房源非常棒👍🏻干净卫生，但厨房位置卫生要加强，位置在亚庇市中心，去加雅街和其他市中心景点都可以步行到达，6楼的泳池非常棒，可以看到美丽的日落和大海，值得推荐！

This unit of C&R homestay totally 5star homestay. From the entrance to toilet, all furniture are luxurious 😂. Feels like living in a Mini castle .

A very good place for family n kids to relax n enjoy the facility. Going down from room have Food-well restaurant - kopiping ,99speedmard, Orange Convenience store,washing machine...etc. Friendly Ricky and great communicate with. Worth to stay in and will go again next time.

整个住宿体验都很好，房间很安静，能够睡很多人，只是洗衣机坏了，但是房东非常积极的在解决，要退我们洗衣费，虽然不多，直至我回国都在沟通，很负责。

My father and I spontaneously came to Borneo and found this beautiful booking by luck. We stayed for 4 nights and extended by one night because we felt we needed more time to relax here while we planned our next country as we are doing a country count challenge. It did rain a lot while we were there, and on those days the apartment was very comfortable to stay put in and relax in. Lots of food and restaurants in walking distance, with a laundromat right downstairs for drying your clothes much faster than the one provided at the accommodation. (In Asia it is typical for a drier to take several hours to dry and we did laundry on our last night). One can walk and explore and find lots to do, shopping markets, island hopping and tour booths right near the pier. The host was very responsive and kind.

Absolutely spectacular place. Exceeded all expectations. Felt like royalty, perfect for groups traveling. A/C was working perfectly in every room, didn't even wanna leave the place to go explore! Thank you Alex!

Beautiful place and clean. Host was very helpful when we had a big problem Had everything you need including laundry stiff. Big balcony with garden view.

Jimmy is very nice and accommodating whereby early check in if there is no guests. Fast responsive as well
