We really liked the place, very cleaned and very well equipped! We enjoyed the house, we enjoyed the surroundings and also the fruits and vegetables, and last but not least the house wine ❤️ The house is in a strategic place, if you have a car very easy to visit Rimini, Riccione, Gabbice Mare, San Marino. We definitely will like to come back!

I proprietari di casa ci hanno accolto benissimo. Casa molto pulita, distribuita bene e veramente bella. La ciliegina sulla torta è la vasca idromassaggio riscaldata, che gode di una bellissima vista sulle colline fanesi. Posto perfetto per rilassarsi e staccare. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

We had a fantastic stay at this airbnb. The appartment is cozy and clean, while its location is perfect and the neighbourhood is peaceful.

Our family felt very comfortable in this house. It’s convenient that you can leave the car right in front of the window. It’s clean, there are no unnecessary things, the owner responds to messages very quickly. We really enjoyed it and were sad to leave. All the best to Kevin! Success and good guests!

Alloggio pulitissimo (mai trovato un alloggio pulito perfettamente come questo), host estremamente disponibili. Ho interagito sia con Francesca che con suo figlio e sono stati entrambi estremamente gentili, rapidi e proattivi.

We had an amazing three week stay at casa Samy. The location is walking distance from the beach ( lido San guliano highly recommend not too busy and amazing water) as well as the center of San Guliano (borgo with its many nice restaurants ) and Rimini old town just across the Tiberius bridge. We made daily use of the bikes which get you pretty much everywhere in 5-10 minutes. Giovanni and his team are very helpful and friendly, one of his staff even arranged for a 3rd bike for our 9 year old son. The airco in the house works very well and provides for comfort on a hot day. Thank you Giovanni and team for you hospitality and contribution to our relaxing vacation.

Casa molto spaziosa e bella, ampio giardino esterno con vista sul mare e sulle colline marchigiane. Pulita e ordinata con tutti il necessario e i comfort per un buon alloggio. Adatto a chi vuole un po’ di tranquillità. Punto strategico per raggiungere il mare e altri luoghi di interesse della zona. Host gentili e molto disponibili. Consigliatissimo!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in dieser sehr individuellen Unterkunft gefühlt, deren Möbel seit langem im Familienbesitz sind. Das Haus mit seinem wunderschönen Garten liegt inmitten von Feldern in einer sehr ländlichen Gegend und hat viel Charme. Es gibt nur zwei Nachbarn in unmittelbarer Umgebung, so dass es meist ruhig ist. Wir haben einen tollen Ausflug nach Urbino gemacht und fanden die Gegend insgesamt reizvoll. Vielen Dank für das Teilen dieses besonderen Ortes.

The house is large new and clean, large living room, two bedrooms, good bathroom and practically furnished kitchen. Actually better than description. Host is helpful and kind. Thera are many attractions around, within 10-30 mins drive. Not walking friendly place but quiet and peaceful. Has large garden and terrace.

This is our 2nd time staying and visiting Citta di Castello and renting from Sara and Esther. We love the town, it's a great location to visit other areas in Tuscany and Perugia. The apartment is modern, beautiful and spotless with a very nice balcony on a quiet street. It is located right in the center near shops, restaurants and cafe's. We love staying there and will rent again when we visit friends next year. Sara has been a fantastic host and we love the place and location.

Abbiamo prenotato per un evento in fiera insieme a delle colleghe e siamo stati davvero bene. La casa è calda e accogliente, non manca nulla! L’esperienza di soggiorno è stata ottima, così come l’accoglienza e la disponibilità della proprietaria.

Appartamento molto carino, accogliente e confortevole, in zona tranquilla e sicura. All'interno super pulito, curato in ogni dettaglio, mobili e accessori nuovi, cucina attrezzata con tutto il necessario. Posizione fronte mare, attraversando la strada si trova la splendida spiaggia di Sassonia e in 5 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro storico. Host gentile, disponibile e veloce nelle risposte.

È gia la seconda volta che ritorniamo da Alessio; Lui è veramente molto gentile, risponde immediatamente e cerca sempre di accontentare le necessità degli ospiti, inoltre la casa si presenta in perfetto ordine e molto accogliente.

Una padrona di casa esemplare, premurosa e veloce nella comunicazione. L'appartamento è molto bello, grande e fornito di un ottima cucina. Il soggiorno è stato ottimo!

innanzitutto, a livello comunicativo possiamo dire che lui è il miglior host 2) ci ha portato dalla stazione del treno fino all'appartamento ( il che non è poco ) 3) all' appartamento è successo un inconveniente imprevisto però lui è intervenuto subito e ha risolto tutto. 4) l'alloggio è mega comodo, vista mare, fornito di tutto il necessario magari se tutti gli host fossero come lui grazie per davvero, siamo stati fortunati ad aver effettuato la nostra esperienza lì. :)
