I booked this property for my husband and his 3 friends for his 40th birthday. Wallace was extremely communicative at all times, and was very welcoming to the group on arrival. One of the guests arrived early and while Wallace explained the place would not be ready till check in, the guest was able to fish on the loch till later in the day, and thoroughly enjoyed himself! The property was as described, perfectly clean and the location was exactly what I was looking for when I booked. It was easy to find, and the walking guides and maps of the local area were very helpful too. Would book again!

Excellent accommodation and location, a real memorable trip. The restaurant is pretty much 'on-site' and was excellent. One negative - the hob. Seems like a small thing but when you are cooking for 8 and struggling to hold water at the boil it is frustrating. It was so weak. Since it is accommodation for 8, it really ought to be a more powerful hob. Frying bacon took *ages* ! Otherwise amazing, and highly recommended *****

The house was very homely and had all required amenities plus some extras such as cleaning products, toilet paper and some kitchen essentials. The grounds are beautiful and so peaceful and we all felt right at home. The hot tub was a great addition. Just wish we could’ve stayed longer.

We enjoyed a lovely, peaceful few days at the Croftness Bothy. It was exceptionally clean and has a nice open layout with plenty of space for 2 people.

We had an amazing week at Nether Glenny! The location is absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views and endless opportunities for walking right from the cottage. Alison was extremely accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub after a day of exploring the beautiful local area. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with fantastic hospitality, this is the place to be. Highly recommended—we can’t wait to return!

Just home from a few days at The Firze and we had a fantastic, chilled out time as a family of 7 with 2 dogs. House is beautiful, spacious, clean, super comfy beds and well kitted out, a home from home. The surroundings are so peaceful with gorgeous views from the garden which we also enjoyed while sitting relaxing in the hot tub which was a huge hit with our 3 teens! Lovely walk nearby with the dogs and 3 of us took a tour around the local distillery which was really good. Would highly recommend and would def book again. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Beautiful house with so many social spaces. The outdoor area was lovely too and the hot tub was fab! Close enough to get a taxi into Perth (£20) but also enjoy being in the countryside. Julianne responded quickly to any messages and left a nice box of crisps, biscuits, tea and coffee. Was the perfect place to host a family gathering for my mums 60th. Thanks Julianne!

Lovely clean home, very quiet and peaceful. We loved the hot tub too, so easy to fill and heat. The garden seating areas could do with a spring clean, lots of cobwebs, moss etc but still a lovely quiet place to enjoy. The village is small but has everything you need for a short stay. The pub has lovely food and very friendly staff and locals!

Emma is a wonderful helpful host. The flat was ideal for a break in Scotland and served as a good base for exploring. The property was clean and tidy upon arrival, the sofas are very comfy too. Ideally located in Callander, opposite a supermarket with lots of shops, coffee houses and places to eat and drink within walking distance.

We have stayed once before so knew it would be ideal for a large family gathering spanning generations. We especially value the downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms for older family members. We enjoyed the views including the progress on the new bridge over the Tay. We know Pertshire from longstanding family holidays. It remains as beautiful as ever.

We couldn’t have been more happy with our stay. The cottage was clean and tidy, and had everything you needed. We felt so at home here and didn’t want to leave. Our host Mimi, was lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful. A beautiful and peaceful place to relax and enjoy. It far exceeded our expectations and we will definitely return. Wow wow wow amazing! what a beautiful homely true Scottish cottage, with stunning views off mountains, with an open fire to sit and get cosy on an evening, we have already rebooked to come back with our family, and booked the cottage next door, if you want to experience a true Scottish stay this is the place, surrounded by highland cows, sheep, donkey and ponies, with the massive extra bonus off a silver jewerlly work shop, we can not wait to return thank you for sharing your beautiful farm with us, stan and Fiona the ponies was great to have our morning coffee with.

This was our second stay. It was equally fantastic this time. We loved the house and found it ideal for our group (6 adults). We cooked most of the time and found the kitchen well equipped and comfortable too. The living room is large and great for evening entertainment. We walked on the estate, in the nearby hills and visited the local towns (Comrie, Crieff). Our host was quick and friendly with useful advice. All in all - highly recommended 😄

This was a perfect quiet getaway with a beautiful view, and nice/convenient kitchen and laundry amenities. Bed had a heating mattress which was nice too. It got a bit cold even with radiators, but maybe we were using them wrong… Google Maps routed us incorrectly and getting there at night it was hard to follow Jill’s given instructions, but the instructions were clear. Overall very happy with the place and its amazing value! Look forward to staying again!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful, spacious cottage located in the stunning Perthshire countryside. It’s the perfect location for peaceful walks in the Scottish Highlands and a wonderful escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The garden was a standout feature—large, spacious, and full of quirky charm, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy nature. Jeanette and Guy were incredible hosts-super friendly, welcoming, and always quick to respond. They went above and beyond with local recommendations, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We couldn’t recommend this place enough and hope to return soon!

We loved our stay at Rosie’s, she was very welcoming and friendly, great comms. The views are stunning; and a pint and food in the walkable Black Bull Inn is a must. Incredible view of the night sky if you get lucky with the weather.

We had a perfectly peaceful stay at beautiful Fingask. Very well equipped, comfortable and spacious; milk, shortbread, tea/coffee provided on arrival. We took day trips out and explored the grounds. Fingask was exactly what we were looking for for our short break - and the sun was shining too!

I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Arlene has been extremely accommodating to us with some last minute changes. Great host lovely property would highly recommend.

A location with an interesting history; just a few minutes walk (beside the river) from Dunblane’s centre but tranquil, comfortable and secluded. Perfect to visit the surrounding area but also an easy train journey to Stirling and Edinburgh for the sights.

I thoroghly enjoyed our stay at Gean tree cottage and my dog Jack absolutely loved it! The cottage is as described, perfectly clean, comfortable, toasty warm and the kitchen is well stocked with equipment etc. It's also quite private too so no noise at all. The garden area is huge and well kept so lots of space for dog zoomies. The castle estate has lots of area to explore with swimming pool, games room, gardens, walled kitchen garden, lake, boat house, orchard, so much more! The welcome pack contains lots of information and a map of the estate to help you find your way around. There's EV chargers on the estate now too with a 22kw charger just a 2 minute walk from Gean Tree cottage which is very useful for overnight charging. The staff are very helpful and friendly with information before arrival (and helping my wayward pooch find his way back when he wandered too far 🤦‍♀️).
