my husband and came up to Gooderham for a dirtbike race 3km from Patti's airbnb so it was perfect for a home base. a quaint and cozy rustic cottage it was everything we needed and bonus the hot tub for a soak between the two days race. Patti was exceptionally friendly and helpful with everything and even baked a pie and focaccia and allowed us to have some and it was amazing (made me race faster on Sunday I'm sure of it) ... the dock is a great place for watching the sunset ...quiet lake private water front .... loved the wood stove fire was nice and toasty for the cool evenings ... thank you Patti we hoped to be back next year !!!!

Beautiful cottage, have stayed before and we love it! My kids really enjoyed the festive atmosphere and decorations. Highly recommend!

Hands down the best experience we have ever had staying in an Airbnb. Lots of amenities, super clean apartment and a comfortable bed. This was unlike other Airbnbs we had stayed in as we felt like there was an actual host who made us feel at home. There are amazing hiking trails on the property (complete with snow shoes) that really made the stay feel like more of a full experience. Add to all of this that the best dog in the world will welcome you! Doris was an incredible host. We ended up having to extend our stay due to a snow storm. When we came outside after the storm, we found our car had been cleaned off for our departure. She really made sure we were able to enjoy our time and relax as much as possible. We will definitely be back.

we loved our stay with Julie and Glenn (and Lucy their dog). they are lovely people and helped make our trip very memorable. the front porch and dock are perfect for enjoying a beverage. bobcaygeon is a beautiful little town and we will definitely return. I highly recommend staying here!

Hidden gem, beautiful location! We had a wonderful getaway! My toddler loved the trampoline and the swingset and the sandy beach and shallow entry was perfect for her and my dog. Neither wanted to come home! The lake is just incredible, with clear turquoise water and you can walk out for ages. All of the beds were clean and extremely comfortable, with nice linens and the cottage has literally everything you could think to look for. The drive in is very peaceful and the area inviting. Communication with michael was great and he is a very accommodating host. Check in was a breeze. Thanks again for making my daughters first "acation" such a memorable one!

Quiet and modern with a dramatic main floor, a fun downstairs and deer in the woods. Great fireplace and hot tub makes a winter stay cosy and warm even with -20C at night. The heated cement floor is a great feature. Adrian was very helpful and responsive including assuring us there would be snow removal in time for our arrival the same day of a massive snowstorm. Highly recommend!

This is our second stay at the boathouse. Kathy is the best host, she is so friendly and cooks the most amazing breakfast. Her place is absolutely stunning and the lake is quiet with great fishing! The boathouse is a perfect getaway from the city and offers a picturesque view of the lake. We were lucky enough to have clear skies at night with an almost full moon. The way the moon reflected off the glass like water was magical. We will be back for sure! Just as an FYI there is no running water/sink/kitchen in the boathouse and the bathroom is in the main house. Just make sure you prepare for that and you will have an amazing time.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay! This Airbnb was absolutely perfect for me and my friends! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, and we could tell the host put a lot of care into every detail. Each bedroom was beautifully decorated, and the house overall had such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The host was great to communicate with—whenever we had any questions or concerns, they were always quick to respond and happy to help! There were also plenty of activities provided, which made our stay even more fun and memorable. We truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!
