Felt at home as soon as I arrived here, the decor is lovely and is more spacious than I thought it would be. Also, the best shower I’ve had anywhere I’ve stayed! The flat gets so much light and you can open the big windows for a nice breeze. I thought a sofa bed would be an inconvenience but it was super easy to put away/get out. I felt very safe in the flat, a sturdy door and double lock. No disturbances from neighbours in the month I was there, people in the building were always friendly and said hello. Communal areas are kept clean. The location is great, super close to the train station for day trips and a short walk to the beach. And then Audrey is just so lovely, super friendly, replied quickly to any queries I had and always reminded me she was there if I had any questions/needed recommendations. If I could have stayed longer I would have, I recommend a stay here 100%.

Piccolo appartamentino in posizione super centrale, all’interno di un cortile e quindi senza vista sul mare, però molto comodo per tutti i servizi. Sottolineo l’estrema pulizia, l’organizzazione e l’ordine dell’appartamento, cosa non scontata. Era dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per un breve soggiorno, l’appartamento è in ottimo stato, tutto l’ arredamento, bagno compreso, è nuovo.

Super séjour, appartement super pour profiter de la station, bien équipé merci à Larry pour son accueil nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Lovely picturesque village with amazing views and friendly locals venders. Amazing for everyone who loves nature and small quiet places. Eugene was very helpful on arrival and explained us everything and gave some recommendations. Be ready though to have some places shut put of season

Dominque was an amazing host - extremely accommodating and friendly. The apartment was in a perfect location, very close to public transport and amenities. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. Highly recommend!

Très bon séjour à Nice dans cet appartement. Le logement est vraiment très agréable et sa localisation idéale pour découvrir Nice. Le garage est un vrai plus. Nicolas a été très disponible et flexible. Je recommande cet appartement.

l'accueil chaleureux, disponible et à l'écoute, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour pour son emplacement pour la fête du citron au pied du logement, tout à disposition, quartier calme , tout pour passer un très bon séjour. encore merci à aymerick et Ninon.

Il soggiorno nell’appartamento di Marc è stato molto bello, la casa è silenziosa, luminosa e piú grande di quanto appare nelle foto. Marc è sempre stato gentilissimo nell’elasticità degli orari e nella disponibilità in generale. Torneremo sicuramente, grazie!!!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Super Ausblick über die Bucht. Viel Sonne beim Kaffee trinken am Morgen. Geräumige Wohnung für 4 Personen. Gastgeberin sehr nett.

Overall had a very great stay at this Airbnb. Everything was very well maintained and I felt right at home. The Apartment ist not in Monaco, but 15meters behind the border to france. This isn't a problem at all for me, it was only noticed when ordering a monaco taxi which wasn't allowed to come to the place, so we had to get a french taxi. Overall recommend 10/10

Le logement est très bien placé et bien équipé. Le petit balcon est un vrai plus. Les nuits sont calmes malgré un peu de passage sur le boulevard. L'accueil de François était chaleureux et complet, nous reviendrions avec plaisir.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans le charmant petit appartement d'Anna. Le logement, très propre, est au centre du village de Moustiers, au calme avec une terrasse extérieure. Il reste frais malgré les 34° de cette dernière semaine d'août : le bonheur ! Nous recommandons !

Malgré une météo maussade, nous avons passé un très bon séjour, emplacement du logement idéal avec parking privé, une belle découverte et des hôtes très disponibles.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Eric. Bel immeuble de plus d'un siècle, cosy et très bien situé à 5 min à pied de la vieille ville. Réseaux de transports en commun proches. Eric s'est montré réactif et disponible dans nos échanges. Nous n'hésiterons pas à recommander cet appartement à nos proches. Corinne et Pascal

Appartement confortable et calme, idéalement situé pour découvrir les alentours, restaurants, plage et faire ses courses à pied. L emplacement de parking large, en sous sol, est un avantage précieux là-bas. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Brian est tres réactif et donne toutes les instructions nécessaires. Le logement correspond à la description, petit nid douillet dans un cadre paisible. Je recommande vivement !

Wonderful apartment and an excellent host. The apartment is nice, spacious, really close to the train station and Catherine even helped us to find a taxi one day to return from a dinner. She was very helpful with everything we needed. Would love to come back other times 🥰

Not even 2 minutes from the train station. Lovely view and near a lidl and some other little supermarkets which is very convenient. 10 mins max from either tram line too. Host is super quick getting back to you when you need anything which is great. Place was gorgeous! Jacuzzi was lovely. Had on his listing that is had scaffolding but there wasn’t any when we got there 10/10 loved out stay

Five stars all around for this stay. Apartment is extremely well stocked, clean, and perfectly located. Stunning little sitting room and patio for morning coffee. Charming and exactly what we were looking for. Julien’s place was exceptionally comfortable and outfitted for a stay away from home (extra blankets, beach throws, kitchen supplies, coffee/tea, etc.). Julien even had a local bottle of wine in the fridge to welcome us, which was a thoughtful touch. :) Remarkable location with everything just a short walk away. Had a lovely check-in interaction with Julien’s mum, Michèle, who was warm and kind (even left is her transit passes and offered extra umbrellas!). Attention to detail, local recommendations and communication was unparalleled. Perfect “home base” for a trip to Nice! Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Julien and Michèle for such a lovely visit!

Location super agréable sur les hauteurs de Nice, avec une belle vue dégagée et pas de vis-à-vis des voisins. Le studio (qui etait très bien équipé) était propre et rangé, Thierry avait prévu des snacks et du café. Je ne suis resté que quelques jours mais j’aurais pu rester beaucoup plus longtemps sans problème ! Le jacuzzi est aussi très sympa ainsi que les chaises longues pour bronzer .. Je recommande donc chaudement la location de Thierry. Attention cependant : une voiture me semble indispensable pour se déplacer au quotidien depuis cette localisation.

Philippe est un hôte qui sait accueillir. Gentil, disponible vous propose un service irréprochable. J'ai passé un bon moment pour me détendre dans un cadre très sympathique. Terrasse et jacuzzi. Je recommande vivement
