Absolutely loved staying here. Host was extremely responsive. We had a tiny little hiccup with a small cleaning issue but was quickly resolved.

Very nice place to stay. It was clean and the amenities were great. The location is perfect. Definitely would recommend.

This was our second time staying here. It's clean and spacious. I love how close it is to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to have a couple home cooked meals and even did a little baking! Beautiful place and another wonderful time with the family.

My family enjoyed our stay. The location is literally steps from the beach. EXTREMELY clean. Normally we find random pet fur, hair from previous guests, or smells from pets, but this location didn’t have any of that. Everything was super clean upon arrival. As a family with littles, I appreciated the baby gates and connecting rooms on the main level. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Hosts were responsive and provided great insight prior to our visit. I would definitely recommend this listing for your next beach adventure. I’m sure we’ll be back!

Our stay at the Purple Sunset house was exactly what we expected from the photos and descriptions. It was walkable to the gulf beaches and conveniently had a pool just steps out the back door. Our family of four enjoyed the quiet, friendly neighborhood which was perfect for walking the dog. (as was the fenced in backyard) We made the most of our trip with several beach days, fishing pier walks, seafood meals, sunrises and sunsets. We even caught the blue angels practicing at Fort Pickens. Ric was awesome about offering us restaurant recommendations and checking in. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

The house is so cozy and only steps away from the beach! It’s had two great porches with views of the ocean. There are all the amenities of home. I forgot to bring my fan (I travel with it because I like the noise) and they had several available for use. There are two great swings under the house along with an outdoor shower. Paul was very quick to communicate and a very helpful host. I will definitely be back!

The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was so peaceful on the back deck with the pelicans, seagulls, squirrels and big beautiful blue heron visiting everyday. Loved watching the boats pass. It was close to the main strip, but far enough away that our stay was quiet and relaxing. Would stay here again

The house is exactly as described/pictured and very nice. The bedrooms are big and it was great having 3 bathrooms. My dogs loved being out on the porch. The views are amazing, we saw dolphins in the bay. I would stay here again.

Great location, some wear and tear on the house but it's near the ocean and is to be expected. Had a few issues that were resolved in a timely matter. All in all it was a great trip

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very clean, spacious, and even better than the pictures. The front porch quickly became our favorite spot! This was the perfect place to enjoy the peaceful beach atmosphere. The location is very ideal for us, offering a private beach experience that made our stay feel truly special. Ashleigh was a fantastic host—very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our trip. We would absolutely love to book again in the future. Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough about this house. We have two small children and this house was perfect and the bay was safe for them to swim in even on red flag days… we caught blue crab under the dock, paddle boarded all over the bay, grilled on the 1st floor and slept like angels in the soft beds at night. There is literally no need to ever leave the house once you get there… cannot say enough good things. Thank you so much, we will be back next year!!

We had an incredible week! From beginning to end - everything was just perfect. Check in was super easy and the place was beautifully clean when we arrived. Nikki has thought of everything to make your stay the best - from beach towels hanging in the entryway - a coffee maker in the master bathroom so you don’t wake everyone - plenty of books to read - these little details just added more fun to the whole experience! We loved having the Sound in the backyard - our kids had so much fun catching crabs and fish in the little river system back there. And the sunsets off the deck - gorgeous. The Gulf is so easy to get to with many different access points - we had fun hunting for shells, jumping waves, and seeing dolphins there! It was so quiet and relaxing - a week to unplug and just be together as a family. We hope to be back soon! Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Beautiful place to stay right on the beach! The beach wasn’t crowded at all. The house was very clean! The pool was great and Johnny was super nice and very helpful! We forgot an item and they are shipping it to us! We will definitely come back!

Nicholas was such a great host! Everything was as described. The beach house is easy to get to and we had no problem walking across the street for time at the beach. We enjoyed the pool and just relaxing in the front porch swings. I love that we were able to control the ac and that it did not have a preset temp. The bathrooms were nice and clean and the kitchen is well stocked. Nicholas communicated throughout our stay and is very friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

This was a beautiful property! It was located directly on the intercostal waterway - which was fantastic for breakfast/coffee mornings and sunset evenings from the back porch. There were plenty of beach chairs/boogie boards and toys for the little ones. No need to pack and bring with you for your trip - which we appreciate. The beach was a stones throw away and we liked to ride our bikes instead of drive/walk. The Kayaks were a hit and wish we would have used them more. I’d like to call out that Robert was super responsive to questions before our trip and was available during our stay. Overall - this trip a true Gem and we look forward to booking again!

It's easy to feel right at home here! We were a group of 6 and the house was perfect for all of us to sleep comfortably but still have our space. We were staying in Pensacola to visit my niece and this location was perfect so she can come back and forth from base to spend time with us. We loved how relaxing the space was, we really didn't have to leave. We mostly stayed in and enjoyed the MANY! amenities provided. The kitchen was well stocked too so cooking was easy. And nearby is a great Thai food restaurant (Thai Curry House) if you don't feel like cooking. We spent a lot of time out on the water in the kayaks, enjoyed the amazing massage chairs, and spent the evenings watching the gorgeous sunsets in the hot tub or on the pier. Being here makes you truly appreciate nature. The neighborhood is so quiet and safe. Dennis was such a gracious host and even let us extend our stay. He was also an excellent communicator, we felt very taken care of.

AJ and Jenise were wonderful to work with ... super responsive and helpful! The townhome was lovely and spacious with lots of conveniences. Great idea to label the light switches and the cabinets in the kitchen! We loved sitting on the screened in porch each morning enjoying a leisurely cup of coffee from the fully stocked coffee bar (also a nice touch!) We also were able to take advantage of the BEAUTIFUL private beach (with sugar white sand!) at Lost Key ... a super nice option! We loaded up the wagon (also provided by AJ & Jenise) and just walked on over. We had a wonderful time visiting our son, and this spot was a perfect place to gather. Thank you for being such fantastic hosts!

We spent 1-2hrs on the beach before we even entered the house! This location was perfect!! Close to NAS, 35 min from gulf shores beach for more great food options. The kids couldn’t wait to get in the water (and sand) everyday!

Everything was great, matched the listing completely. The private beach was amazing and the beach chairs/toys were perfect for our family. Great location away from the busier tourist area but close enough to get to quickly. Great hosts with clear information and quick responses. Would definitely book again!

We had a great week here for Spring Break!!!! The directions were a little off saying the office was located across the street and we never did get codes to any of the doors - however, we lived!:). We would love to stay here again! Thank you!

We all enjoyed our time at their beautiful home. The home is located in a peaceful neighborhood on a quiet shore, a short drive to many attractions. The house is in great condition and had everything we needed. The morning sunrises were spectacular! If we make our way down to the gulf coast again Daniel and Christy's home will be our first choice.

What a beautiful location! Water views are breathtaking and lovely quiet neighborhood…only a 10 minute drive to the beach. There was plenty of space to relax and enjoy quality time with family. We had an issue with the oven beeping and management came right over (at 8pm at night!) to take care of it. Very responsive and on top of things! We had a great experience and would definitely stay again!
