Great accomodation with everything we needed, incredible views, awesome to be able to walk down to Taylor’s Mistake beach, and Nick was great to deal with.

A great place to stay for our last few days on the South Island. Very clean and well equipped. James and his two dogs were very friendly.

Perfect location for beach and walkable restaurants. Everything was as described. Great patio to hang out.

Sehr charmante Wohnung in kurzer Gehdistanz zum Meer. Die Kommunikation mit Cheryl war äusserst schnell und sehr freundlich. Es war uns sehr wohl.

Great location and over 8 days the place felt like home with the outside deck area providing great flow from inside to the outside. The inside was clean and Ann provided very quick response to help get the WiFi running again after it stopped. Fun location to host friends and family. Would recommend and will stay again.

overall a great stay. the flat was as expected, fully functional and good equipped. access to the beach was nice, especially to observe the early sunrise. it's outside of New Brighton, to shops and bars it would be a 6+km walk (a bit long). there is a bus stop in front of the house which brings you to New Brighton in 10-15 min and into the city (bus interchange) in 40-45 minutes. with a car you probably would be better off. but it was absolutely OK without. the host Robert is a very nice guy. we had some good chats.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-located stay. The accommodation is exactly as described clean, comfortable, and cozy. The area has such a nice, relaxing vibe, with fresh air and quiet surroundings. It’s also very walkable, with good options of restaurants nearby and a lovely spot for a morning or an evening walk. There are bus stops close by to get around. Check-in was super smooth, and the hosts were fantastic really responsive and helpful. You’ll find everything you need here, making it a perfect place to stay!

Modern flat with beauty view. The host is really friendly, helpful and patient.

Worth every penny. It was a beautiful apartment. Comfortable beds. Plenty of amenities and absolutely pristine. Would stay there again. Host was attentive fantastic knowledge sent us a message with loads of choices of things to do before we got there and we used this to plan the trip. Gave us great tips on where to eat and cannot thank them enough. Five star.

Enjoyed our stay at Akaroa for one night. Apartment was 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen and dining area are smallish but met our needs, reasonable sized lounge with view of water which was lovely to have . Off street parking which was great. Easy walk to restaurants, cafes and main wharf where boat trips leave from. Nice place to stay in Akaroa.

The place is exactly like the pictures. super cozy. it has a beautiful view. Close to everything. I had a great night. It was a pity that the swimming competition was canceled and the place is no longer being used. Thank you.

Such a lovely space. Hosts were super friendly and welcoming. Accomodation was prefect and well worth it, views were private so no one could see in but gave us a lovely vista of the wharf & harbour. Seating was comfortable. Will definitely be back. x

We had a lovely time at Debbie’s house, really well located, just a few steps for the beach and restaurants. The place was impeccable, clean and beds very comfortable. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. Debbie was lovely and had all sorts of little attention for us in the house. Hopefully we can be back soon!

Marion's studio was lovely - bright and warm and had everything we needed. Location was great and car parking even though on the street was extremely convenient. A great place to stay in Christchurch!

great little flat for my mother to stay in. Easy flat access. Heat pump and oil heater kept her warm. With the esplanade and cafes just over the road there is plenty to do. Supermarket just around the corner for provisions. Loved it

Es hat uns sehr gut in der Unterkunft gefallen! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und ordentlich. Alles ist gut beschrieben und erklärt, sodass während des Aufenthalts keine ungeklärten Fragen aufkommen können. Die Wohnung ist wunderbar gelegen, mit Blick auf das Wasser auf der oberen von drei Etagen. Man kann zu Fuß einkaufen oder mit dem Bus in die Innenstadt fahren. Die Gastgeber sind äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es ist ihnen wichtig den Gästen einen tollen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen und das merkt man auch. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Gayle was welcoming, communicative, and happy to support a slightly later checkout time so I could go walking in the hills. A beautiful spot just across the road from the beach, and right next to two laid back beach bars with tasty food and nice vibes :)

The flat has some unique features due to its previous use but this did not stop me and the family from making the place feel like home for our stay, which was nearly 3 weeks. Carol was more than accommodating when making some seasonal requests and overall the flat was just as described and a comfortable place to base ourselves, whilst we visited family and explored New Zealand.
