The holidays were perfect. It is a very nice and large house, in a very good location. There is a small bakery 5 minutes by car. There is a beach 15 minutes drive away. The host is very friendly and the service is great. The pool is big enough and the view is beautiful. There are no direct neighbors, you are on your own. There is a large terrace, in the afternoon the terrace is in the shade.

Een absolute aanrader!!! Wij hebben de ruimte geboekt om een paar dagen tot rust te komen voor onze grote bruiloft. De accommodatie was precies zoals beschreven en is heel comfortabel, rustig, en met vele voorzieningen. De host is ontzettend behulpzaam en vriendelijk, hij stuurde ons allerlei tips voor activiteiten in de buurt, reageerde heel snel op al onze vragen en kwam ons tot slot nog een mooie fles wijn brengen toen hij hoorde dat wij later die week gingen trouwen. Echt heel lief. Wij komen heel graag nog eens terug!

Soggiorno perfetto, il bnb è in una posizione bellissima, tranquilla e immersa nelle colline marchigiane. Giuseppe è super, presente e disponibile, ti fa sentire a casa e sempre pronto a scambire due chiacchere o a intervenire per eventuali problematiche. Nulla da aggiungere, assolutamente una struttura super consigliata per un soggiorno in famiglia o con amici. Se siete appassionati di stelle ,la sera il cielo è meraviglioso e si presta a bellissime osservazioni.

It was an absolute delight stay. The house is amazing and Fiammetta is an incredible host. She was super kind and helpful. I highly recommend this location. It was super quite, but you could reach the next villages within 20 minutes by car.

Oppholdet i huset til Maria og Angelo var rett og slett fantastisk. De tok oss svært godt imot, selv om vi var mange timer forsinket på grunn av forsinket fly, rot med leiebil og stengt Autostrada. Hele eiendommen, både innvendig og utvendig, holder en meget høy standard. Alt framsto som ekstremt rent og velholdt. Vi satte stor pris på å ha tre store soverom, to gode bad, stue med behagelige møbler, godt utstyrt kjøkken og to balkonger som kunne brukes til frokost eller et glass vin om kvelden. Vi hadde også stor glede av det velholdte bassengområdet og den frodige og vakre hagen. Oppsummert - hvis du ønsker deg et ferieopphold med utmerket komfort og med de aller beste verter - i et område med nesten bare italienske turister - da anbefales dette huset på det sterkeste.

I’d say this is by far one of the best vacation homes we‘ve ever been to as family. I wholeheartedly recommend it and will most probably come back. We‘re a family of four and found everything we needed to have a truly enjoyable relaxing time together. And that‘s the combination of many small and big things. The house (we were at L‘olivio) is spacious and clean. Whilst the stile is nicely embedded into the local, rural look, everything feels and is modern. It’s obvious that all materials and equipment used inside and outside the house is high quality and chosen with care. The house has, for example, a cooling system built into the flooring keeping it at a nice temperature at any time. At the same time there a dehumidifier-system maintaining a nice climate. The kitchen is well equipped, truly allowing you to cook and dine together with little compromise compared to home. And, if there’s anything missing (we were looking for a cutting board) our caring host, Rosi, would bring us a brand new one in no time. There‘s a brand new washing machine, and towel heaters in the bath room. The beds are high quality. The house is spacious, with many windows. There’s a beautiful terrace with comfortable furniture. In short: all we could wish for. The pool is great. It‘s large enough to be able to actually swim. Not too deep so the children can enjoy themselves. And the water quality is spot on. There again, it’s obvious the owners made not compromise. We only went to the beach once - simply because we didn’t feel the need. And: we loved the climate. Because it’s on the hill, there was always a gentle breeze making it very comfortable to stay outside inspite of high temperatures in August. The view over the hills is beautiful and soothing. The sunset and the moon rising was simply beautiful. Rosi, the host, is simply an angel, caring deeply, very kind and available with help and guidance when we needed it, which was rare. This place is great value for money, and I‘d highly recommend it.

Toller Familienurlaub. Das Haus ist liebevoll und dekorativ eingerichtet und hat alles was benötigt wird. Die Gastgeberin und auch ihr Willkommensgeschenk haben uns angenehm überrascht. Wir haben uns alle (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) sehr wohlgefühlt.

Ho alloggiato in villa Chiara, una casa grandissima con 2 bagni comodissimi e pulitissimi, attrezzati nel dettaglio. Quattro stanze ben arredate e comodissime , riscaldamento al top. Gli spazi in comune sono ampi e pratici per potersi godere momenti di vero relax e dotati di tutti i confort... Mi sono sentito subito a casa( forse meglio) ..... Oltre alla casa c'è da sottolineare la professionalità di Gianluca nell'organizzazione, la pazienza di Valerio nel rispondere ad ogni richiesta e la gentilezza di Rosanna che ci ha accolto al check-in.... Stra consiglio a tutti. Sia per vacanza che per lavoro.... A presto

Abbiamo soggiornato in casale in 18 adulti e 4 bambini per due notti. Il soggiorno era completamente perfetto! Host è super gentile e disponibile. Il posto è meraviglioso. È fantastico per i grandi gruppi. C’è tutto il necessario, pulito ed è organizzato molto bene. Molto adatto ai bambini. Siamo stati benissimo. Ci torneremo volentieri!

Silke was WONDERFUL! She was extremely responsive and helped with incredible recommendations and even made reservations for our group. She was friendly and was around to assist to however not intrusive. Our time there would not have been the same without her there! The views were stunning, even with the rain we had plenty to do and places to spend time. We spent many nights with great memories made on the veranda! Her house was magical and she was a joy! We really enjoyed our stay at Ricardo’s place! Pool was a lot of fun and there are some nice cities to visit in the area. Two things which are important to mention: The host is living directly at the house but that wasn’t really problem for us because he is really friendly and didn’t really have a problem with some music… There are some security cameras around on the property and one in the house, but we just covered the one in the house…. So in the end we had a great stay!

Absolutely astonishing! Great place for a larger group, very clean, enough space, calm and great landscape. Loris (housekeeper) was a great support for any questions. Highly recommended!

Trevligt och stort boende perfekt för en avkopplande resa i Italien med fantastiska vyer, goda närliggande restauranger och mycket roliga aktiviteter i huset. Värden är mån att saker ska ske på sitt sätt och kan komma att uppfattas som aningen kontrollerande. Rekommenderar!

Es war alles Perfekt. Das Airbnb entsprach genau den Fotos und war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist wunderschön und Ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit Anna war einwandfrei, sehr freundlich und angenehm. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Tilava ja kaunis Villa, jossa iso piha ja uima-allas. 4 aikuista + 1&3 vuotiaat lapset mahtuivat erinomaisesti. Keittiö on todella tilava ja toimiva. Andreas kanssa viestittely oli erittäin nopeaa ja sujuvaa, hän varasi meille taksit lähtöpäivän sekä vuokra-autot koko matkan ajaksi, jotka odottivat meitä juna-asemalla valmiina saapuessamme! Vuokra-auto(t) ovat lähes välttämättömät jos haluaa nähdä tunnin matkan päässä olevia kohteita. Viinin ystäville iso suositus käydä Guerrierin viinitilalla.

A heartfelt and massive thanks to Chiara for eight great days in amazing surroundings and a very nice apartment. Everything was great. The apartment was clean, spacious and very well equipped. The pool is great, the big garden is a great joy and the the view from everywhere on the premises is stunning. Chiara is such a nice and considerate host and both we and our two children enjoyed every second there! We highly recommend staying at Il Colle delle Terrazze, you won’t regret it!

Bellissima soluzione. Posto tranquillissimo e immerso nel verde. La piscina è grande e ha una vista meravigliosa. Casa in sassi completamente ristrutturata ma con un glamour antico. Barbara molto cordiale e ospitale. Raccomandato senza riserve.

We visited La Barca nel Bosco with 6 adults and 5 kids. The house was big and it had everything we needed. Girolamo and his family were very hospitable and they arranged also arranged a local dinner for us. We did day trips to Fano city, Urbino and much more. Highly recommend.

Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Wohnung und Pool waren sehr schön, Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Großes Anwesen mit eigenem Pool und in ruhiger idyllischer Lage. 😊 Wir hatten tolle 14 Tage in Davides Unterkunft und waren in Summe 10 Personen inkl. Kinder. Das Haus mit eigenem Pool und das große Anwesen lässt fast keine Wünsche offen. Nach Pesaro zum Strand wird ein Auto benötigt und ist in ca. 20-30 Minuten erreichbar. Davide war stets gut zu erreichen und hat uns als Wilkommensgeschenk einen tollen regionalen Essenskorb überlassen. Nochmals vielen Dank dafür.

Formidable environnement, calme ... ma maison est très confortable et agencée avec beaucoup de goût ! Le père de Daniela est très réactif quand Daniela travaille et le bassin d'eau est extrêmement appréciable durant les chaleurs d'été. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les moustiquaires très performantes qui protègent les fenêtres des chambres. À recommander absolument !

Maison magnifique, emplacement, propreté, équipement...tout est parfait. En plus Paolo est adorable, très réactif aux messages et arrangeant. Je conseille vivement cette maison.
