This little hamlet was ideal for a group of several families wanting a Tuscan holiday. Christina was a very responsive host, always available for help and suggestions. One down side was the distance from many of the Tuscan attractions such as Florence and Sienna. The hamlet is reasonably remote so is ideal for those who want a secluded holiday rather than those who want to see the sights of Tuscany.

While looking for a place to stay it’s often difficult to choose. If we had known how fabulous this place was it would have been a no brainer! We all agreed that this is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in on all of our travels. Massimiliano was a delight and so personable. He made excellent suggestions one being having a cooking lesson. If you have a chance ask for Francesca! The BEST! One last thing…we left with amazing recommendations for the next part of our trip. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! Concetta a été extrêmement amicale prévenante en entretenant le contact quotidiennement pour vérifier que nous n'avions besoin de rien. Le logement correspond à la description donnée. Intérieur dans un style rustique ; propre et bien rangé. La piscine est très agréable et la vue magnifique. La localisation à proximité de San Gimignano, Certaldo, etc. est idéale à condition d'avoir une voiture. A recommander !

Die Unterkunft war ein Traum alles war perfekt, das einzige war der Weg dort hin sehr enger und steiler Feldweg, aber sonst war sonst war alles top 😍👍🏻

We are 2 couples in our early 60s. We adored the home. The surrounds and views sublime. We cooked and loved sitting in kitchen as sun set. Ahhhh. We enjoyed a drink in village at a little store. Our favourite meal was at Nazionale (book or you won’t get in). The lady there is areal character you will get to like her. The agricento restaurant also good. Coop had groceries. The village of Radicondolli is just beautiful. We drove to many places from there. Siena, san Gin, the Terma Antica ….. ( warm mineral waters with spa) nice to be spoilt. Try the other small villages around Radicondoli, we did better than larger ones, like castle d’elsa. Fabulous museum. Our hosts Francesca and Lorenzo were welcoming and met us on arrival. Each room was well separated with ensuite each room. Kitchen fully appointed. Italian coffee pot (buy you ground coffee at coop in town), some basic condiments. Roomy showers, one bath, lots of room to spread out. Herbs in garden.

L'alloggio è ampio, con 3 camere matrimoniali e un divano letto, e ciascuna camera è dotata di bagno privato (molto grande). La cucina è ben attrezzata con tutti gli utensili necessari, tra cui piatti, posate, bicchieri, calici da vino, lavastoviglie, moka e macchinetta Krups con cialde, che rendono il soggiorno ancora più confortevole. Laura è una persona molto disponibile e preparata nell'offrire informazioni riguardo i punti di interesse intorno alla struttura. Consiglio caldamente questa struttura e non escludiamo la possibilità di tornarci in futuro!

We had great vacation at Greta and Marco's place. The house is perfect and charming, tidy and clean and with a lot of space, including 3 bathrooms for 4 bedrooms. The swimming pool is large and ideal in August when weather is hot. More importantly, the views on Tuscany hills are breathtaking. Greta and Marco were helpful all the time and we had wine tasting from their own wineyard. We love Italy and went for vacation many times, this location is the best one we ever had.

Spacious apartment with a private outdoor space. The pool was refreshing at the end of a hot day. Eliza and her mother were friendly and helpful.
