we will be back, it was a great relaxing place to spend a week. Great pool and the Tiki bar was a plus. Cleanest condo I have ever rented and quiet. Maureen checked in with us 2 or 3 times and suggested a nice local restaurant for the 1st night we were there, also suggested things to do on the day it rained. Wondefuil host

The condo is absolutely beautiful and the resort amenities are fabulous! Lisa is a very communicative host who provided great instructions for checking in and getting the most out of the stay. I would absolutely rent with her again!

Our trip with my daughters and mom started out rocky with car troubles, but staying here more than made up for it. Marisa was an amazing host. The girls loved the pool. The place was beautifully decorated while also being comfortable! Would stay here again!

Purple parrot resort was awesome! The condo was clean and a perfect fit for 2 people! Melissa was very responsive and helpful! Would 100% recommend and will definitely be back!

If I could give this 10 stars I would! This is the safest, cleanest & most organized Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Kathryn really thought of everything when furnishing and supplying the villa. She is very quick to respond and extremely kind and helpful. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need during your stay. The king sized bed and pillows are extremely comfortable, she even has a zippered mattress cover/protector that prevents unwanted dust/allergens etc which is a HUGE plus, as I am OCD. My fiancé and I felt right at home. The villa is exactly like the photos and the site has the coolest amenities like tiki bar, gym, hot tub, gated community, and sauna! I HIGHLY recommend staying here. I stayed for 8 weeks for a clinical rotation and wish it was longer because I loved it so much. It’s VERY close to the beach. Amazing restaurants nearby such as Jellyfish, Lillian’s, salty pearl. Tiki bar has live music, but it’s always done by 10pm. 10/10 experience!!

We loved the access to the beach and the Naval Air Museum. Good food in the area especially the Shrimp Basket on Gulf Beach off of Hwy 292 going toward Alabama, excellent fired shrimp. This location is easy to find and really quiet and well maintained.

REALLY NICE PLACE TO GET AWAY AND SPEND TIME WITH THE FAMILY FOR A FEW DAYS!

The mermaid cottage is a quaint little house in a great location. It is located in walking distance to the beach and close to all the local restaurants and entertainment on the beach. It's got all the amenities that you would need outside the comfort of your own home! It's a great little getaway!

We had a great stay with our kids and dogs over Christmas! House was perfect for us, and close to everything. The sand toys were great for the kids to not have to pack, along with all of the other supplies. House was very clean, and having 3 bathrooms was so nice! Also there is a blow dryer, always nice to not have to pack that! One thing to note of the general area if you have dogs, there are “sand spurs/stickers” outside of actual grass. This isn’t just this property, but in MANY places we went. Our dogs have curly hair so that can be a pain, but as a dog owner I know they can be pesky for any dog so just thought I’d mention it.

Very responsive host, the house was very clean and walkable to everything we needed!

First of all, we have stayed at several different rentals in the greater Pensacola area for the last 3 years, and this was the first one that has realistically and accurately described their space and location on their listing. Kudos! Prior to that we lived in Pensacola on the west side for over 15 years so we know the area well. We were able to have all of our children and their families over to celebrate a late Christmas and there was plenty of room. Please know that we will most likely book again because it fit our needs and was a good value. Thanks bunches!

I highly recommend staying here! It’s a block away from a playground with a few restaurants within walking distance. It is centrally located and is only a few miles from the airport. The owners couldn’t be nicer! They were extremely responsive to the few questions we had. We had a wonderful stay in this home and would come back again in the future!

My husband and I stayed 3 nights( with our dogs) This location is like no other...peaceful, private, beautiful. kayaking, hiking, relaxing, biking right there! The view of the landscape and water will take away any stress. This is an old house in the woods. if you want a polished condo on the crowded beach...this is not it. if you appreciate nature and active lifestyle...you will enjoy

We highly recommend DeeDee’s place. We come to Gulf Shores every couple years and this stay has been our favorite! The house was beautiful, clean and cozy. Every amenity you can imagine is provided as well. Loved the laundry room with the extra fridge/freezer/ice maker. The pool was great and we highly recommend having it heated if the weather is cooler. We brought our 3 kiddos (ages 1-7) and the house was perfect for our family. I might add, the couch is super comfy! This location is PRIME! Right by all the hot spots and just a short walk to the beach. But still provided those quiet morning and evenings. I will add, I was worried about the pool and having young kids but the way DeeDee’s house is set up and gated provided ultimate safety and peace of my mind. Check in and checkout was super easy. Our stay was like a 10 star experience. DeeDee was a great communicator and checked in with us prior to and during our trip. Don’t pass this house up, it’s a wonderful place to stay and enjoy!

We enjoyed our stay at Ian’s cottage! It’s cute, clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. We had plenty of space for our crew of 5 adults. Ian was super responsive, and even checked in with us during our stay to ensure all was going well. The location is great, close to great restaurants and the beach / beach activities. We will definitely be back!

We felt right at home in this cottage. We were able to bring our 2 little fur babies too which made the vacation that much more enjoyable. We really enjoyed the atmosphere of the cottage and the creek in the backyard. Even caught quite a few fish! We enjoyed a nice fire in the supplied fire pit and made s’mores! Pirates cove was a very convenient local beach area and the public beach was just a short drive from the cottage. We will definitely recommend this place to friends and family and we hope to have the chance to be able to come back to stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay. Was easy to Get to the beach. Loved we were able to find a place that was dog friendly place. He enjoyed the back yard as did we. The beds were super comfortable which is always important for extended stays. I would definitely stay here again for future getaways.

We had a very restful relaxing stay! We had no issues at all, except for figuring out the Roku TV. It might be good to have a little bit of instruction on that. Otherwise great spot would definitely book again.

The cottage looked like the pictures and was as described. The location was only 7 minutes to the Seville district, 15 airport, and within 20-25 for all other attractions. This was our first trip to Pensacola and will definitely consider the cottage if coming back.
