Great place to stay in winter time

Had a great stay and it had everything we needed to make for a great weekend during a snowstorm. Would definitely go back. The hot tub was a added bonus which was super fun during the snowstorm.

We had a great time at Heather's place. The cottage was decorated beautifully. We love the hot tub and the backyard lighting around it. Everything was set up with a timer and it's pretty good for us to not have to worry about it. It's so good to have two firepits and the supplies to start the fire. The local convenient store is a short drive and has everything we need when we ran out of supplies. Coffee, hot chocolate, tea and all the snacks are nice treats. It is very cozy and the surrounding is gorgeous. The heater in the house can be quite annoying at night for someone staying on the daybed. We were warned about the noise in the instructions but couldn't do much about it or change the sleeping arrangement. The beds in all rooms are all very comfortable and if the heater issue can be somehow addressed, that would be much better. (the heater just turns on and off way too frequently) Overall, we had a great time! Heather and Michael are very friendly and responsive hosts. Thank you!

This place was absolutely beautiful and looked exactly like the photographs. It was a close drive for me so it was in the perfect spot! The place was cozy and we felt at home with our stay. Itay was so easy to message and answered any questions we had with ease. I would 100% stay here again, it is perfect place to stay.

Great winter getaway. The cottage was cute, cozy and clean! The description of the cottage doesn’t do it justice as there are four nice bedrooms (the fourth one is just tough to see in the pictures) and although the water isn’t potable, there were jugs already there for us upon arrival. Only thing missing was a coffee maker, but otherwise wonderful stay!

My husband and I stayed here in the midst of an absolutely gorgeous fall weekend. We could not have gotten any luckier with the weather or the view of the forest, it was exactly what we were hoping for. Kristin, Chris and Charlie were welcoming and kept to themselves. They put out extra firewood in a wheelbarrow so it was easily accessible for us. Their property was absolutely gorgeous and exactly as the photos on the listing. The bed was so comfortable, both my husband and I had 2 great nights sleep and slept in. The hot tub was spacious and so enjoyable, I believe we were in and out at least 6 times. The instructions for the toilet and the rest of the cabin were easy to follow and we ran into 0 issues. We will certainly be back, if Kristin and Chris will have us 😊👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Myself and 5 friends, recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing log cabin, and I can't say enough good things about it! It was the perfect location for a little vacation for us women. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals, making it feel just like home. Additionally, the modern art throughout the cabin added a unique touch that complemented the rustic charm beautifully. The warmth of the property made our stay even more enjoyable, creating an inviting atmosphere that we will definitely remember. Overall, this log cabin is a gem that blends modern comforts with natural beauty. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

They are very cooperative except parking and garbage disposal issues. Place is very nice , renovated and clean, hence you can ignore 2 issues

We had a great weekend staying at this beautiful place with our two dogs. The house is big enough for five people and pets. It’s so beautiful and peaceful. We all loved the full sunlight window which made us feel warm and relaxed. The owner was very friendly and responsive. It is a great place to get away from crowds.

The cottage stay was peaceful and relaxing. Our group enjoyed the isolation and serenity of the island. The cottage was cozy and it had everything we needed. Had some good bonfires in the evenings. Dan was helpful and responsive. We would stay at his cottage if the opportunity came up again.

Amazing cabin in the woods. This cabin is super cute and remote. Away from any neighbors, it is very peaceful and silent. Much more roomy inside and outside than the pictures show. Would highly recommend a stay here if you like off grid cottages and a place to get away.

I had a wonderful time at Melissa’s cottage. It was a great price and we really enjoyed kayaking. I would recommended this Airbnb for 2-3 people who are looking for some peace, a beautiful scenery and enjoy kayaking.

My friends and I went here on a trip to get away for some R&R. It's very relaxing and appropriate for a few friends or tiny family. Kelly was responsive and the area was very quiet. The best feature is the beautiful change in seasons and country roads. Thank you Kelly!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Indy's place near Rice Lake, and it was an incredible experience! The location is perfect, with easy access to the lake, making it ideal for kayaking and enjoying the serene waters. The peaceful surroundings provided a much-needed escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. One of the highlights of our stay was the bonfire. It added a cozy and relaxing vibe to our evenings, allowing us to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty of the area. The overall atmosphere of the place was just perfect for a tranquil getaway. We stayed at Alexander's rental between September 20 - 22 for the Corduroy Enduro. Although we were not there much, it was great to come back to a clean well-kept place to have a hot shower, a hot meal and a comfortable sleep. Any and all responses were prompt and without delay and we would recommend this rental to anyone.

I recently spent a weekend at this charming rustic cabin. Nestled on 100 acres of serene wilderness, this cozy retreat was perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Hosts are welcoming and attentive. The cabin offers comfort and tranquility.

The cabin was so cute and cozy. It was a great romantic get away from the city. The screened in porch was a great place for cocktails and reading and It was a short five minute walk into town. Christine was very responsive to all of our enquires. We will definitely be visiting again!

Susan’s Airbnb, was beautiful, clean, perfect in every way. We had our son’s wedding at Eganridge, and loved that we could use Susan’s cottage, as our home-base to help us get ready for the big day. Amber’s cabin was absolutely stunning, charming, majestic, and straight out of a magazine. Words cannot describe how beautiful this place truly is. The cabin has a rustic/vintage but also modern feel and vibe to it which is the perfect balance. The kitchen was super cute and had a retro feel to it with the cabinets, and was also fully equipped with gorgeous new stainless steel appliances all throughout, and every single kitchen amenity you can think of from pots and pans, to coffee/tea pods and wine bottle openers and much more! The spacious living room area was the perfect spot to cozy up and watch a movie on the big screen, while also having a view of the lake from the window right next to the couches. The cabin is surrounded by a lake and several trees, which adds to the peaceful serenity around it. Amber was also extremely responsive and helpful during our stay, we enjoyed every minute of being at this cabin and would seriously consider living there if we could (lol). 10/10!
