Raffaella, is a wonderful host. She is very nice and will give you advice and help. The house is very clean, nice, with a wonderful panorama from the terrace. it is an ideal base for exploring this part of Italy. I highly recommend it and hope to return there someday.

Marco was a gentleman and a great host. Very accommodating. The location is stunning, beautiful views over the hills. Definitely recommend.

Stefano was such a great host! He left us a few bottles of sparkly and gave us the best recommendations for local places to eat and explore! The house was huge and beautiful and the view was truly amazing. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool because of the weather messing something up with it, but we had a great, peaceful, relaxing stay regardless! Would totally recommend and would totally stay here again.

Abbiamo pernottato in questa fantastica iurta dove il tempo si ferma. Tutto bellissimo e curato nei dettagli. L alloggio ha tutti i comfort e le accortezze possibili, dai divanetti e le sdraio esterni alla vasca idromassaggio con vista sulla natura, dal frigorifero alla macchina del caffe e del ghiaccio. Il tutto per pernottare nella pace dei sensi. Tom è davvero un bravissimo host, ci ha fatto trovare la colazione nel cestino da picnic fuori dalla porta la mattina ed è stata gradita tantissimo. La cura e la dedizione anche per l'ambiente fanno di questa struttura una sistemazione davvero fantastica.

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend tranquillo e piacevole in questa villa. Luogo silenzioso e lontano da rumori. Marco è stato molto gentile, ci ha dato indicazioni sulla zona e in quali ristoranti mangiare. Villa uguale alla descrizione, immersa nella natura. Ambienti spaziosi e puliti. Nous avons occupé les deux appartements pendant une semaine au mois d’août . Notre premier critère était de des trouver un logement pour 15 personnes pour des vacances en famille enfants et cousins . Nous voulions un logement confortable avec un extérieur pour les grandes tablées familiales . Et être à proximité de la Mer pour que chacun puisse être autonome à son rythme . En cela la villa Arzilla a été parfaite ! En plus nous avons été accueillis par des propriétaires très sympathiques qui ont été très à l’écoute de nos besoins et hyper réactifs! Même si cela reste secondaire Le style des appartements nous a beaucoup plu avec son esprit brocante vintage ! La petite plage accessible à proximité n’est pas paradisiaque il y a bien sûr des plages plus jolies aux alentours mais à nous elle a beaucoup plus car elle était notre plage quasi privée très peu fréquentée et aussi parce que nous avons pu y apporter tout le matériel de plage lits et parasol mis à disposition par Les propriétaires . Pour y être plus à l’aise je vous conseille de faire la connaissance de Mario le « patron » de la plage et de vous en faire un allié . Malgré son Apparence acariâtre il est très sympathique et il vous racontera son histoire de grand styliste et de grand nageur ! Bonnes vacances à la villa arzilla à la découverte de la magnifiQue région des Abruzzes !

Wir hatten wunderbare und entspannte Tage in Scerne. Scerne selbst ist ein ruhiger kleiner Ferienort ohne Trubel und Lärm. Es gibt einen Bäcker und einen kleinen Supermarkt, Eisdiele und diese typischen italienischen Bars. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Zum Strand sind es 2 Gehminuten über ein kleines Feld. Es ist ein Kiesstrand und weil wir das in den Bewertungen schon gelesen haben, hatten wir so dünne Isomatten und für die Kinder Badeschuhe dabei. Immer frischer, angenehmer Wind! Der Strand ist somit wirklich sehr schön und auch im August nicht überlaufen. Das Wasser war sehr sauber und hat eine schöne hellblaue Farbe. Es gibt auch einen breiten Wiesenstreifen mit Palmen, wenn man im Schatten liegen möchte. Strandbar ist auch vorhanden. Direkt an der Küste geht ein schöner Radweg lang und wenn man möchte fährt man nach Roseto ( da gibt's auch Sandstrände )oder Pineto und dort ist richtig was los, vor allem Abends! Marino verleiht Räder und wir haben die auch oft genutzt. Viele Geschäfte, Bars, Restaurants und Musik. Die Menschen sind allgemein sehr freundlich und es wird fast überall Englisch gesprochen. Wir hatten uns die Abruzzen als Ferienziel auch wegen des einmaligen Gebirges ausgesucht und es ist wirklich atemberaubend! Ein Wandertag dort oben lohnt sich unbedingt ( festes Schuhwerk erforderlich! ) Es wäre schade, diese Gegend nur auf das schöne Meer zu reduzieren! Nun noch ein paar Worte zur Unterkunft: Ich schließe mich den anderen Bewertungen sehr gerne an. Die Familie ist sehr, sehr gastfreundlich und bemüht den Urlaubern eine schöne Zeit zu ermöglichen. Es ist bei Ankunft alles sehr liebevoll vorbereitet! Von Spülmaschinentabs, Waschmittel, Salz, Pfeffer, Olivenöl, Kaffee und Wein ist irgendwie alles vorhanden! Der Kühlschrank ist gefüllt mit Wasser und Milch und besonders hervorzuheben: mit frischem Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten! Die Familie wohnt oben im Haus, die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und hat eine kleine abgetrennteTerrasse. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt! Der Kontakt ist sehr unaufdringlich und angenehm! Der kleine niedliche Opi hat uns jeden Tag frisches Obst und Gemüse gebracht. Zur Familie gehören noch zwei neugierige Hunde, die wirklich sehr lieb sind und sich gerne streicheln lassen. Für uns war alles perfekt! Wenn wir uns nächstes Jahr noch einen Urlaub leisten können, bei den ganzen gestiegenen Preisen in Deutschland 🤣🤣🤣🤣würden wir gerne noch mal wiederkommen.

Prenotato con una certa fretta per via di circostanze personali particolari, l'alloggio di Valentina si è dimostrato un’ottima soluzione per il soggiorno a Pescara. Host molto disponibile, posizione perfetta in centro con servizi e supermercato nelle estreme vicinanze (tutto facilmente raggiungibile a piedi). Nell’appartamento abbiamo trovato tutti i comfort (grazie al wifi siamo riusciti anche a lavorare comodamente in smart-working): insomma, ci siamo sentiti a casa.

We loved our time at Paolo's. He was super nice and very helpful with everything. He took us to Pescara the day after we arrived and helped me get a sim card for my phone and to the airport to rent a car. He told us good places to eat in Pescara and helped us with eveything that we asked, he checked in with us to see if we needed anything and he even brought us some fresh cheese. He brought his little chihuahua with him to visit us which was very nice since my wife told him how much she misses her dogs while we have been traveling. We loved the house, it had everything we needed and also had nice sitting and relaxing areas outside and even a stone bbq around back that we used. There was also a washer and two portable racks to hang clothes to dry after washing and a couple of folding lounge chairs to chill in whenever you wanted! The surrounding area is beautiful, with mountains and big rolling fields close by. Hope to see you again soon! Thanks Paolo! 100% recommend!!

We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Simonetta zelf. We voelden ons direct thuis en ze gaf ons de nodige uitleg van de accommodatie. Mochten we nog iets nodig hebben, qua taxi, fietsen, … dat regelde ze dat voor ons. Ik zou er zo zelf kunnen wonen in het verblijf, heel gezellig en knus. Gelijk het op de foto’s te zien is. Strand is op wandel afstand. Ik kan geen min punten opnoemen eigenlijk die wij hebben ervaren tijdens het verblijf. Super verblijf en super host. Dank je wel Simonetta voor het warme onthaal.

We had a great time, the apartment is cozy and clean, the location was awesome and very near to the beach and the restaurants. Perfect refuge in a home away from home! We will be back!

Lille lejlighed med skøn udsigt til de smukkeste solopgange på dejlig terrasse. Fungerede fint som base. Køkken lidt småt - men heldigvis super gode muligheder for fantastisk mad til rimelige penge i køreafstand. Alberto er en skøn vært og gav os fantastiske anbefalinger på udflugter og spisesteder. Ikke mindst det lille marked om fredagen i kort afstand fra huset. Her startede vores morgen også hver dag med skøn kaffe på det lille kaffested. En del var lukket ned for sæsonen omend vejret stadig var fantastisk. Dette gjorde dog ikke vores 9 nætters ophold mindre fantastisk. Tusind tak Alberto for alt din information og fleksibilitet ift. indtjekning. Vi har haft en fantastisk ferie og håber at komme igen.

Malgré un souci de santé de l'hôte, est venue nous rendre visite, très amicale et bienveillante. Ayant de la famille dans les environs, c'est un endroit que nous retenons pour une prochaine venue.

Pia war eine sehr nette, hilfsbereite und sympathische Gastgeberin. Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig und wohlfühlend. Der Pool mit der Aussicht war atemberaubend. Pia hatte uns sehr schöne Geheimtipps von Ecken und Restaurants gezeigt die Goldwert waren. Wenn wir jemals wieder nach Italien wollen, werden wir uns wieder für Pia‘s Unterkunft entscheiden. Nur zu empfehlen!

è andato tutto bene, compresa la vicinanza alla spiaggia e ai suoi servizi...utile la pineta tra casa e mare che abbiamo sfruttato tutti i giorni causa il caldo soprsttutto durante il pranzo...gentili anche quelli del greenbay. Unica nota stonata il rumore del treno che disturba appunto durante il riposino in pineta...comune o ferrovie dovrebbero fare barriere antirumore almeno in alcuni tratti più frequentati

Villa Mayer was an excellent place to stay for my family during our trip to Fossacesia and Abruzzo. The villa was spectacular with amazing views, excellent location and it had everything that we needed for our two weeks - including the pool which was just perfect throughout the hot weather during our stay! Piero was an exceptional host; attentive and helpful. He made our stay easy and I would certainly stay again next time!

We hebben genoten van een heerlijk verblijf. Gianni en zijn dochter zijn twee warme, lieve mensen die zorgden voor een fijn onthaal. We voelden ons meteen thuis in hun prachtig huis. De regio is heel mooi en je weet dat als er een probleem is je bij de host terecht kan. Tegelijkertijd gaven ze ons alle privacy. Er is een prachtig zwembad dat heel goed onderhouden is. Wij willen graag terugkomen en kunnen dit huis en deze hosts alleen maar aanbevelend.

Wir haben eine erholsame Woche zu viert mit Hund in der Villa Margherita verbracht und uns gleich zu Hause gefühlt. Das ganze Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Der große Garten bietet viele gemütliche Sitzecken, der riesige Pool war einfach perfekt. Unser Hund liebte es, durch den Olivenhain zu laufen, toll war, das das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt war. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und gibt viele Tipps für Ausflüge, angenehm war auch die flexible Check out-Zeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

I can not praise Milena enough, wonderful host! So welcoming, friendly and charming. Our stay was very comfortable, probably the most comfortable we have had so far in all our travels. The accommodation is spacious, had everything we could possibly need, spotlessly clean, nicely air conditioned. Villa is shared between 3-4 families, but somehow it works out to be quiet and private and very pleasant, great for an occasional chat and exchange of local tips with neighbours. Same with a swimming pool, due to different schedules we had it mostly to ourselves, but even when shared with others- still comfortable. The premises are looked after by Enoch, who is absolutely lovely. He looked after us as well, made friends with our 6 year old son. Location is great! Picturesque! Convenient for visiting beaches, mountains, grocery stores, vineyards, local restaurants and great pizza. Quite close to an airport. A car is a must though. Hoping to come back next year, thank you Milena and Enoch!

L’abitazione in se è stata molto carina , le camere sono spaziose , pulite ed ognuna munita di un bagno , il salotto e la cucina sono molto accoglienti e la posizione delle casa rispetto anche al paese lì vicino è molto strategica . Il giardino è molto grande e grazioso dove si possono fare cene fuori e soprattutto un bagno nella piscina panoramica La location è adatta anche per più nuclei famigliari perché la struttura garantisce la propria privacy
