The Burrows was a great place to stay for my family of four. It's ideally located in Blairgowrie so easy to get to the Cairngorms, Perth, Aberfeldy, Dunkeld etc and you have supermarkets very close by (Lidl and Tescos). The place is extremely comfortable and beautiful inside, has everything you need to self-cater with a full kitchen and also has washing machine and tumble dryer. The beds were really comfortable including the sofa bed and it was very private. It also has its own garden which would be great to sit in when its warmer. I would definitely recommend Kathleen's place for a wonderful place to stay in Perthshire!

Our hostess was Amanda, and she had asked if we were to be there for a special event. I said it was our 60th wedding anniversary. We were met with a splendid bouquet of flowers, and a bottle of wine. Quite unexpected, but very much appreciated. The situation is perfect, so is the flat. We visited the theatre and the cinema. The indie cinema is really good, comfy and spotless, with a lovely cafe etc. The theatre is a lovely place too, again with a friendly cafe and bar.

What a fantastic find! We loved our trip and would have spent more time there. The surrounding and their views were impressive. Tracey and Jerome welcomed us with open arms. A trip of a lifetime.

I had an amazing stay here!!! The house and surrounding area was so beautiful! Easy walk to hikes and to the city center. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful with local recommendations. Felt like a second home, would love to stay here again!

We stayed here for a long weekend of Munro hiking. The place is just fantastic! Clean, well-equipped, peaceful and private. Just a short drive from the shops/restaurants in Kirriemuir and well located for visiting the surrounding countryside and mountains. Anne was a great host, giving clear instructions before arrival, prompt to reply to messages, greeting us on arrival to show us around the place, giving us lots of useful information about the area and making us feel immediately at home. We had a fantastic stay and are already planning to come back again in the future!

As a couple with a dog seeking a weekend break Dunollie at Balquhidder was perfect for us. Cosy and spotlessly clean, in a great location for walks and the excellent Mhor84 just down the road for a superb breakfast. A perfect break for us, thank you Alison and Hannah.

Stunning apartment! Lots of space. Lovely extra touches like White Company toiletries and a bottle of Prosecco. Communication excellent. Fabulous location, would definitely go back.

Pat was very helpful and the stay was very clean and neat with plenty of space for the 3 of us. Lovely kitchen area! We enjoyed our stay in Perth.

Perfect Christmas getaway in this beautiful house that instantly felt like home. Clear instructions to arrive and access the property and a helpful guide book on the inside. Huge space to spread out in once inside the house. Very well equipped kitchen with everything you could need and more, only down side was the plates and utensils/cutlery were a little grubby and all needed a good clean before they could be used. Coffee machine could be listed as I would have brought pods with me. There was even a slow cooker which really came in handy and plenty of Pyrex dishes and knives. Beds all comfy and bedrooms spacious, again with everything you need including a hair dryer! Plenty of storage space and hangers and nice thick towels provided. Utility room a godsend with a large family and meant I could keep on top of the washing, only thing missing was a clothes airer as not everything can be tumble dried. We planned a magical Christmas break and that’s exactly what we got, thank you.

Enjoyed a lovely two night break with my husband, 3 year old and 5 month old. Place was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. There was an issue with the electrics in the back bedroom when we first arrived, however Kim was very responsive and managed to sort an electrician early next morning to fix it. Beautiful surroundings, highly recommend!

Absolutely stunning property and location. The house is just beautiful with lovely furniture and fittings and the views from house and terraces amazing! Such a peaceful and restful location place, highly recommend!!!

An absolutely wonderful home to be able to experience the best of Scottish villages, landscapes, walks, pubs, people. Since the first communication the hosts were brilliant in making sure we were comfortable and free of any stress that comes with travelling. The home is simply simple, everything works, from the first walk in the door we felt everything is ok, you can walk to whatever you need, We spent 8 nights at this home and were sad to leave, it means so much that my family were able to experience this adventure with this home as our base. Great find in Callanders main street. Three spacious bedrooms, nice sitting area, hot tub, outstide games room and pretty outdoor undercover seating area. Fully equipped kitchen with provisions and cleaning products. Close to various nature walks and lovely restaurants nearby also. Definitely value for money.

Absolutely stunning surroundings. Beautiful house, photos don’t do it justice and it’s much bigger than it looks. We absolutely loved our stay here. Beautiful scenery from the huge windows. Amazing restaurants Mhor 84 and monachyl Mhor for a sublime dining experience. Stones throw from the loch . Already booked up to stay again!

We have just spent a fantastic week at this house with friends. The house is spacious and very well equipped. There is plenty of room for 10 people to sleep and live comfortably. We enjoyed lighting the log burner and using the sauna on cold days. There is lots to do locally. We enjoyed trips up to Glenshee where we were lucky enough to have snow and the children had a great time sledging, we did a tour of a whiskey distillery and chocolate tasting and lots of lovely walks. We also enjoyed an evening in the hotel at the end of the road which is only a couple of minutes walk. Sam is a great host. I would highly recommend this place as a base to explore the Highlands.

Laura and Ronnie were really helpful and friendly. They were very accessible and explained the facilities well. The cabin is very well equipped and has lovely luxurious bedding, a great bathroom with bath and shower. Kitchen is sweet and a comfy sofa with TV made it a pleasure to sit in. The added pleasure was Bertie the gorgeous golden retriever who was such a sweetie. I think the views are outstanding and would love to see them in the summer! Mark’s place was fantastic- especially for the price, it was hard to find something in that area at that time which could compete. If you’re looking to stretch your budget but still have a very comfortable place to stay, this flat is the way to go.

We travelled from Perth Australia to visit family for the Christmas period and David's place was the perfect location for us to stay. David's place is cosy, clean and well presented. His house will be top of our list when we return to Perth in the future.

Lovely stay, well maintained, good location, last minute booking and check in was very easy. Beautiful apartment, and parking which is a must. No cot however this is available upon request we just booked very last minute (about an hour before check in) and cot was being used in another property. Would definitely recommend this property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ross and Eva’s place. We were visiting family locally and it was the perfect base for us. Great location, just a short walk into town or across to the North Inch for a walk by or run. The flat was really warm and cosy. Great fully equipped kitchen with plenty amenities. Both Ross and Eva were super responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend.

The flat is lovely. Very clean and felt like home. Beds were very comfortable. We would definitelly stay again for longer, taking advantage of the hot tub.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Armoury. The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable, well equipped and warm (despite the cold weather). The location is very convenient (with shops within easy walking distance) but tucked away/quiet (especially overnight). Catrina was helpful, friendly and responsive. Recommended.

The flat was lovely, clean, and comfortable. It had all the amenities you could possibly want/need for any length of stay. I particularly appreciated all of the kitchen cookware and utensils. Shirley, the host, was so kind and very responsive. She provided really great instructions so I never had any questions. Overall, a very comfortable and worthwhile stay, and great value for money. Would definitely recommend.
