We've stayed at a number of Brendan's suites in Stratford and they are always lovely. This one is very cute; compact but beautifully appointed with a lovely king size bed and a full bath. The location is perfect - just a couple of blocks to everything. Excellent value.

We had a wonderful stay. Because we were there for 3 nights, it was important for us to have a place with a comfortable seating area (couch, chair, coffee table) where we can sit and relax together. If a very high bed is an issue, then check that detail with Brendan before booking.

We would highly recommend staying at Sally's place. The place was immaculate with all sorts of super treats and provisions in the fridge. It was a great place for meeting other guests in the relaxing common area outside. The location is perfect..it is possible to walk to all the theaters and downtown. even if you have gammy knees like we do!

I booked this place for friends who were visiting from out of town and they loved it! Brendan was a super communicative host, leaving very clear instructions for check-in/check-out. It's a great location, walkable to all the best spots, and the space itself is gorgeous: well-decorated, clean, everything you want from an Airbnb.

What a beautiful place for a getaway! Love the aesthetic, how the structure of the original building was maintained! Walking distance to downtown for shopping, restaurants and nightlife was a bonus! The communication and step by step access to our accommodation that was provided by Brendon was above and beyond!! Bed was so comfy, kitchen was well appointed and the sitting area with our oversized original windows was the perfect setting for mid-afternoon charcuterie and wine! The restaurant downstairs was a wonderful find for breakfast and coffee! We will be back!!

This cute loft apartment came with everything you could need for a couple of nights. Brendan's instructions were easy to follow for checking in.

The place is very nice and clean, located right in the middle of downtown Stratford, close to all the great restaurants and theaters. Mel was very attentive and friendly. We will definitely rent it again when we plan our next stay in Stratford.

Evanndor is perfectly located just off of Downie St., at the foot of Downtown Stratford, making it the ideal location for a getaway to the Stratford Festival and/or taking advantage of all that the downtown square has to offer! The suite was impeccably clean and the perfect size for a romantic long weekend. Cannot thank Ewa and Martin enough for such a lovely stay with a friendly welcome and top notch service. Will definitely stay again!

We stayed in Stratford for the first time and really enjoyed Brendan’s place. The apartment is safe, easy to access, well equipped in the kitchen, very clean, comfortable, quiet and located at the best place in town to walk to restaurants, the Avon theatre and really get to know the heart of Stratford. The host was extremely responsive and friendly and all the instructions were clear. Also great and convenient parking spot. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay again if we go back to Stratford. 100% recommended!! Thank you for hosting us!! :)

Wonderful stay! Clean, comfortable, and exactly as described.

This spot is the definition of charming. Yes, as other reviews have mentioned, it is only accessible by stairs (and another set of even narrower stairs for an extra bedroom), but if you are able-bodied and willing, I can’t think of a homier spot. The owners are so friendly; the living areas are very cozy and cute, but still quite spacious!! The kitchen has every necessary appliance, dish and utensil (and even some snacks in the fridge!), and the bathrooms are extremely clean and large as well. The beds and couches are comfortable and the whole listing is within walking distance to pretty much everything in downtown Stratford (all the theaters included). I couldn’t imagine a better spot for a group trip and I certainly hope to be back!!

We had a lovely stay at The Heron’s Nest. Gerry & Patty were thoughtful and helpful hosts that made us feel right at home. Our suite was the perfect place for us to call home while visiting for a wedding, with a beautiful view of the river, comfortable amenities and easy access to restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Heron’s Nest.

Perfect location and amenities for a quick stay in Stratford!

Our Book Club has rented this house twice for our annual trip to Stratford the plays. We love having space to spread out, a kitchen so we don’t have to go out every meal and multiple places for us to sit and talk. The updates in the upstairs bathroom are great. We are already planning our trip for next year.
