It was an amazing experience qualify for best value for money !! Within walking distance about 10 minutes from the Dubai Mall very quiet building. What I enjoyed the most was the free gym The only drawback was the availability of the swimming pool. It was closed during my stay.

الموقع يبعد عن مركز المدينه حوالي 55 دقيقه بالسياره المقع نظيف و هادي و يوجد بالقرب منك جيان ماركت مشكلة السكن في الاثاث رديئ و مكسر في بعض الاماكن و باقي الاشياء ممتازة

I will definitely come back to this house. We came as a group of 13ppl, we all enjoyed and had enough space. We stayed 5 nights, the cleaners came 2 day out of the 5 which we felt was just enough. Riz was available to assist with our Request and queries. i asked for a BBQ the next morning it was all set up ready to go. Safe neighbourhood. Just Amazing. Everyone in the Group were happy. Thanks to the Host and Riz

The apartment we perfect for myself, easy access to everything, little shops within walking distance. The gym and pool facilities were good too. Rony was very responsive and helpful. Thanks for a great stay.

It was so nice, genuinely such a nice place, the public pool was accessible and it was very fun and the place was so comfortable and relaxing, it’s worth noting though that it’s just three rooms that have beds but it’s very fancy.

Phenomenal location, easy to get to any destination. Dubai Mall is less than 5 minutes walk. Very caring host. Enjoyed the stay.

We spent one night in the apartment. Convenient video instructions for check-in. Quality mattress in the bedroom. Amazing view of the city at night and during the day. Fast elevator, convenient parking. The apartment has everything you need. Tourist tax is not included in the price.

May a été une hôte exceptionnelle, réactive à nos questions et très agréable. L’appartement en plein centre de la marina est top: grand, bien agencé, et rénové. La résidence est sécurisée et les commodités et plage accessibles à pied. Notre séjour (2nuits) nous a semblé trop courts. Prévoir au moins 3/4nuits pour bien profiter de Dubai. Nous reviendrons en octobre. Encore merci May pour ta gentillesse et ta disponibilité !

Very beautiful apartment in a great part of the city. Near to the airport. The ameties are as described. Good security and attentive support from the host throughout.

Superbe séjour dans cet appartement surplombant la Marina. Carlos a été adorable et toujours disponible. L'appartement est propre, bien placé, bien équipé. Sans oublier les équipements en bas de l'immeuble: piscine, jacuzzi, salles de sports, spas... Allez-y les yeux fermés!

Very cozy and extremely clean. Host was very helpful. Kitchen was clean and in good condition. Place smells very nice. Check in and out was extremely easy. We escaped the traffic and noise on New Year’s Eve and the location was very quiet and peaceful. Such a nice place to walk around in.

Amazing host, very responsive and helpful. The place was awesome for big family and friends who want to stay together and have an amazing homely feel. The kitchen were full of eatables and bathroom were spotless clean. Overall, the best place to stay in my opinion if one wants to opt for a villa. The host sent us some sweets on our last day, and we felt very touched by his gesture, gratitude to him

Our stay at this villa in Dubai was absolutely perfect! The location is amazing, situated in a luxurious and beautifully maintained community. The villa itself is stunning—modern, stylish, and spacious with breathtaking interiors. We especially loved the panoramic overflow pool with its relaxing sitting area. The outdoor space is equally incredible, featuring a fantastic BBQ kitchen with a bar, ideal for gatherings, and outdoor sitting area where we could unwind and enjoy the view of the iconic Burj Khalifa. The house was spotless, and having full-time maids on-site made our stay even more comfortable. They were incredibly friendly and attentive. The host was fantastic, coordinating everything seamlessly and even accommodating a late check-out, which we truly appreciated. We loved every moment of our stay here and are already planning to come back. This villa deserves every bit of the 5-star rating—highly recommended!
