Il nostro soggiorno da Lina è stato fantastico! Abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario, dalla cucina, al bagno, alla camera da letto! La zona è tranquilla ed è possibile raggiungere il mare, il supermercato e una fermata dell'autobus a meno di 5 minuti a piedi. Ottima esperienza!

My friend and I arrived yesterday from Nikos heaven. It was a wonderful stay. felt like a calm oasis! The water there is gorgeous and very relaxing. Perfect location, an amazing view, very close to several markets, restaurants and cafes The apartment is located around 15 meters away from the beach. , the balcony is gorgeous by itself! The weather and water are always fantastic! Nikos and his family members are wonderful people, very supportive always, polite, and somehow very human-oriented. They politely let us check in early and then check out late upon our request. Per arrival, they had some basic stuff on the kitchen table for us, olive oil, cookies, sugar, salt, coffee and tea, and toiletries in the bathroom. We had a wonderful stay there, I will definitely recommend Nikos's apartment to my friends. Thank you Anne and Nikos!

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ καθαρό! Αρκετά άνετο και εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις απαραίτητες ανέσεις. Καταπληκτική θέα! Βλέπεις το ηλιοβασίλεμα από το μπαλκόνι το οποίο βρίσκεται σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση από την παραλία. Οι οικοδεσπότες πολύ φιλικοί και σου προτείνουν αρκετά μέρη για να περάσεις ευχάριστα την διαμονή σου!

Absolutely loved our stay! This beautiful flat was the perfect getaway. The location was stunning, with breathtaking views and easy access to local beach and restaurants. The house itself was incredibly clean, modern, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The look of the building is not as prestine as the inside but that didn't matter to us. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We met a wonderful lady neighbour who helps feed those 17 cats living in their parking lot😊( A dream for cat lovers like us). The host was incredibly helpful and responsive. Angelina went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay and provided us a welcome drink. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. We extended our stay for another night and was charged a bit more for that additional night. Other than that, we loved our stay.

Our stay was good we had no issues, the place could use some handyman’s work but all in all everything was working except the TV. Would recommend it if you are not too picky!

it's an amazing place. closer to the main tourist places in Thessaloniki. all the information for the check in was so clear I really liked this place.

Ev, tam olarak fotograflarda gözüktüğü gibiydi. Ekstra olarak istediklerimizide hemen tedarik edildi. Konum olarak, sakin ve huzur dolu bir yer. Denize yürüme mesafesinde ve deniz cok güzeldi. Diğer koylara gitmek içinde yine güzel bir konumdaydı. Cok yakında ihtiyaclarınızı karsılayabileceğiniz market var. Ev sahibi dost canlısı ve cok yardımsever. Sürekli iletişim halindeydik. Sonraki tatillerde kesinlikle yine düşüneceğim bir yer.

We hadden een heel fijne tijd bij Karin. Het huisje was schoon en gezellig en alle benodigdheden waren aanwezig. Het terrein is heel mooi en rustgevend met uitzicht op de zee. Er is buiten veel plaats voor kinderen om te spelen en er is veel speelgoed dat ze mogen gebruiken. Karin is heel gemakkelijk bereikbaar en staat altijd klaar om te helpen. Ze geeft ook goede tips om de omgeving te ontdekken en nam de tijd om ons de dieren te leren kennen. We werden ook bij aankomst verwelkomd met lokaal lekkers. Kortom deze plek is echt een aanrader!

Κεντρικό διαμέρισμα,, κοντά στην Νίκης και την πλατεία Αριστοτέλους. Πολύ κοντά σε πάρκινγκ, πιάτσα ταξί και στάση λεωφορείου και μετρό. Το διαμέρισμα είναι ήσυχο και η διαρρύθμιση πολύ καλή. Εξαιρετική η επικοινωνία με τους υπεύθυνους.Όλα ήταν καθαρά και περιποιημένα. Σχέση τιμής και ποιότητας πολύ καλή. Μόνο το στρώμα μου έδωσε την εντύπωση ότι έχει αρχίσει να παλιώνει ενώ καλό θα ήταν το πάπλωμα να μπαίνει σε παπλωματοθήκη και όχι μόνο πάνω από ένα σεντόνι που εύκολα φεύγει από τη θέση. Γενικά όμως το διαμέρισμα άφησε πολύ θετικές εντυπώσεις μ

Everything was perfect. Natasha was a great host, and so full of positive energy. It was so clean, this is a rare place where you can walk barefoot like you are at home. It was equipped with everything you need. Although she did not know English and I did not know Russian or Greek, we managed to communicate with translator and hand gestures :) I would recommend this place to everyone.

Very nice place and friendly host. Just 2 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minute drive to Nea Plagia beach and taverns.

George's place was great, we got greeted by his son Antonis who was really friendly, spoke perfect English and showed us around the house. The place looked exactly like the photos and it was right on the beach separated by a small quiet street. The host showed us all the amenities and we sat for a quick chat to get some information about the village and places we can visit. We had a great stay overall, and visited the local village Nea Kalikratea multiple times as well as Thessaloniki which is a vibrant city. There are really nice beaches nearby as well as small taverns which provide excellent choice of fresh fish and seafood. I would say this house is not to be missed, a hidden gem indeed!

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

Giannis was a lovely host. He met us at check-in and showed us around the house. He was friendly and welcoming, sharing clear instructions. He sent us recommendations for restaurants and informed us where to buy our groceries. Giannis also replied to my queries quickly and sorted things immediately. The house is comfortable and cosy with all the amenities we needed. There's open plan living downstairs, but with distinct sections between the kitchen, dining table and lounge. The rooms are clean and fresh. The kitchen has good appliances, plus we did laundry in the washing machine in the upstairs bathroom. The TV has a Smart Hub, so we could watch Amazon Prime. The floors are all tiled, so guests may want to bring slippers for the cold or flipflops for summer to walk indoors. The water and heating worked well. It was easy to find, with plenty of parking. The area is quiet and the house is setback from the road, so no car noise. We enjoyed our stay and plan to book here again.

I had an AMAZING stay here. The place is very nice with an amazing seaview. I very much appreciate the attention to details in the flate. The location of the flate is consideried the fancy part of Thessiloniki with a lot of nice resturants. Finally, our host Anastasia is a lovely person. Her instructions were clear and even gave us some recommendations about where to go and what to do. Would definitely come back if i have another chance.

We had the pleasure of being hosted by Sofia who is an amazing woman and who truly went above and beyond. She was incredibly kind, always helpful, and responded to every message almost instantly. Her warm and welcoming attitude made us feel right at home, and her attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed. She even bought flowers and placed them on the bed so I could surprise my girlfriend and I didn’t even tell her to do that, which is a kind of gesture that i’ll always be thankful for. A truly exceptional host, I highly recommend the place.

The apartment was absolutely great – exactly as described in the listing. It was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The terrace was definitely a highlight, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The location couldn’t be better – very close to everything, including restaurants, shops, and public transport. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Had an amazing time in Maria's beautiful space. The apart is modern and well decorated. The kitchen is functional and of course the highlight is the view. Also you can leave the house and be immediately on the beach. We spent some hours playing in the sand with the kids. Bus stops are also close so that you can get to Thessaloniki city center very cheaply (although a bit slowly haha). When we were there, it was quite windy so we only briefly used the balcony, but in summer it will be wonderful to enjoy the sunset or have breakfast on the balcony. Maria was helpful and accommodating and even left local products as welcome gifts, very sweet :) can absolutely recommend this apartment.

Die Wohnung von George war exakt wie beschrieben. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist perfekt, der Blick von der Terrasse traumhaft. George war jederzeit ansprechbar und hat umgehend geantwortet. Der flexible Check-In mit der Schlüsselbox hat gut funktioniert, das war sehr wichtig, weil wir mitten in der Nacht angekommen sind. Unsere beiden Kinder hatten ein eigenes Schlafzimmer mit einem Stockbett. Der Esstisch ist in der Küche verbaut und muss herausgezogen werden. Das hat gut funktioniert. Die Einrichtung ist vielleicht nicht die neueste, aber es ist alles gut in Schuss. Wir können die Wohnung und auch George als Vermieter jedem weiterempfehlen. Gerne wieder!

Family stay (2 adults and 2 children). Everything was really great. Warm, clean and relatively quiet apartment in the center of Thessaloniki. Really spacious and ideal for small children. The host was helpful and always responsive. I definitely recommend it for families.

My kids and I fell in love with this place from the second we walked in the door. Gorgeous view of the seas, and what a beautiful place to stay! Everything was organized and so clean. We had the best time together here, and are looking forward to coming back! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Thanks Kostas!

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt in der Oasis of the Sea in Neoi Epivates! Schon bei der Ankunft waren wir begeistert von der fantastischen Aussicht – jeden Tag aufs Neue ein Highlight. An einem Morgen konnten wir sogar Delphine beobachten. Der Empfang war herzlich und persönlich: Für die Kinder gab es kleine Geschenke, und für uns alle stand ein Willkommensgruß mit Getränken und Knabbereien bereit – eine tolle Geste, die direkt für Urlaubsstimmung sorgte. Die Betreuung durch die Gastgeber war hervorragend – immer erreichbar, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders angenehm fanden wir auch die, soweit es möglich war, auf unsere Flugzeiten angepassten Check-in und Check-out-Zeiten, die unseren Aufenthalt noch entspannter gemacht haben. Die Wohnung selbst ließ wirklich nichts vermissen. Alles war sauber, modern eingerichtet und durchdacht ausgestattet – wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Wir können die Oasis of the Sea uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
