We arrived around midnight and received professional, friendly assistance from Adejoke (Guest Relations) - he and others seemed genuinely keen to provide a good impression. The room was comfortable and quite quiet. Having a small kitchen was very useful, especially as a large grocery store is less than a block away, so good for catering for a quick evening meal and breakfast. For our short overnight stay travelling between Australia and Europe we found the hotel very well placed close to the airport. We will be happy to stay here again during our next travels.

Un cadre idéal avec vue sur le balcon du fleuve "Khol Dubaï" et le quartier Al Jaddaf sécurisé par des agents de sûreté 24/7. C'est parfait pour un séjour confortable. C'est toujours un plus d'avoir des commodités comme la piscine, le sauna et la salle de gym ainsi qu'un personnel attentionné. Si en plus l'appartement est proche des commerces et du métro, cela rend tout encore plus pratique. Un rapport qualité-prix intéressant, en plus de tout cela, donne vraiment envie de réserver ! Je recommande !

Great clean apartment in the marina - ideally located

Olimme lomalla maaliskuun alussa. Lämpötila päivisin on kiva, ei liian kuuma. Iltaisin kannattaa varautua pitkähihaisella puserolla. Varasimme air bnb asuntomme Dubai Marinan alueelta ja luulimme saavamme tavallisen asunnon, mutta yllätyksenämme asunto olikin hotelli tai hostelli. Asunto oli noin 90-100 neliöinen, tilava ja huippu ilmastointi. Hintaan kuului myös siivous, vesipullot ja rantapyyhkeet poiketen kuvauksesta. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä. Erityismaininnan palvelusta saa Kasif, joka oli aina kohdatessamme iloinen ja ystävällinen. Hotelli oli laatu-hintasuhteeltaan erinomainen, vaikkakin Dubai itsessään oli superkallis.

Very nice accomodation and people, a lovely accommodation with around 20 beds but respectful and quite peaceful. Quite disturbing at the arrival but lovely when you get to experience to atmosphere.

Evin konumu çok iyiydi cafe restoranlara sadece 5 dk yürüme mesafesindeydi. Tam altında 24 saat açık market imkanı vardı. Ayrıca tramvay da binanın hemen önünden kalkıyordu. Son derece temiz ve düzenli bir evdi. Resepsiyon personeli de ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Kendimizi evimizde hissettik. Seneye tekrar gelmek için şimdiden sabırsızlanıyoruz. Bu güzel ev sahipliği için çok teşekkürler…

The place was clean and comfortable, providing everything I needed for my trip. The location was convenient, close to local attractions and not too far from the Metro, and taxis waiting right outside this apartment/hotel, making it easy to explore the area.

The place was very quiet, clean, and tidy. Everything was available, and it looked exactly like the pictures. However, there were chickens wandering around, which could be a source of disturbance for visitors, especially during the night. Overall, I am grateful for my stay at the place.

El apartamento superó nuestras expectativas, en las fotos parece más pequeño, la limpieza era diaria, lo único que la sarten y la olla que había eran para tirarlas... se lo comunicamos a la chica de la limpieza pero nunca nos la cambio, entiendo que teníamos que haberle escrito a Nojoom... ojo con no pagar los impuestos dos veces que en recepción nos lo querían volver a cobrar, la fianza la dejamos en euros, 125 euros y nos la devolvieron igual sin problemas, con parking si llevas coche y puedes dejar las maletas en recepción si tu vuelo sale tarde.

I was stressed about finding a place because there was a convention in town and there was very little availability for instant books. I booked this place and was apprehensive because it was a looking older space and wasn’t familiar with the area, but it ended up really great! The area is central and is only a few minutes to the Burj Khalifa which was awesome because it was so close to the Dubai Mall and central to everything else. The space is older, but clean. And the staff is so sweet, attentive, and accommodating. They let me leave my bags all day since I had to check out but had events all day. Came back for my bags in the evening and they still gave me free waters on my way to my next place. Overall happy and grateful to have had the night here! Thank you
