Great place and even better location

Patricia's home is lovely, warm and cozy. We booked at the last minute so that our family could spend Christmas together. We appreciated the lovely welcome and provision of staples like milk, butter, tea, coffee, juice and also crusty bread. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full Christmas dinner with ease. Patricia had even gone to the trouble to decorate her home for Christmas for us, which was very special. We all enjoyed our time together there. It is a bonus to have a full bathroom and an extra toilet for a family, too. The setting in the park is peaceful and welcoming and there are nice walks around the woods and lakes; our dog loved it, too. This is a wonderful place to stay in every way and Patricia is a very thoughtful and accommodating host. Thank you!

Lovely place full of character Charles is very helpful. We had to cancel your first planned visit on day of arrival due to the village flooding - Charles was brilliant on communicating with us on the day - updating us re the situation - advising us not to come and rearranging date - thank you. A fun few days spent with friends

Absolutely gorgeous house with a homely cosy vibe. We felt right at home and had everything we needed to make it a home from home. The host was friendly and very responsive and gave clear instructions how to gain access to the property. Just a short walk into the town which made eating out so easy and accessible - we felt sad to leave and would definitely book again!

Quiet, comfortable, nice place. Everything simple and straightforward.

We had two nights at this cottage. It was just perfect, very homely and very peaceful which is just what we wanted. A lovely pub on your doorstep and stunning walking routes near Belvoir Castle, a short drive away. The bed was super comfy and the hot tub was just brilliant. Laurence & Fran were super responsive and were readily available to help if there were any issues (there wasn’t!). A 10/10 weekend!

Stayed at this Airbnb for my 20th birthday celebration. The house was very spacious and cosy, the place was nice and clean and all instructions were clear.

Amazing place and exactly like the photos shown and as described! Was welcoming, warm and had everything me and my partner needed to enjoy our stay- it was a home away from home! Adam was extremely helpful and took only a few minutes to respond. Would 110% recommend this to anyone wanting a cozy gateway with the town just round the corner…we’ll definitely be staying again soon! :)

I will stay again as it was very comfortable and homely. Nice touch of coffee and biscuits and bread,jam and milk in the fridge! The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in so much so I have got the brand and type so I can replace mine. Loved the soft sheets and duvet too! Plenty of towels. Washing up took a bit of time due to old pipes for the hot water but I saved it up rather than trying to do it each time. The host does warn you of this in the detailed book of flat and local information. The hot water wasn’t an issue though in the bathroom with an electric shower with lots of instant hot water. It’s a very sunny flat with lots of sun during the afternoon. Easy to park behind the building. The building is an old building and does reflect the age but the flat itself is very nicely done. Great quick communication with the host.

A great place to stay especially for two people as it's a cosy studio flat with easy access, and some great surrounding views of aggreculture.

Karyn and Iain really provided a home away from home, with everything we needed for our stay. Their check in was friendly and welcoming, the village is gorgeous and we really couldn't have asked for any more

Savio's apartment is spacious, clean and beautifully decorated which is equipped with the household essentials I need. It is located in a pleasant and quiet neighbourhood and local shops and supermarket are just across the road. Savio is friendly, considerate and responsive host, who ensures I feel at home. Our communication is clear and smooth. I really enjoy my stay and would recommend this place without hesitation.

Wow! Gil and Philip have created a magical experience that went far beyond our expectations. The lit log wood burner on our arrival was very welcome, the animals very friendly and the added extra treats really excelled. We loved our stay and would highly recommend, whether with children, friends, or as a romantic break.

This is the best Airbnb we have stayed in. Great location in the middle of Market Harborough yet very quiet at night. Really comfortable bed beautiful bathroom very spacious lounge and an excellent terrace. Would definitely stay there again.

Great if you need to get to the centre of town easily. The area was quiet and we could park our car in a car park. Kitchen was spacious as was the apartment. And easy to control the temperature which is a big win for me. I would stay again. Only slightly negative comment would be that the mattress in main bedroom is very soft…. Some people like that but I’d prefer a little firmer. Thank you

The place was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. Convenient location and seamless check-in made it a perfect choice for a comfortable getaway.

We had a lovely time at Sam's home. Myself and partner stayed with our 11 month baby, 2 year old, and 3 other family members. We all agreed that the good aspects of this home were VERY good and enabled us to have a brilliant time. The garden, pool and outdoor shower were the definite highlights of the stay. Inside the house was clean and the layout and space worked well for all 7 of us. As stated above, certain features of the stay were outstanding which is why we gave it 5 stars but there are a few aspects we felt could really take it to the next level. Not being able to flush toilet paper, electric bin not working, big crack in top landing window, bizarre food left in fridge, freezer and cupboards (beetroot in fridge, cat food in cupboards), door handle broken in downstairs bedroom leading to garden, dishwasher full on arrival, blinds not rolling down/up properly etc All things that are easily sorted and would ensure the same high standard throughout.

Such a quirky and beautiful house with bags of character and the local area was filled with beautiful parks and places to visit.The rooms were well maintained and beds excellent, bathrooms lovely and the kitchen made for a wonderful family heart to the house .
