We had a wonderful stay at Roy’s house. We know the neighborhood well because we have family that lives there and we love it! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Our kids really enjoyed movie night downstairs. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Thank you!

Our family had a wonderful long weekend. Beautiful views, inside of the main house is lovely and spacious; the four king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms were comfortable; tavern is an ideal place to hangout and play board games; great room had perfect views of the foliage and plenty of seating for whole family. The outside of the property is massive (including an orchard) for long walks that provided an ample place for my family to have our annual family relay race! Karen was wonderful to communicate with. The pond house is was a marvelous place in the mornings to sip coffee and see the deer passing through! Was a delight to stay here 😊

This place was great and had everything my family needed for a peaceful weekend. If you like a outback feel in a buetiful home with a lake view from the hot tub this is your place. I hope to come back soon.

We loved it here! The perfect place for a small group of writers to stay and write, walk by the sea, and eat good food over interesting discussions.

This home was perfect for my family during a difficult time of grief. All of my adult children and I had our own sleeping spaces. We enjoyed the beautiful kitchen, dining, and living areas, and especially the ping pong table. We would definitely recommend this home to large families.

I recently stayed at this wonderful cabin in New Hampshire, and it was exactly as described! The rustic, cozy feel made for a perfect retreat, and the double-sided fireplace added so much warmth and charm. Every amenity listed was available and in great condition, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. If you’re looking for an authentic cabin experience with all the comforts of home, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic historic apartment in downtown! Easy walk to the cafes and small businesses. Parking was free from 9pm to 8am so easy overnight parking. Even gave us a free wine bottle in thw frodge waiting for us after a long drive. Can't day enough great things!

Valle and David were the perfect hosts and we had an amazing stay. We also got to use the hot tub which was such a treat in the cold weather. Dave and Valle went above and beyond - from leaving little chocolates treats for us to enjoy upon check-in, to very thoughtfully offering to extend our stay for a few hours until the roads cleared out from a the overnight snow storm. Thank you Valle and Dave!

Caitlin and her adorable space were amazing! My friend/assistant trainer and I stayed two nights for the weekend to go to a continuing education dog training conference in Ossipee, only 25 minutes away. The host does not typically allow dogs; however, they were ADA compliant and had no issue allowing my friend/assistant’s well-trained service dog. Other accommodations in the area did give us a hard time, so we chose this space for many reasons, including the host’s welcoming attitude.

My biggest factor in choosing a place is cleanliness. Seth has hundreds of reviews with a 5 in cleanliness & that is well earned - it is SPOTLESS (thank you, Seth!). The unsung hero is the fireplace in the bedroom! My favorite amenity! As noted, landlord controls the heat - but a slight crack of the bedroom window cooled off the whole place (two fans provided as well!). Anything you could possibly need, Seth provides, including, but not excluded to, 2 different kinds of coffees, 11 different kinds of teas, 6 different kinds of fruit, wine, cookies, lollipops, dishware, kitchen tools, toothpaste, mouthwash, all bath products, etc. The filtered water is wonderful! The couch is super comfy! The plants are beautiful, as are all the pictures and decor! The location is wonderful, with an easy walk to Whole Foods, which I did every day. You’re so close to EVERYTHING in Old Port! You will NOT be disappointed! I can’t wait to come back! Seth is an absolute gem! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very convenient to everything that Portland has to offer. Street parking was available within a block or so no matter the time we looked. If you are over six feet tall, the ceilings in the bedrooms might feel low.

great communication and great place. perfect location if you really want to get to know portland downtown area.

Host was great and friendly. Beautiful neighborhood. Apt was very clean and comfortable. Many extras like Keurig, coffee, tea hot chocolate and water bottles. Cozy extra blankets, fans and fireplace. Bathroom was clean and had liquid soaps, shampoo etc. Not a full kitchen, but all you need. Would definitely stay again.
