Great location, some wear and tear on the house but it's near the ocean and is to be expected. Had a few issues that were resolved in a timely matter. All in all it was a great trip

Great place for a family! Easy to get to the beach and the pool. Plenty of space for everyone.

Our family and another family enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. Clean, functional, well equipped property with the perfect beach access. We had everything I hoped for to make a family trip easy and enjoyable. I will definitely keep this property on our list for our Santa Rosa visits.

Our family LOVED this Airbnb. It perfect for just my husband and our 4 kids. The location being right on the beach with our own chairs and umbrellas was the cherry on top. The host was very accommodating and easy to get ahold of and we didn't have any issues during our stay. The home was very cozy and we would love to stay here in future again.

The place was amazing! It was clean, bright and open. The location was nice. Not much within walking distance but an easy drive to all the restaurants and local bars and stores. The beach was beautiful and super close. We had such a great time. Hannah is the perfect host, allowed us to check in early, and always responded quickly.

We had an incredible week! From beginning to end - everything was just perfect. Check in was super easy and the place was beautifully clean when we arrived. Nikki has thought of everything to make your stay the best - from beach towels hanging in the entryway - a coffee maker in the master bathroom so you don’t wake everyone - plenty of books to read - these little details just added more fun to the whole experience! We loved having the Sound in the backyard - our kids had so much fun catching crabs and fish in the little river system back there. And the sunsets off the deck - gorgeous. The Gulf is so easy to get to with many different access points - we had fun hunting for shells, jumping waves, and seeing dolphins there! It was so quiet and relaxing - a week to unplug and just be together as a family. We hope to be back soon! Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!

This place was absolutely incredible. Open any of the patio doors and see the beautiful green ocean white sand and palm trees. Pool was amazing for the family. Private beach access was perfect for elderly and kids with us. House came with all beach gear, and private set up daily for chairs and umbrellas. Outdoor shower to rinse off. The pictures do not do this home justice. Our entire family had the best week we could possibly imagine and the layout of the home was perfect no one was on top of each other. The hosts were amazing and responded so fast. Safe area. Cooked out with the grill. Got to see sun rises and sun sets daily. Central location to everything. This is literally a gem. We searched hundreds of airbnbs and landed on this one and we are so glad we did. I can’t imagine coming back to destin and staying anywhere else. This house and the hosts set the bar for future stays 11/10 would recommend. We stayed for 5 nights. Only regret is not staying longer

Outstanding host, very responsive ensuring our stay was the best it could be. Cute neighborhood with beautiful pool and attentive HOA staff. We loved walking to the beach everyday and the sturdy wagon was a game changer for hauling our gear and everything we could possibly want with us to spend the day on the beautiful white sandy beach. Christina’s house had everything we needed and was close to grocery stores and restaurants. The Welcome Guide (app) was a go to with all the information at our fingertips. We enjoyed our extended stay in Christina’s home and made great memories with family who visited us. Thank you for being an amazing host and sharing your home with us!

Tyler was great. Will stay here again. Close to everything for entertainment. The house was fully equipped and everything was provided that you may need. The house was clean and was enough room for a large group.. No complaints..We had a great time. THANKS TYLER!!

Location was amazing. Very walkable neighborhood, cute cafe, and can’t get better access to the beach. We had 10 people- 5 kids and 5 adults- and house met our needs very well.

Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen in Kurts Haus verbracht und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und ruhig und besonders hat uns der private Pool gefallen. Auch dass jedes Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad hat, ist wirklich toll. Die Kommunikation mit Kurt war auch super und sehr angenehm. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Iva and Greg were great hosts, they were very helpful and fast when we needed help with a few things. The house was very clean and is very nice. Great place to stay with family or friends. The pool is so nice!

The house was amazing! It is in a great location, only a short walk to the beach and a close drive to an outdoor mall. The house the very clean and organized, exactly how it’s portrayed in the pictures. The host was amazing, giving us instant feedback and always just a phone call away! Would definitely recommend staying here and would love to stay there again!

This was a cozy home in a great neighborhood. Very walkable with a pool almost across from the house. The beach is a 10 minute walk or a short bike ride. Beach was incredible. Clean bathrooms and facilities. The house is spacious and clean. The 30A area is a true gem. This home is a great location to explore it all. I stayed an entire month and looking forward to returning next year.

It's easy to feel right at home here! We were a group of 6 and the house was perfect for all of us to sleep comfortably but still have our space. We were staying in Pensacola to visit my niece and this location was perfect so she can come back and forth from base to spend time with us. We loved how relaxing the space was, we really didn't have to leave. We mostly stayed in and enjoyed the MANY! amenities provided. The kitchen was well stocked too so cooking was easy. And nearby is a great Thai food restaurant (Thai Curry House) if you don't feel like cooking. We spent a lot of time out on the water in the kayaks, enjoyed the amazing massage chairs, and spent the evenings watching the gorgeous sunsets in the hot tub or on the pier. Being here makes you truly appreciate nature. The neighborhood is so quiet and safe. Dennis was such a gracious host and even let us extend our stay. He was also an excellent communicator, we felt very taken care of.

Great place to stay if going to Navarre Beach! Close walk to the beach. We loved having access to the golf cart to bring our stuff to the beach. House was very clean and the kitchen had everything you would need to cook. Charlette was very responsive to any needs that we had. Would definitely go back!

This beautiful and peaceful place was absolutely perfect! Having your own private beach overlooking the bay was incredible. The home was lovely and we felt right at home. Donna was very responsive to my questions and made excellent recommendations for dinner. It’s a very quiet location, but close enough to drive to the downtown area. We loved staying here and will definitely return in the future.

We spent 1-2hrs on the beach before we even entered the house! This location was perfect!! Close to NAS, 35 min from gulf shores beach for more great food options. The kids couldn’t wait to get in the water (and sand) everyday!

Sunny Beaches is a wonderful beach vacation home in an upscale location. typical Florida Beach front community. lots of activity, dining, and entertainment close by. also plenty to do around the greater ft. Walton/Destin Metro area. we had a very nice time. the only real issues we had was the confusion regarding the use of the beach and the beach access. the private owners on either side of the public access have hired a manager who seems to think he knows the law better than what the city has posted on line. regardless, there is plenty of access to the amazing Gulf. thank you Hayley for providing such a wonderful beach vacation home.

The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was so peaceful on the back deck with the pelicans, seagulls, squirrels and big beautiful blue heron visiting everyday. Loved watching the boats pass. It was close to the main strip, but far enough away that our stay was quiet and relaxing. Would stay here again
