El departamento está muy bonito, limpio , una vista maravillosa . La cocina tiene todo lo que requieres para cocinar, su baño con bastantes toallas, tiene su shampoo y enguaje, jabón para lavarse las manos tiene una ventilación natural porque las ventanas son grandes , fue un estancia muy agradable, relajada . So very grateful to have such a beautiful place to stay! Well equipped and stocked. Lots of extras not normally seen in rentals that made our arrival and extended stay feel so welcoming. Plenty of parking. Great communication from the owners, close to downtown and the beaches , great views of the Blue Angels practices and plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a home away from home for a vacation or extended stay.

It’s was a very cozy beach getaway while visiting my family I was very impressed with all of the amenities definitely will book again if I’m in the area again

The condo was comfortable, located in a fun location. Everything we wanted to do was within few minutes of walk/drive. Host was very easy to communicate with and responding immediately to our messages. We kept our jetski 3 min away at Adventure Marina. It is a great vacation spot for families outside the season also. Thank you.

Beautiful townhouse…so peaceful looking out over the bay. We loved the patio! Our son spent hours fishing off of the nice new dock. Amazing pool…one of the largest I have seen in the area. Easy beach access across the street. Beds were super comfortable…loved waking up to the sun on the bay every morning. Kimberly was an amazing host & responded quickly when we had a question. Definitely plan to stay again!

This was a wonderful place for our family of four. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and it's just two minutes from a great grocery store and 5 to 10 minutes from everything else.

I pointed some minor things to the owner’s rep, to improve curve appeal. Overall, it was great value and will definitely consider it again in the future.

Me and my family were in town for my brother's wedding and Caroline's place was perfect for us. It was very clean, very spacious and had everything that we needed during our stay! Caroline was very accessible and easy to communicate with! We loved our stay!

My family and I were in town for Christmas for a week since my daughter couldn't come home for Christmas. Amber was very responsive and communicated with us effectively. I really appreciated that! The Airbnb was exactly what was online, it is beautiful. It was clean and I loved the kitchen. It was Christmas, so I did a lot of cooking. Kitchen had everything I needed to make Christmas dinner happen. I would totally recommend this place to anyone coming to the area. It's close to base and downtown. I would definitely book again as well! Thank you so much Amber for being such a great host!!

We had no complaints at all. The first night we had a few questions however, the communication was great and all answered quickly. We would definitely recommend this place to any and everyone visiting the area. The house was exactly what was described online and we had a blast! We loved our stay at Portofino Island Resort! The condo was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. This was our second time staying at PIR and we will be back. Lots to do, beautiful views, and so very relaxing! Just what we needed!!

Highly recommend. We had a great stay! The view is really nice. The resort had mostly everything we needed. The only small thing that I wish I knew was that our stay was a “premier” stay which meant we got 10% off everything as the resort which I didn’t know until the last day since I wasn’t making room charges and instead using a credit card. I thought the listing could have spelled out a little more about the resort for those that don’t know much about it. Very clean. Overall very happy with it and would return.

Our stay was great! The view in the from and back was amazing, we got up to see the sun rise in the balcony and the sunset the place was clean and the decoration is excellent thanks for letting us use your place. If you are going to stay bring your own paper towels, shampoo, body wash, napkins dish soap, and things you may use if you want to cook. Other than that was a nice experience have a great stay you will enjoy it!

I can't say enough good things about the condo, our host, or Portofino Island Resort. This was by far the most relaxing active vacation we have had. We loved having access to jet skis, bikes, paddle boards and also just being able to relax on the beach. The condo was extremely clean and equipped with everything we needed. Lia was quick to respond to every question and made us feel welcome from the moment we checked in until we left. I also was super impressed by the staff at Portofino. Everyone we encountered was welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. We will return and would definitely stay in the same unit again.

Wonderful location. We didn’t feel too close to all the hustle & bustle of Pensacola, and the beach access wasn’t crowded at all. There were several amenities on the property (though we only accessed the pool), but we definitely want to check out those other features at another time. The only downside to the resort itself was that they offer weddings & close off a good portion of the beach for their chairs & arbor, so we had to work around that with our beach setup. As far as the condo goes, it was magnificent. The only downside was there was no salt/pepper, only 2 flimsy kitchen trash bags, and limited toilet paper between 4 people for 4 days. We really had to make everything stretch to prevent purchasing unnecessary items for the condo. They were great to provide 2 Tide washing detergent boxes & 1 dishwasher detergent. We will definitely be back but will have knowledge now on what to pack to better our stay. Thank you!

Look no further, book it now before someone else does. Fully stocked for long term stays. Fully. The best we have ever stayed in, by far. Dolphins every day swim past, Pelicans, Gannets, Gulls, Loons, Ducks and more. The most beautiful cloud formations and sunsets out of this world, What a wonderful place to watch the world go by. We spent January 2025 there during the record snowfall. Pristine white sand beach at the end of the private boardwalk, so readily accessible, The walk in shower in the master bedroom has me thinking about a redo at our place, it was great.
