترم Suha على اهتمامه و مرونته وشكر لفريقه الذي ينفذ تعليماته كما يجب.

Levent’s place is a cozy little nook in the lovely neighborhood of Kuzguncuk. It was newly renovated and very clean. He was very kind and accommodating with a late check in, accidentally locking myself out and a late check out. I had no trouble and he was great about allowing me to have my privacy during an extended stay. Would recommend!

Staying at Ahmet’s house was truly special. The location is perfect — peaceful and quiet, yet so close to everything you could want. It’s just a short, scenic walk down to the seaside, where you can catch a ferry to Bebek and soak in one of the city’s most charming neighborhoods. There’s a supermarket nearby for all your essentials, and the views from the house are absolutely breathtaking — especially at sunset. Don’t miss it; it’s pure magic. Conveniently, there’s also a bus stop right outside the gate that takes you directly to Üsküdar, from where you can easily catch a ferry or metro to Hagia Sophia and all the iconic landmarks. If you’re up for a more scenic and budget-friendly experience, I highly recommend taking the ferry from Küçüksu to Aşiyan, and then to Üsküdar. It’s a beautiful way to see the city from the water without spending much at all. Ahmet’s place offers calm, beauty, and easy access to everything —Highly recommended.

Сам дом — чистый, уютный, просторный и полностью оснащён всем необходимым. Хозяин всегда был на связи, с готовностью отвечал на все вопросы, всё терпеливо объяснял, помогал, и даже радовал нас чаем и сладостями! Очень добрый, отзывчивый и внимательный человек. Мы искренне рекомендуем это место всем!
