Diese Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Traum. Wunderschönes Haus, wunderschöne Einrichtung, wunderschöner Garten. Carmen war eine tolle Gastgeberin. Man merkt sofort, dass sie eine gewisse Leidenschaft dafür und allgemein eine sehr positive Einstellung gegenüber ihren Mitmenschen hat. Trotz meiner sehr spontanen Anfrage - etwa vier Stunden vor Ankunft - hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Passend zur klaren Kommunikation im Vorfeld, gibt es auch in der Wohnung gut platzierte schriftliche Hinweise. So habe ich mich direkt zurechtgefunden. Alles was wirklich makellos sauber, was mich bei den zahlreichen Ecken und Winkeln tatsächlich überrascht hat. Es hat auch alles funktioniert wie es soll und alles wirkt gut instandgehalten. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Es gibt nachts wenig Verkehr, und das Gästehaus ist noch durch das Haupthaus von der Strasse getrennt. Danke Carmen, ich habe mich wirklich wohl gefühlt und hätte auch noch einige Zeit länger bei dir verbringen können.

This was one of the best Air bnbs we have stayed in. An awesome space to spend the time with our two little ones on school holidays. Trish was welcoming and warm and really nailed attention to detail. We really felt at home and so relaxed. Location is superb being a short walk and you're right in the heart of everything.. Upon arrival we quickly met with Peter. He was charming and helpful but not intrusive. If anything was needed it was clear he would help but this didn’t arise during our trip. Ideally located for access to the wider area with good road links this was ideal for our needs and would happily recommend to anyone.

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche. Das air bnb ist genauso wie es beschrieben ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich würde es definitiv weiter empfehlen. Die Lage ist außerhalb der Stadt. Man kann aber alles super mit dem Bus erreichen. Um die Ecke ist ein kleiner Markt immer samstags, sehr zu empfehlen. Danke für alles.

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and perfectly located near the beach, which made for a wonderful experience. The host was very welcoming and super responsive to any questions. I’d definitely recommend it and would happily stay again!

Family of 4, stayed here for a long weekend. Naomi’s place is exactly like the photos, convenient, quiet and private. Considerate touches throughout make it feel like home including bath and beach towels, body soap, toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner, books and games. Kitchen is well equipped with quality knife set, pans, pots, cutlery and crockery. Milk, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper all provided. Bottled water and chocolate biscuits in the fridge were a surprise and much appreciated. Beds are comfy including the fold out couch which our two teenagers enjoyed sleeping on. Real treat to have 2 tvs, both with Netflix so we could enjoy downtime separately from the kids. Thoroughly recommend Naomi’s place for a relaxing stay in Yanchep.

Could not fault this stay. After a month travelling this was a lovely clean and homely place to stay. Everything was spotless and we enjoyed little touches like easter eggs and homely decor. Silvia & family were so helpful and friendly offering lots of recommendations and more. Lovely friendly doggo who kept to himself but enjoyed a little tail wag at us in the mornings. We will be staying again and recommending to friends

The guesthouse is tucked away, and was extreamly clean and perfect for our short stay. We had a great time, communication and instruction on how to use items in the house were clear and informative. Thanks for having us.

I loved the decor and the incredible amount of lighting options! The studio was thoughtfully well supplied, especially the kitchen and bathroom. From blenders, to sandwich press, to coffee and monthly supplies. the bathroom is detached and part of the main house but this didn't really detract from our stay. Thank you.

A very interesting, unique and pleasant experience with excellent hosts that took care of our needs promptly. Sleeping space is comfortable and clean. Limited facilities for food preparation and cooking but Micah & Monique were very prompt in providing us with clean kitchen utensils and helped readily with our laundry. Their warm hospitality kept us comfortable and we came away with fond memories of the stay. Thank you, Micah & Monique!

We had a wonderful stay and felt like home. With the company of Neo, little garden that comes with fruits trees and herbs we appreciated, it will definitely be our next accommodation when it will just be 2 of us. Not to forget to mention that it is walkable to Freo market and that it is a nice neighbourhood we would like to explore more the next time! A very personal approach to Airbnb with lots of interesting and tasteful artefacts and art The position is idyllic directly across from the ocean, with a road and cycle path between. The road is briefly busy at start and end of workday, with the cycle path sporadically busy with lycra. The lift was a boon to us and allowed my wife to fully utilise the house's facilities. Overall a wonderful stay with a fully functioning kitchen and a stunning raised deck.

We had a lovely 4 days stay at Brendan’s place; the view was beautiful, the host was friendly and responsive. Very nice surprise was the milk in the fridge, coffee, juice and other snacks. The place feels like home, very well taken care of and cozy. I would highly recommend it

we returned for a second stay because our first visit two years ago was such a positive experience. Jim responded quickly to messages before and during our trip, his place is set up with everything we needed for a stay with young kids (they loved the toys and books), and it's within a short drive of the wildlife park, fruit picking, an educational farm, wineries.... lots to do. we might have to come again.

A lovely leafy suburb within walking distance of Perth, Mount Lawley is a quiet town but loads of restaurants and cafes. The apartment cannot fail to impress, great bathroom, wonderful coffee machine and garage to park the car which is a first for me. The outside space with the apartment is great as means you can sit out at night, it’s sheltered by vines but lit with small lights. A lovely space to relax after a hard day sightseeing!

Lovely weekend at Claire’s place, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is the perfect location for exploring Freo and Rottnest island. Would highly recommend!

Excellent accommodation with lovely patio and pool area. The beach house is very roomy and well designed. The kitchen has everything you need and is well equipped for cooking. Nice shower, towels and washing machine to do laundry. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Lots of pillows to choose from. Living room was comfortable and the patio had an excellent view of the canal, boats, kayaks and SUPING boards. We had numerous dolphins swimming by and they put on some really enjoyable shows for us. The host was very friendly and responsive and gave us an early check in. Lovely gardens surrounded their home. Highly recommend this B&B for a fabulous vacation! Thanks so much!

We stayed here for two days. It was a wonderful experience. The place had a cozy and homey feel, and the warm decoration made our stay more enjoyable. Check-in procedures were clear, parking space inside was big enough. The host was nice and their little dog was so cute and welcoming. Everything was well-organized, with all the essentials thoughtfully provided. The kitchen was fully equipped with comprehensive cookware, including an oven and stove, as well as tableware, making it easy for us to cook our own meals. Highly recommended! We'd love to stay again :)
