Wir haben die Unterkunft insbesondere deshalb ausgewählt, weil diese auch ohne Jeep/Allrad sehr gut erreichbar ist. Die Unterkunft ist top ausgestattet und hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Der Nationalpark Cloudbridge liegt ganz in der Nähe.

Una casa increíble, amplia y una distribución que permite disfrutar de los espacios abiertos, cocina muy bien equipada , la zona de bbq espaciosa, una bella vista cerca del pueblo. Rivas es hermoso , la zona es caliente en el dia y en las noches se puede disfrutar el jacuzzi. Robert fue siempre amable y muy acertivo en sus instrucciones.

For a first trip to Costa Rica I don't think we could have asked for a better location. The house is right on the beach and you have it to yourself most of the time, other than a few people walking past you feel like it's your own private beach. The lizards and birds are everywhere. The house is close to a lot of restaurants and activities. Don't miss out on the opportunity to swim in the waterfalls, travel hint take the ride up you will thank me later. The Lanai makes a great space to enjoy the sounds and views of the surroundings but not have to worry about bugs. This was an amazing experience and thankful we found it.

Excelente lugar para quedarse, el lugar es muy cómodo para trasladarse de playa a playa. Isabelle siempre estuvo atenta a lo que necesitábamos y fue muy paciente.

Amazing place. Jessie and his family are very friendly and helped us out a lot, we got bananas , fruits and veggies , Costa Rican food specialties for free. . We felt right at home. The place is very clean and private . Beautiful sturdy furniture. It has all that it needs. Beautiful nature around. Cozy little village with very friendly people. . Cheap taxi if you want to get to the villages around. There is a beautiful river and waterfall near by to visit . On the property there are lots of banana trees, yukka plants , coffee plants , Jessies Dad has some special bottle on the terras that he fills out regularly with honey, so Colibri birds come to eat. The little magical Colibri are everywhere such a beautiful sight. Lots of fireflies, mini pigeons, beautiful colorful birds everywhere. Pets friendly. Our pets were extremely happy. Our dog had lots of freedom in the yard . We loved our stay and when we come to Costa Rica we will definitely go back.

un lugar muy maravilloso donde disfrutamos mi esposa y mis hijos durante tres días que han sido los mejores de nuestras vacaciones además olvidé por error un artículo y ellos fueron muy amables en devolvérmelo Ya que ellos lo encontraron el alojamiento cuenta con todo lo que indica y todo funciona perfectamente la piscina en un ambiente muy agradable y limpio por eso y más le doy 5 estrellas a este lugar

The house has everything you could possibly need for mountain adventures, cooking at home or relaxing in the beautiful gardens. Walking distance to grocery stores, the Saturday farmers market, and bakeries. Hammocks on the porch to sit and read a book. Lots of hiking and places to explore a quick drive away. There can be a good bit of noise from the road, so bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. Israel indicated that he was looking into new windows to help insulate the bedrooms a bit from the sound. He was very kind and helpful throughout my stay.

Un lugar agradable para descansar, ubicado en una zona muy tranquila y rodeado de naturaleza. La casa está super equipada, literalmente nos sentimos como en casa. La ubicación es estratégica de acuerdo hacia donde quieras ir, el camino es de lastre y por ello la recomendación de ir en un carro 4x4, pero es parte de la aventura. Jordan y Pamela estuvieron atentos en todo momento antes del viaje y durante nuestra estadía. El lugar es ideal para desconectarse totalmente de la rutina diaria y disfrutar de las vacaciones.

Un lugar bonito, céntrico y tranquilo, cerca de muchas playas y mucha naturaleza alrededor. Necesitan mejorar un poco el higiene en el área de los utensilios de la cocina y mejorar en su varias cositas para que el lugar sea más seguro, pero en sí, está bien. Tampoco había televisión a pesar de que queríamos un lugar con TV… :(

Jamie and Sonia were excellent hosts, any questions they responded right away. The house was even better in person than the pictures depicted. We stayed at the property for 24 days. Almost every day we had a troop of about 20 white faced capuchin monkeys come through the yard between the house and the beach. There were also scarlet macaws that came through almost every day. The beach was beautiful, very clean and just steps from the back door. Jose Luis, the groundskeeper who lives on the property, was great. He takes pride in keeping the property clean, he cleaned the yard twice every single day we were there. It was the most well kept yard around. There is a convenience store just down the street for whatever you need. We were looking for somewhere that was accessible to touristy places without actually being in a tourist area and we got exactly what we were looking for. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks to our hosts and Jose Luis for making our trip an amazing experience!

Love the place! Monkeys right outside the window, ocean views and surrounded by jungle. The house is a large 1 bedroom with a large living room with cozy big couch, balcony off of the living room and big bedroom and bathroom. Everything we needed and more so will definitely keep it at the top of our list for another visit - very soon I hope.

Robert’s Casita is in a great location, about mid way between the Marino Ballena National Park (and it’s beaches) and the upper area of Uvita where the bus station, grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops and bank are located. There is also a great farmer’s market on Wednesday’s and Saturday’s within walking distance. The Casita is very comfortable and had everything that we needed. Robert is very friendly and helpful, definitely a five star host.

Great spot to stay in a beautiful area, super sweet local family, the friendliest golden retriever ever named max who will welcome you with a smile. Simple cabin that has all that you need, hot shower, stove, fridge two bedrooms with a nice view.

Claire’s home is amazing- you are fully immersed in the magic of the rainforest! Claire is extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. Since you are in the rainforest it is worth it to know that you are about a ten minute drive or so off the main road into the forest. We saw all sorts of animals-monkeys, lizards and anteater and we even got a glimpse of an elusive wild cat one night when driving through the jungle up to her home around 1am. It was MAGICAL. Thank you so much Claire for your helpfulness and hospitality. We would definitely stay here again:)

Everything about this stay was spectacular. The location is less visited by tourists but is peaceful and has amazing nature trails and reserves without being crowded and overrun. I had some reserves at first about staying there without a car but it was fine. The house and grounds are like your own little private jungle cabin, surrounded with paradise-like greenery, a river and a stream. Nina was always super communicative and helpful, going above and beyond including helping us with transportation to our following destination. She was always responsive and clearly took time to provide thoughtful tips and advice. I recommend her, her home, and the location unreservedly!
