Patricia's home is lovely, warm and cozy. We booked at the last minute so that our family could spend Christmas together. We appreciated the lovely welcome and provision of staples like milk, butter, tea, coffee, juice and also crusty bread. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full Christmas dinner with ease. Patricia had even gone to the trouble to decorate her home for Christmas for us, which was very special. We all enjoyed our time together there. It is a bonus to have a full bathroom and an extra toilet for a family, too. The setting in the park is peaceful and welcoming and there are nice walks around the woods and lakes; our dog loved it, too. This is a wonderful place to stay in every way and Patricia is a very thoughtful and accommodating host. Thank you!

Lovely place full of character Charles is very helpful. We had to cancel your first planned visit on day of arrival due to the village flooding - Charles was brilliant on communicating with us on the day - updating us re the situation - advising us not to come and rearranging date - thank you. A fun few days spent with friends

This was a very pleasant stay. We stayed over the Christmas period and Diana’s place was a home from home. Diana put up a few Christmas decorations which was not expected but very appreciated. Very close to all the large supermarkets and other big brand stores. About a 20/30 min walk into town, as it’s all flat it’s a very easy walk. Was a bit worried that we would be disturbed but noise from the street and rd. but it is extremely quite and no disturbance at all. Great Chinese takeaway just yards away and you must check out The Empress pub which is close by where it’s Christmas all year round. Very comfortable beds which aided a good nights sleep. Diana was very responsive and answered any questions quickly and was happy to asset. We would definitely stay again 10/10

The entire house was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, it was well equipped and the kitchen had everything we could need. Fiona even took the trouble to have milk there so we could give our toddler a bedtime drink as we arrived late. When I couldn't work the heating she was there to help. I think this is one of the nicest properties we have stayed in and if we are ever visiting Peterborough again we would definitely stay again.

Eamon and Joy were great hots, always responsive and always willing to help, patient with Airbnb payment issues and very amenable to direct discussions to resolve any matters. Would highly recommend.

Had a fantastic stay, the place was beautiful! It had everything we needed and we would happily stay again. A group of 6 women stayed and we had 3 bathrooms and another toilet so it was perfect for us. Kitchen was fully equipped and place was very clean. We had towels for the hot tub and robes too which was a lovely touch! All the instructions were clear and helpful and we had no problems! Thank you again

A wonderfully comfortable and warm spacious place to stay.

We stayed for four nights. James let us enter early on Christmas Eve. The house was even nicer than the photos. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. James left Christmas treats for us. The house had everything we needed to cook meals. We had a question and James responded quickly. We walked to downtown Cambridge every day and it took about 25 minutes. We highly recommend staying here.

My parents came to visit us and our new baby, Christine was really great in helping get them settled in and making them to feel welcome.

I had to book a last minute trip and this was the perfect location, I was blown away at the location and thought this was great value for money immediately! It was such a nice touch being provided breakfast and tea to make and it was really what I needed after some long busy days. I’d recommend this as a perfect place to stay when visiting the Lincoln area and surroundings.

Rose and Sorrell were amazing to deal with, they are really beautiful people. Their property was absolutely stunning and so very well maintained. This was by far the most amazing Air BnB I’ve ever stayed in! Their thoughtfulness and attention to detail including breakfast and snacks as well as making the property family friendly was very much appreciated. I can’t thank them enough for the way they made us feel welcome. The history of the cottage and the beauty of the surrounding village and area are second to none. I would stay here again in a heart beat!

I had an incredible stay with Elaine as my host! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at home. Her attention to detail and thoughtfulness ensured that everything was perfect throughout my week-long stay. The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly cozy. Elaine went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and was always available for any questions or assistance. She is an exceptional host who genuinely cares about her guests!

I spent a comfortable night at Ian’s home in Bourne. Enjoyed a splendid dinner at the town’s Italian restaurant.

Our first experience staying in someone’s house. Was a little apprehensive but absolutely no need to be! Miranda and Mark were so welcoming. Miranda provided great recommendations for places to eat prior to our stay. What a gem of a place. Gorgeous room with everything we needed. Fantastic breakfast. Would highly recommend staying if you want to explore Stamford.

as this is always a solo visit, I look for somewhere that feels safe, comfortable and easy access to A17 this is ideal. so cosy and warm even in the depths of winter.

Perfect 1 night stay to break a long journey. Great location if you’re looking for complete tranquility away from busy lives. Joanna was incredibly flexible around our late arrival, warm welcome, accommodation exactly as described. It was a bonus to have the private snug to relax in the evening. Notre séjour s'est bien passé : la chambre correspondait à la description, était propre, et le jardin était charmant. Jane répondait vite aux messages et était très chaleureuse quand nous l'avons rencontrée. Le petit-déjeuner était très bien également. Le centre-ville est accessible à pied, et le quartier calme, surtout le soir.

Excellent Stay, Delicious continental breakfast, Adjusted to our late arrival/ checkin request very quickly. Both were great and your suggestions for parking in Cambridge was really worth for us and saved lot of time.
